In the above embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, an insulating pad 11 is provided at a position where the receiving groove abuts against the battery 3. The insulating mat 11 may be made of a rubber material, so that the insulating mat 11 plays a role in protecting the battery 3 from being scratched by the battery mount 10 to damage the battery 3 when the battery 3 is in contact with the receiving groove of the battery mount 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the explosion-proof battery case further includes a power display element 12, and the power display element 12 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2 and fixed to the housing 1, and configured to display power information of the storage battery 3.
In this embodiment, the electric quantity display element 12 may be made of a transparent material, so that an operator can grasp the electric quantity of the storage battery 3 in real time through displaying the electric quantity information of the storage battery 3, so as to charge the explosion-proof battery box in time, and the charging of the electric mobile product in the later period is not affected.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the explosion-proof battery box disclosed by the application has the advantages that the storage battery and the circuit board are arranged in the shell, the charging connector and the charging plug are formed on the shell, meanwhile, the bottom cover is covered at the opening of the shell, the bottom cover and the shell are sealed through the sealing piece, the explosion-proof level is achieved, the sealed explosion-proof battery box is called as an nR type anti-breathing explosion-proof battery box, surrounding combustible gas can be prevented from entering the inside of the explosion-proof battery box, electric components in the explosion-proof battery box cannot contact the combustible gas, and further the explosion-proof battery box cannot become an ignition source of surrounding combustible gas mixture, so that the explosion-proof battery box can be used in an explosion-proof place, and a mobile electric product can be placed on the charging seat to be connected with the charging plug for charging, thereby solving the problem that the mobile electric product in the prior art cannot be rapidly powered in the explosion-proof place, and cannot be continuously operated for a long time.

Claims (4)

1. An explosion-proof battery case, comprising:
the charging device comprises a shell, wherein an opening is formed in the bottom of the shell, a charging seat is arranged at the top of the shell, and a charging connector used for being connected with an external power supply is arranged on the side wall of the shell;
the circuit board is fixed in the shell, the charging plug of the charging seat and the charging connector are electrically connected with the circuit board, and the connection parts of the circuit board and the charging plug of the charging seat and the charging connector are respectively sealed by glue filling;
the storage battery is fixed in the shell and is electrically connected with the circuit board;
the bottom cover is connected with the shell and is used for closing the opening;
a seal member disposed along a circumferential direction of the opening and located between the bottom cover and the housing for sealing the bottom cover and the housing; the sealing element is a sealing ring made of rubber materials;
the charging seat is provided with a mounting groove for mounting the charging plug, the mounting groove is provided with a connecting hole, a wire penetrates through the connecting hole and is connected with the charging plug and the circuit board, and the joint of the wire and the connecting hole is connected in a sealing manner through glue filling;
the charging seat is also provided with a fixed plate, the fixed plate is provided with a through hole for penetrating the charging plug, the joint of the charging plug and the fixed plate is abutted with an insulating sleeve, and the insulating sleeve is sleeved on the charging plug;
the explosion-proof battery box further comprises an insulating cover, wherein the insulating cover is connected with the shell and is used for being covered on the charging seat so that the charging plug is wrapped in the insulating cover;
the inside of the insulating cover is provided with a bulge, the charging seat is provided with a pit matched with the bulge, and the insulating cover is detachably connected with the charging seat through the bulge and the pit;
the explosion-proof battery box further comprises an end cover which is detachably connected with the charging connector, and the end cover is wrapped on the charging connector;
the end cover is connected with the shell through a flexible connecting piece, and a sealing rubber ring is arranged in the end cover and can be propped against the end part of the charging connector.
2. The explosion-proof battery box according to claim 1, further comprising a battery mounting rack, wherein a containing groove is formed in the battery mounting rack, the storage battery is arranged in the containing groove, and the battery mounting rack is fixedly connected with the shell.
3. The explosion-proof battery case according to claim 2, wherein the receiving groove is provided with an insulating pad at a position where the storage battery abuts.
4. The explosion-proof battery case according to claim 1, further comprising an electric quantity display element electrically connected to the circuit board and fixed to the housing and configured to display electric quantity information of the storage battery.
