Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a control method of a washing machine.
Background
The washing machine is easy to generate eccentric situation when washing large load or easy to wind load, so that the washing machine can not normally dewater. In general, the pulsator washing machine is easy to generate eccentric condition when washing large sheets, quilts or easy-to-twist clothes; drum washing machines are prone to eccentric conditions when washing small large loads. If the washing machine continues to dewater under the eccentric condition, the washing machine can cause great noise and vibration, so that the washing machine is damaged, the personal safety of a user can be possibly endangered, and even more, the water and electricity accidents in the home of the user can be caused. The washing machine can strictly control any faults which can lead to water, electricity and personal safety, so when the washing machine is eccentric in rinsing or final dehydration, if the self-balancing of the washing machine can not be corrected, the washing machine can prompt a user to manually balance the load by using the flickering of the indicator lamp, the buzzing prompt tone and the display of fault codes.
The existing fault prompting technology generally has the following two types. Firstly, the washing machine gives an alarm under the conditions that the washing machine is eccentric and self-correction is invalid during rinsing or final dewatering, a user is reminded to carry out manual correction, and after the washing machine gives an alarm for a period of time, if the user does not find the alarm and manually operates, the washing machine is automatically turned off. Secondly, the washing machine gives an alarm under the conditions that the washing machine is eccentric and self-correction is invalid during rinsing or final dewatering, a user is reminded to carry out manual correction, and if the user cannot find the alarm in time and manually operate, the washing machine continuously gives an alarm until the user operates. In the first scheme, when a user opens the washing machine to dry, because the clothes are not dehydrated, the water content of the clothes is high, and the clothes may also contain detergent due to incomplete rinsing times, the user is required to reset the program to wash, and the user cannot accurately judge the node at which the washing process is interrupted, which may cause repeated performance of part links and waste of time and resources. In the second scheme, the washing action of the washing machine is stopped, but continuous alarm is carried out in a mode of intermittent buzzing or continuous flashing of an indicator lamp, and if a user does not operate for a long time, certain electric energy waste and potential safety hazards are caused.
The present invention has been made in view of this.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a control method of a washing machine, which can continue the interrupted washing program before after the washing machine is shut down and restarted due to dehydration failure, thereby omitting the operation of resetting the program by a user.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the basic conception of the technical scheme that:
After the washing machine is shut down and restarted again in the running process, if the washing machine judges that the shut down is caused by the dehydration eccentric fault, the washing machine is controlled to skip the current dehydration process to execute the next process.
Further, when the washing machine fails, a corresponding fault code is generated and stored, whether the fault code is generated or not is judged after the washing machine is restarted, if yes, the fault code is obtained, and when the fault code is the fault code corresponding to the dehydration eccentricity, the washing machine judges that the shutdown is caused by the dehydration eccentricity fault.
Further, if the washing machine judges that the generated fault code is the fault code corresponding to the dehydration eccentricity, the fault code is displayed to prompt a user for the fault reason.
Further, the washing machine records current operation progress information before shutdown, wherein the operation progress information comprises an operating washing program and an operation progress; after the washing machine is restarted, judging the reason of shutdown, and when the reason is judged to be shutdown caused by the dewatering eccentric fault, the washing machine acquires recorded running process information and controls the running of the washing machine according to the running process information.
Further, the washing machine acquires operation progress information and judges the stage of the dehydration eccentric fault, if the washing/rinsing dehydration eccentric fault is judged, the washing machine is controlled to skip the current dehydration progress to execute the next progress, and if the final dehydration eccentric fault is judged, the washing machine is controlled to execute the final dehydration link again.
Further, after restarting the washing machine, displaying a dehydration eccentricity fault code and prompting a user to manually operate to uniformly distribute clothes, when receiving an instruction of a starting program, acquiring operation progress information by the washing machine, judging whether the washing program operated before shutdown is subjected to eccentricity correction when the eccentricity phenomenon occurs, if not, controlling the washing machine to execute the current dehydration progress, and then executing the subsequent progress.
Further, if the washing machine judges that the washing program operated before shutdown automatically carries out eccentric correction when an eccentric phenomenon occurs, whether the operated rinsing times N reach the rinsing times N set by the washing program is further judged; if the judgment result is yes, executing a final dehydration link, if the judgment result is no, executing N-N rinsing links, and then executing the final dehydration link;
Preferably, when the washing machine performs eccentric correction, water is fed into the washing machine to disperse clothes, and the number of times of running rinsing is increased once; the washing machine is provided with maximum correction times, and in one washing program operation, when the eccentric correction times reach the maximum correction times, if the eccentric phenomenon occurs again, the dehydration eccentric fault is judged to occur.
Further, the washing machine records current operation progress information before shutdown, wherein the operation progress information comprises an operating washing program and an operation progress; and after the washing machine is restarted, acquiring recorded running process information, and controlling the duration of the continuous execution of the dewatering program of the washing machine according to the recorded running process of the dewatering link when the washing program is judged to be interrupted in the final dewatering link.
Further, if the residual dehydration time length is smaller than the first preset time length when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown, prompting the user to finish the program after controlling the washing machine to restart;
Preferably, if the dehydration time period operated when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown is less than the second preset time period, controlling the washing machine to operate the dehydration program according to the final dehydration time period set by the washing program;
More preferably, if the duty ratio of the run dehydration period in the final dehydration period set by the washing program is greater than a preset ratio when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown, the washing machine is controlled to run the dehydration program according to the remaining dehydration period.
Further, after the washing machine is restarted, if the washing machine receives a shutdown instruction and is restarted, the washing machine enters a standby state waiting for the user to set a washing program, and the user instruction can be received to set the washing program again.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
According to the control method of the washing machine, when the washing machine is shut down due to the dehydration eccentric fault, the washing machine can memorize the interrupted washing program, and continue to execute the non-executed process before the shutdown after restarting, so that the trouble of resetting the washing program by a user is eliminated, and the problem that the user cannot judge the node of the interruption of the washing process, which results in repeated part links caused by the reset program, is avoided, and the waste of time and resources is caused.
According to the control method of the washing machine, when the shutdown is caused by eccentric faults in the washing/rinsing and dehydrating stage, the current dehydrating process is skipped after restarting, and at least one rinsing can be performed later, so that the skipped dehydrating process cannot influence the washing process, and time and electric energy resources are saved.
The control method of the washing machine provided by the invention distinguishes different types of washing programs by judging whether the washing programs are eccentrically corrected or not, and further judges the running rinsing times of the washing programs eccentrically corrected to control the running of the washing machine, thereby not only meeting the condition that the rinsing times of the washing machine on clothes reach the setting of a user, but also avoiding resource waste caused by the fact that the rinsing times exceed the setting.
According to the control method of the washing machine, when the final dewatering link is interrupted, the time length of executing the dewatering program after restarting the washing machine is controlled according to the running process of the dewatering link, so that the clothes dewatering rate is ensured, and meanwhile, time and electricity are saved.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine. When the washing machine is shut down in the running process, the washing machine records the current running process information before the washing machine is shut down. After the washing machine is restarted, the washing machine judges the reason of shutdown, and when the washing machine judges that the washing machine is shut down caused by the dehydration eccentric fault, the washing machine acquires recorded running process information and controls the running of the washing machine according to the running process information. Specifically, when the washing machine fails, a corresponding fault code is generated and stored, whether the fault code is generated or not is judged after the washing machine is restarted, if yes, the fault code is obtained, and when the fault code is the fault code corresponding to the dehydration eccentricity, the washing machine judges that the shutdown is caused by the dehydration eccentricity fault.
The control method specifically comprises the following steps:
1) Eccentric faults occur in the dehydration process of the washing machine;
2) The washing machine generates a fault code corresponding to the dehydration eccentricity and records the current running process information;
3) The washing machine gives an alarm, and the duration of the alarm is T minutes;
4) If the washing machine does not receive the operation signal of the user within T minutes, shutting down;
5) Receiving a starting instruction of a user, and restarting the washing machine;
6) Judging whether the dehydration eccentric fault causes shutdown or not, if so, acquiring recorded running process information;
7) Judging whether the dehydration eccentric fault is a washing/rinsing dehydration eccentric fault, if so, skipping the current dehydration process to execute the next process, and if not, executing the final dehydration link.
Preferably, the duration of the alarm sent by the washing machine is 10-20 minutes, and the alarm can be in a prompting mode of continuously flashing an indicator lamp, intermittently sounding a buzzer and the like.
In a preferred scheme of the embodiment, the washing machine sends out an alarm and simultaneously displays a fault code through the display device, if a user receives the alarm prompt, the user can know that the washing machine is crashed and stopped due to the eccentric dehydration, and can send out an instruction for continuously running the washing program to the washing machine after the clothes are manually uniformly distributed, and the washing machine continuously executes the unfinished part of the washing program after receiving the instruction. If the user does not receive the alarm reminding, the washing machine is shut down after the alarm is given for T minutes, and after the user starts the washing machine again, the washing machine displays a fault code through the display device to prompt the user that the washing machine is shut down due to eccentric faults in the dehydration link, and the set washing program is not completely run. The user can manually distribute clothes according to the prompt, and start a washing program after the uniform distribution is completed, and the washing machine can automatically control the program operated by the washing machine according to the operation progress information recorded before shutdown.
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the user may also choose not to continue the interrupted laundry program. Specifically, after the user turns on the washing machine again, the user knows that the washing machine is turned off due to the dehydration eccentricity fault through the fault code displayed by the display device, if the user does not want to continue running the interrupted washing program, the user can turn off the washing machine through the power key, and after the washing machine is turned off, the washing machine is turned on again through the power key. After the washing machine is turned off and turned on again, the washing machine enters a standby state waiting for the user to set the washing program, and at the moment, the user can set the washing program by operating the washing machine.
In this embodiment, when the washing machine is stopped eccentrically in the dewatering link, the user is reminded to release the fault by sending an alarm, and when the operation signal of the user is not received in a set time, the washing machine stops alarming and is turned off, and the current running process information is recorded before the washing machine is turned off. Because the continuous alarm time is set, the electric energy waste and the potential safety hazard caused by long-time continuous alarm due to the fact that a user does not operate the device are avoided. After the washing machine is started, a user is prompted to have a dehydration eccentric fault through a fault code, so that a washing program is not completed, and complaints caused by the fact that the user finds that clothes contain a large amount of detergent or a large amount of clothes are avoided. After the washing machine is restarted, the unfinished washing program can be automatically executed according to the recorded running process information, so that the trouble that a user sets the program again is avoided, and the problem that the user cannot judge the accurate node of the interrupted washing program, so that part of links in the reset program are repeatedly executed, and the waste of time and resources is avoided. When the washing machine judges that the dewatering eccentric fault is a washing/rinsing dewatering eccentric fault, the current dewatering process is skipped to execute the next process after the program is restarted, and the skipped dewatering process does not influence the washing process because the next rinsing process is performed at least once, so that the time and the electric energy resource are saved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a control method of a washing machine after acquiring operation progress information is different from that of the first embodiment. The control method specifically comprises the following steps:
1) Eccentric faults occur in the dehydration process of the washing machine;
2) The washing machine generates a fault code corresponding to the dehydration eccentricity and records the current running process information;
3) The washing machine gives an alarm, and the duration of the alarm is T minutes;
4) If the washing machine does not receive the operation signal of the user within T minutes, shutting down;
5) Receiving a starting instruction of a user, and restarting the washing machine;
6) Judging whether the dehydration eccentric fault causes shutdown or not, if so, acquiring recorded running process information;
7) The washing machine displays a dehydration eccentric fault code and prompt information of manually uniformly distributing clothes;
8) The washing machine receives a starting program instruction, judges whether the washing program running before shutdown carries out eccentric correction when an eccentric phenomenon occurs, if so, executes the steps 10) and 11), and if not, executes the step 9);
9) Executing the current dehydration process and then executing the subsequent process;
10 Judging whether the running rinsing times N reach the rinsing times N set by the washing program;
11 If yes, executing the final dewatering link, if no, executing the rinsing link for N-N times, and then executing the final dewatering link.
In the above control method, the eccentricity correction specifically includes water inflow into a tub of the washing machine, and dispersing laundry by agitation. When the washing machine has the phenomenon of dehydration eccentricity, whether eccentricity correction is carried out or not corresponds to washing procedures of different clothes types respectively. In particular, in the washing process of clothes with special fabrics, such as down, wool and the like, the washing times of the clothes are strictly controlled within the set washing times because the clothes are easily damaged by multiple times of washing. When the spin-drying eccentricity phenomenon occurs, in order to avoid the eccentric correction of the transitional rinsing washing machine, the spin-drying eccentricity fault is directly judged, the washing procedure is paused, an alarm is sent, and a user is prompted to manually uniformly distribute clothes. Since the set number of rinsing times is generally the number of times the detergent can be washed just, it is necessary to continue running the interrupted spinning course after the washing machine is restarted, so as to discharge more detergent. The washing procedures of common fabric clothes, such as common clothes, cotton and hemp, have no excessively strict requirements on rinsing times, and can automatically carry out eccentric correction when dehydration eccentric phenomenon occurs, if the eccentric correction can remove faults, the operation of users can be reduced, and the clothes washing machine is more intelligent. The washing machine is set with the maximum correction times, generally 3 times, and in the running of a washing program, when the eccentric correction times reach the maximum correction times, if the eccentric phenomenon occurs again, the washing machine judges that the dehydration eccentric fault occurs, pauses the washing program and gives an alarm, and waits for the user to manually remove the fault.
Preferably, for a washing program of a general fabric garment, the water inflow of one eccentric correction is controlled to be the water inflow of one rinsing, and the number of times of running rinsing is increased once each time the washing machine performs one eccentric correction. In the scheme, the washing machine compares the running rinsing times N with the rinsing times N set by the washing program, so that the running of the washing machine after the program is restarted is controlled, the rinsing times of the washing machine on clothes can be set by a user, and resource waste caused by the fact that the rinsing times exceed the setting is avoided.
In this embodiment, the washing machine distinguishes different types of washing programs according to whether the washing program is eccentrically corrected, and for the washing program not eccentrically corrected, the washing machine continues to run the interrupted dehydration course and subsequent courses after restarting the program, thereby ensuring that the detergent washed out of the laundry is sufficiently discharged out of the washing tub. For the washing program for performing the eccentric correction, the number of times of executing the eccentric correction is counted into the number of times of running rinsing, and the washing machine further judges the number of times of running rinsing to control the running of the washing machine, so that the number of times of rinsing clothes of the washing machine reaches the setting of a user, and the resource waste caused by the fact that the number of times of rinsing exceeds the setting is avoided.
Example III
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a control method for a washing machine after restarting the washing machine, in which the washing machine is shut down by being interrupted in the final dehydration step. The method comprises the steps that the current operation progress information of the washing machine is recorded before the washing machine is shut down, and the operation progress information comprises an operation washing program and an operation progress. And after the washing machine is restarted, acquiring recorded running process information, and controlling the duration of the continuous execution of the dewatering program of the washing machine according to the recorded running process of the dewatering link when the washing program is judged to be interrupted in the final dewatering link.
Specifically, if the remaining dehydration time period is less than the first preset time period when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown, the user is prompted to finish the program after the washing machine is controlled to restart. Preferably, the first preset time period is not longer than one minute. In general, the water content of the laundry is low enough to continue to drain with little or no water at the final stage of the final dewatering process. When the dehydration process is interrupted at this stage, the water content of the clothes will not be changed obviously by executing the dehydration process again, the washing machine can prompt the user to finish the program, and the clothes can be taken out for airing.
Further, if the dewatering time period operated when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown is smaller than the second preset time period, the washing machine is controlled to operate the dewatering program according to the final dewatering time period set by the washing program. Preferably, the second preset time period is set to a time period required for the washing machine to accelerate to reach the final dehydration speed. When the washing machine is interrupted at the beginning of the final dehydration cycle, since the final dehydration rotational speed has not been reached yet, no obvious dehydration effect is achieved on the laundry, and a period of acceleration process is still required after the washing machine is restarted. At this time, the washing machine needs to run the dehydrating program according to the set final dehydrating time after restarting, so as to achieve the ideal effect on the clothes.
Further, if the duty ratio of the run dehydration time period when the washing program is interrupted by shutdown in the final dehydration time period set by the washing program is greater than a preset ratio, the washing machine is controlled to run the dehydration program according to the rest dehydration time period. Preferably, the washing machine is accelerated to a final spin speed and then the spin program is run for the remaining spin time period. In the case that the washing program is interrupted, the final dehydrating rotation speed is reached and the washing program is operated for a certain time at the final dehydrating rotation speed, the ideal dehydrating effect can be achieved without re-executing according to the original set dehydrating time. By controlling the washing machine to run the dehydration program according to the remaining dehydration time, the dehydration efficiency of the clothes is ensured, and simultaneously time and electricity are saved.
In this embodiment, when the washing machine determines that the washing program is interrupted in the final dehydration link according to the operation progress information, the duration of executing the dehydration program after restarting the washing machine is controlled according to the operation progress of the dehydration link, so that the time and electricity are saved while the clothes dehydration rate is ensured.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, but is to be construed as limiting the invention to any and all simple modifications, equivalent variations and adaptations of the embodiments described above, which are within the scope of the invention, may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
