Description

Service object switching method and equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communication technology processing, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for switching service objects.
Background
At present, service objects such as shops are often shown on an internet platform, and a user can access the platform through a terminal device to browse information of the service objects shown on the platform, so as to make a purchase decision for an object or a service provided by the service object. In practical application, a user can jump to a service object displayed on the platform corresponding to a released link and view corresponding display content. Since a large number of service objects of the same brand can realize a large-scale benefit by a chain operation, the chain operation brand is a chain brand, and the service objects belonging to the chain brand may be a chain store or a member store of the chain brand. How to put each service object of a chain brand into contact with a user is very important for converting the user into a user who actually generates a transaction.
The existing modes for releasing each service object of a chain brand generally include the following two modes: first, different links are placed for different service objects. The problem exists that a plurality of service objects under the same brand cannot be covered by one link, and a user needs to trigger different links to switch different service objects, so that the processing flow and the operation flow of the user are complex. Secondly, links are put into different channels, and a user who is contacted by the links can jump to a service object list (such as a shop list) by triggering the links, and the user selects one service object from the service object list to enter a corresponding shop page. There are the following problems: the user cannot directly enter the shop page corresponding to the service object through the link, and additional selection operation is required, so that the traffic conversion rate is reduced.
Therefore, how to simplify the service object switching process of chain brands and ensure the traffic conversion rate is a problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The embodiment of the application provides a service object switching method, electronic equipment and storage equipment. The embodiment of the application also provides another service object switching method and device, electronic equipment and storage equipment. The following examples are individually set forth.
For ease of understanding, a block diagram of a system provided in an embodiment of the present application is first given. Referring to fig. 1A, the diagram includes: a brand service object set 101a, a link identifier 102a, a link 103a corresponding to a first store, and a link 104a corresponding to a second store. The service object set of the brand is a set of service objects of the chain brand configured by the chain brand. The service object is a service provider object that provides a commodity or a service to a user, and may be understood as each store chain of the chain brand. For example, the service object set includes store 1, store 2, … …, and store N of the chain of brands. The link identifier is an identifier of a fixed link with brand information generated by a chain brand party according to the information of the service object set. The linked logo is released by linked brands through various channels, so that the linked logo reaches the user. After triggering the link identifier, the user jumps to the fixed link to start the function of selecting the first service object, jumps to the link corresponding to the service object, and enters the page of the link, which can be the shop page. For example, the link corresponding to the first store in the graph is the first service object displayed to the user after the link identifier is triggered, that is, the first store automatically entered after the user triggers the link identifier. The page of the link corresponding to the first store can show a service object switching entrance, and the user is guided to switch from the page of the first store to other stores of the chain brand side, for example, the user jumps to the link corresponding to the second store and enters the online store of the second store. It is to be understood that the above description is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, of the process described.
A first embodiment of the application provides a service object switching method, and relates to a client, a search recommendation server and a configuration server. The client can be a terminal APP showing the link identifier or a shop module. The search recommendation server and the configuration server can be two completely independently deployed servers or two functional modules of the same server. The servers which are completely and independently deployed are convenient for parallel development and testing, and the research and development efficiency is improved. The method provided by the first embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1B. The service object switching method shown in fig. 1B includes: step S101b to step S105 b.
In step S101b, the client sends location information authorized by the user to the configuration server in response to detecting the user trigger link identifier.
In this embodiment, the location information of the user is obtained under the condition of user authorization. The link identifier may be a two-dimensional code, a bar code, a link address, or other identifier that can be triggered, and may be accompanied by a fixed link, which can be accessed by a user after triggering the link identifier, and which provides a function of selecting a service object from a group of preset service objects that are configured in advance and have a common attribute. The service object is an entity object that provides a commodity or a service to a user. For example, a service object may refer to a store or a store. The common attribute may be an attribute that can characterize the service object as a homologous service object. For example, if the common attribute is a common brand, then service objects having the common attribute may be understood as belonging to stores of the same brand. For another example, if the at least one common attribute includes common brand identification information and resource placement information, the service objects having the common attribute may be understood as stores belonging to the same brand and within the coverage of the same marketing campaign. The preset service object refers to a service object in a service object set which is configured in advance and has common attributes. The resource placement information may include, but is not limited to, coupon information, marketing campaign information, and the like placed for each service object in a set of service objects having a common attribute.
In this step, the client sends the location information authorized by the user to the configuration server after the user triggers the link identifier. Specifically, a request for selecting a service object may be sent to the configuration server, where the request carries the location information, and in the subsequent steps, the configuration server obtains the selected preset service object with the common attribute based on the location information, and returns the preset service object to the client. And if the user authorizes to obtain the current position or the position selected by the user, using the information of the current position or the selected position of the user as the position information authorized by the user. Of course, the request sent by the client to the configuration server for selecting the service object may further include user information of the user and resource delivery information associated with the link identifier, and the resource object associated with the user is determined according to the information. The resource object is a resource object, such as a coupon, which can be verified by a user selecting an object corresponding to the resource delivery information to perform a transaction. The request may carry a marketing campaign identifier, for example, if the user accesses the link identifier delivered by a certain event venue, the request may carry the marketing campaign identifier corresponding to the event venue.
In this embodiment, the link identifier is further a link identifier that is formed by the configuration server based on configuration information of a service object having a common attribute and resource delivery information and can be shared by a private domain traffic pool. The service object having the common attribute may be a shop specified by a brand, the link identifier may be associated with information of the specified shop, and information of the related shop and the like may be defined in the resource delivery information. The client obtains the link identifier through the private domain flow pool or through sharing by other clients. The private traffic pool can be understood as a sharing channel which is set up by brands or merchants and is exclusive to own public platform, group and the like, and the channels can directly reach users. For example, a brand provides configuration information of a preset service object, configuration information of a marketing campaign and a range of the service object covered by the marketing campaign, and a configuration server generates a link identifier for the configuration information and shares the link identifier with a private traffic pool of the brand.
Step S102b, the configuration server receives the location information, and obtains a preset service object set associated with the link identifier, where the preset service object set includes service object information having a common attribute; and sending the position information and the preset service object set to a search recommendation server.
In this step, the configuration server initiates a request to a search recommendation server to obtain a request for screening preset service objects from the preset service object set based on the location information. For example, location information authorized by the user and a branded store scope are provided to the search recommendation server. The search recommendation server may search information of each preset service object of the preset service object set configured in the configuration server, so as to match a suitable preset service object based on the location information.
Step S103b, the search recommendation server receives the location information and the set of preset service objects, determines a preset service object whose service location range matches the location information and priority ranking information of the preset service object from the set of preset service objects, and sends the preset service object and the priority ranking of the preset service object to the configuration server.
In this step, the search recommendation server determines a preset service object whose service location range matches the location information from the preset service object set, and gives priority ranking. For example, according to the position information authorized by the user and the shop range configured by the brand party, the shop list and the sorting priority of the service position range covering the position information are obtained and returned to the configuration server.
Step S104b, the configuration server receives the preset service object and the priority ranking information of the preset service object, and sends the information to the client.
In this step, the priority ranking information may be sent to the client. Of course, in implementation, the configuration server may also sequence the preset service objects according to the priority ranking information and then send the service objects to the client.
Step S105b, the client receives the preset service objects and the priority ranking information of the preset service objects sent by the configuration server, and determines a service object satisfying a priority condition among the preset service objects as a first service object; jumping to a link corresponding to the first service object, and forming a service object switching entry on a page of the first service object.
In this step, the client selects the first service object meeting the priority condition, directly jumps to the corresponding link, and displays the link page. Thereby automatically selecting the first service object via said link identification. For example, if the store with the highest ranking priority among the screened stores sent by the configuration server is used as the first service object, the user first enters the store after triggering the link identifier.
In this embodiment, an example of the preset service object set configured in the configuration server is a brand store that needs to be recalled according to a brand identifier, the brand identifier is the common attribute, a range of the brand store that needs to be recalled is the preset service object set, and the link identifier is associated with the range of the brand store (such as a store name list). The search recommendation server searches specific information, such as a service location range, business information and the like, of each shop (namely, each preset service object) in the brand shop range based on the location information authorized by the user and the brand shop range transmitted by the distribution server, and if the current time is within the business time range in the business information and the service location range covers the location authorized by the user, the shop is a selected shop. And determining the priority ranking information of the screened stores according to a preset strategy. Therefore, automatic shop selection is achieved through the link marks, the user directly enters the shop, the flow of the user entering the shop is simplified, and the traffic conversion efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: the client side responds to the condition that the user triggers the service object switching entrance, and requests the search recommendation server to acquire the completion information of the service object to be switched; the service object to be switched is at least part of the service objects except the first service object in the preset service objects received by the client, and the service object to be switched and the first service object have common attributes; and the client displays at least part of completion information of the service objects to be switched, receives selection of a second service object from the service objects to be switched by the user, and jumps to a link corresponding to the second service object. That is, the first service object, namely, the store, is automatically selected for the user to be displayed according to the location information authorized by the user through the link identifier, and the user can trigger the service object switching entry in the first service object interface to switch other homologous service objects (namely, service objects with common attributes) belonging to the same brand, namely, the second service object. Wherein the service object switching entry is to direct to a second service object having the common attribute with the first service object. The preset service object sent by the configuration server to the client may only contain partial information, such as the name of the store. The client may request more detailed completion information for each store therein from the search recommendation server and present at least part of the completion information, which may include but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of displaying the service object name to be displayed, the common attribute of the service object to be displayed, the position of the service object to be displayed, the service information of the service object to be displayed, the resource release information of the service object to be displayed and the busy degree data of the service object to be displayed.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: and the client detects that the service object switching entrance is triggered, acquires the position information authorized by the user again, and requests the configuration server to acquire at least part of preset service objects which are matched with the acquired position information and have common attributes with the first service object according to the acquired position information.
In this embodiment, a function of actively switching the position by the user may also be provided, which specifically includes: the client forms a position switching entrance for updating the position information authorized by the user; receiving a trigger instruction of the position switching entrance, and jumping to a position switching page; receiving position selection behavior information of a user, and updating position information authorized by the user according to the position selection behavior information; and requesting a preset service object which is matched with the updated position information and has a common attribute with the first service object from the configuration server according to the updated position information, wherein at least part of the preset service objects are selection ranges for selecting the second service objects to be jumped.
In this embodiment, the method further includes switching a shop page corresponding to the currently displayed service object to a shop page corresponding to another service object. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the client side responds to the fact that the service object switching entrance is triggered, and a service object switching page is displayed; and displaying the information and/or the position switching entry of the at least part of preset service objects on the service object switching page. The service object switching page may be understood as a page loaded after the service object switching entry is triggered, and the service object switching page may be understood as a page loaded after the service object switching entry is triggered. Of course, the specific embodiment of the service object switching entry in the interface of the service object is not limited, and may be a list of other service objects with common attributes directly displayed in a certain area of the store page of the service object, or may be an interface element triggered and loaded after receiving an operation, where the interface element includes a service object page with common attributes.
In this embodiment, when the first service object is determined, the first service object may be selected from the preset service objects according to the currently authorized location information of the user. When the user switches other service objects, the position of the service objects may change, so that the switchable service objects can be obtained according to the authorized geographic position at the time of switching. The method specifically comprises the following steps: and the client acquires the real-time position information authorized by the user, and displays position modification prompt information if the real-time position information is determined to exceed the service position range of the first service object or exceed the service position range of the preset service object.
In this embodiment, when a user switches different service objects through a service object switching entry of a shop page of a client service object, the user logs in and authorizes to obtain and use user location information, and obtains a switchable service object within a preset range with the user location as a center, so that the user selects the service object by self for switching. Specifically, if the user does not log in, the user enters a login process and enters the shop represented by the service object after logging in. The login procedure may be a default login procedure of the applet. If the user does not authorize the position information, an abnormal state page corresponding to the unauthorized position information is switched in, the user is prompted to carry out position authorization, and the user can trigger an element used for authorizing the position of the interface to authorize the use of the position of the user. If no service object of the brand corresponding to the link identifier exists in the preset range, displaying an abnormal state page of a nearby temporary store to prompt a user to switch positions; the user may trigger an element of the interface for switching positions to switch positions.
So far, the method provided by this embodiment is explained, in the method, a client detects that a link identifier is triggered, and sends location information authorized by a user to a configuration server; requesting, by the configuration server, a preset service object having a common attribute and matching the location information from the search recommendation server based on the location information and a preset service object set associated with the link identifier, and sending the preset service object returned by the search recommendation server and priority ranking information thereof to the client; and the client determines a first service object meeting the priority condition in the preset service objects, jumps to a link corresponding to the first service object, and forms a service object switching entry on a page of the first service object. The client detects that the link identifier is triggered and can directly jump to the page of the first service object based on the position information request authorized by the user, so that the user can directly enter the shop page corresponding to the service object through the link identifier, and the process is simplified. And a switching entrance is displayed on a page corresponding to the first service object, so that the preset service objects with common attributes are put in a unified mode, and the traffic conversion efficiency is improved.
In the service object switching method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, a user triggers a link identifier generated based on information of a preset service object having a common attribute, determines a first service object based on location information authorized by the user, and jumps to a link corresponding to the service object, thereby entering a page corresponding to the first service object; the user can guide the user to switch to the second service object by triggering the service object switching inlet on the page corresponding to the first service object, so that the preset service objects with the common attribute can be put in a unified mode, and the flow conversion efficiency is improved. The common attribute is in particular a common brand attribute. The method provided by the second embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 2 to 5.
