Detailed Description
The fastener structure and the method for assembling the fastener structure according to the embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, as shown in the drawings, the present invention provides a fastener structure 1, which includes a body 11, wherein the body 11 includes a fastening portion 111, a blocking portion 112, a limiting portion 113, a limiting body 114, and a corresponding limiting portion 115. The blocking portion 112 is disposed at the bottom of the body 11, the corresponding fastening portion 115 is disposed at the outer edge of the body 11, the limiting portion 113 is disposed between the blocking portion 112 and the corresponding fastening portion 115, and the fastening portion 111 is a threaded body disposed at the center of the body 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the limiting buckle body 114 has an access opening 116, the access opening 116 can be buckled into the corresponding limiting buckle portion 115, and the access opening 116 is smaller than the corresponding limiting buckle portion 115.
When in use, the first object 2 can be inserted into the body 11 through the opening 21, so that the bottom of the first object 2 is abutted against the abutment 112, the inner edge of the opening 21 of the first object 2 is abutted against the limiting portion 113, and then the limiting buckle 114 is laterally buckled into the corresponding limiting buckle 115; in the method for assembling the fastener structure, the corresponding fastening portion 115 is corresponded to the fastening body 114 by the fastening body 114 of the fastener structure 1 through the inlet 116, and an external force is applied to the fastening body 114, so that the inlet 116 is enlarged to laterally fasten the corresponding fastening portion 115 to form a smaller size than the corresponding fastening portion 115, the fastening body 114 is fastened to the corresponding fastening portion 115, and the fastening body 114 is made to restrict the first object 2 between the blocking portion 112 and the fastening body 114. Thus, the first object 2 can be quickly assembled to the body 11, and the second object (not shown) can be combined or removed by the fastening portion 111 in cooperation with the fastening body, so as to complete the combination and separation of the two objects, thereby achieving the effect of repeated quick combination and separation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the buckle limiting body 114 may be a spring buckle body, a spring plate body or a C-shaped buckle.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the corresponding buckle limiting portion 115 may be a concave portion, a convex portion, a stepped portion, an inclined surface, an arc surface, a curved surface, a plane surface, a hole portion or a groove portion. Therefore, the invention can meet the practical use requirement.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, as shown in the drawings, the present invention provides a fastener structure 1, which includes a fastener body 12 and a body 11.
The button body 12 has a head 121, a stem 122, and a button 111; the stem 122 is disposed at the bottom of the head 121, and the fastening portion 111 is disposed at the stem 122.
The body 11 is movably combined with the head 121 of the buckle 12 (the buckle 111 and the body 11 may be movably combined, not shown), and the body 11 has a blocking portion 112, a limiting portion 113, a limiting buckle 114, and a corresponding limiting buckle 115; the blocking portion 112 is disposed at the bottom of the body 11, the corresponding fastening portion 115 is disposed at the outer edge of the body 11, and the limiting portion 113 is disposed between the blocking portion 112 and the corresponding fastening portion 115.
When in use, the opening 21 of the first object 2 is inserted into the body 11, so that the bottom of the first object 2 abuts against the abutment 112, the inner edge of the opening 21 of the first object 2 abuts against the limiting portion 113, then the limiting body 114 is forced to the limiting body 114 by the corresponding opening 116 corresponding to the corresponding limiting portion 115, the opening 116 is expanded to laterally engage with the corresponding limiting portion 115 to form a size smaller than the corresponding limiting portion 115, the limiting body 114 engages with the corresponding limiting portion 115, and the limiting body 114 limits the first object 2 between the abutment 112 and the limiting body 114. Thus, the first object 2 can be quickly assembled to the body 11, and the head 121 of the buckle 12 is rotated, so that the buckle 111 of the buckle 12 can be combined with or removed from the second object 3, thereby completing the combination and separation of the two objects, and achieving the effect of repeated quick combination and separation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the opening 21 of the first object 2 is larger than the head 121 or the body 11, the opening 21 is smaller than the abutment 112, and when assembling, the head 121 and a part of the body 11 are sequentially inserted out of the opening 21 and then are fastened into the fastening body 114 to the corresponding fastening portion 115, so that the first object 2 is limited between the abutment 112 and the fastening body 114.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the buckle limiting body 114 has an operation portion 117, and the operation portion 117 can be pushed by a hand or a tool to enable the buckle limiting body 114 to be buckled into the corresponding buckle limiting portion 115. Thereby achieving the effect of easy operation and use.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastener structure 1 further includes an elastic component 13, and two ends of the elastic component 13 respectively abut against the bottom surface of the head 121 and the inner side of the body 11 of the fastener 12. Thus, when the fastening portion 111 of the fastening body 12 is coupled to the second object 3, the elastic member 13 can be compressed to increase the feel of the head 121 when rotated, and to increase the stability of the fastening portion 111 after being coupled to the second object 3. When the buckle part 111 moves away from the second object 3, the elastic component 13 is elastically released, and the buckle body 12 is pushed to reset, so that the next operation is performed.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the body 11 is movably combined with the stem 122 of the buckle 12, and the elastic component 13 is not disposed on the buckle structure 1.
