Abstract
The application discloses a vehicle information safety processing method, device and system, which are used for solving the problem of low vehicle information safety. The scheme provided by the application comprises the following steps: monitoring the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of a vehicle; determining a first target called vehicle-mounted terminal device according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices; and displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a designated display area of the vehicle. According to the embodiment of the application, the vehicle information can be effectively and timely prevented from being leaked, the potential safety hazard of the vehicle privacy information is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle information is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of vehicle safety technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing vehicle information safely.
Background
Currently, more and more vehicles are equipped with configurations of vehicle-mounted terminal devices such as a camera, a microphone, a vehicle-mounted positioning and navigation system (GPS), and as the vehicle-mounted terminal devices become more intelligent, more applications are installed in the vehicles of users, such as vehicle-mounted multimedia. When a vehicle user starts a driving recorder, a video conference, live broadcasting and the like, the corresponding application of the camera and the microphone needs to be called correspondingly. Therefore, if the in-vehicle terminal device is called without knowing, information such as a conversation, a photograph, an image, and a location of the in-vehicle user is leaked, and security of vehicle information and user privacy is threatened.
How to improve the vehicle information security is the technical problem that this application will solve.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application aims to provide a vehicle information safety processing method, a device and a system, which are used for solving the problem of low information safety of the existing vehicle.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present specification is implemented as follows:
in a first aspect, a vehicle information safety processing method is provided, including: monitoring the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of a vehicle; determining a first target called vehicle-mounted terminal device according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices; and displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a designated display area of the vehicle.
Optionally, monitoring the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of the vehicle includes: receiving a message sent by vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of a vehicle, wherein the message carries a calling state of the equipment, which is obtained by monitoring the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment sending the message; and determining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of the vehicle according to the received message.
Optionally, monitoring the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of the vehicle includes: sending a state polling request to vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of a vehicle, wherein the state polling request is used for obtaining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment; and determining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment according to the feedback condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
Optionally, the method further includes: and when the second target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal equipment terminals is monitored to be changed from the called state to the non-called state, stopping displaying the calling state of the second target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in the designated display area of the vehicle.

In a third aspect, a vehicle information safety processing system is provided, including: the vehicle information safety processing device according to the second aspect; and the user terminal is communicated with the vehicle information safety processing device and is used for displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a specified display area of the user terminal after the called first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is determined according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of a vehicle are monitored; determining a first target called vehicle-mounted terminal device according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices; the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is displayed in the designated display area of the vehicle, so that when the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is called, a vehicle user can see the current called condition of each vehicle-mounted terminal equipment at a glance, the leakage of vehicle information is effectively prevented in time, the potential safety hazard of vehicle privacy information is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle information is improved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application. The reference numbers in the present application are only used for distinguishing the steps in the scheme and are not used for limiting the execution sequence of the steps, and the specific execution sequence is described in the specification.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle information security processing method, and fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of the vehicle information security processing method according to the embodiment of the present application. The calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal device represents whether the vehicle-mounted terminal device is in an opening state or a closing state, and if the vehicle-mounted terminal device is opened, the calling state represents that the vehicle-mounted terminal device is called; otherwise, it indicates not called. When a vehicle user starts vehicle-mounted multimedia such as a vehicle event data recorder, a video conference, live broadcasting and the like, the vehicle user can correspondingly call the application of vehicle-mounted terminal equipment installed in a vehicle-mounted multimedia system, so that a vehicle-mounted positioning navigation system, a camera, microphone equipment and the like are opened.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, monitoring the call states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of a vehicle includes the following steps:

In this embodiment, the call states of the respective in-vehicle terminal apparatuses are polled by actively sending requests to the plurality of in-vehicle terminal apparatuses of the vehicle. In step 304, the feedback condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal device may include message feedback, and the vehicle-mounted terminal device sending the message carried in the message monitors the call state of the device. The calling state of the corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal equipment can be determined through the called message or the message which is not called and fed back by the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment. In addition, the feedback condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal device may also include a condition that no feedback is received within a predetermined time, and the predetermined time does not receive the feedback, that is, the requested vehicle-mounted terminal device is not called; otherwise, the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is called.
In step 104, it may be determined which in-vehicle terminal devices are called and which in-vehicle terminal devices are not called according to the calling states of the plurality of in-vehicle terminal devices monitored in step 102.
In step 106, if the called in-vehicle terminal device is determined, the calling state of the called in-vehicle terminal device may be presented in a designated display area of the vehicle. Optionally, the designated Display area of the vehicle includes at least one of an in-vehicle multimedia device, a vehicle dashboard, and an in-vehicle parallel Display (HUD). The display may be the calling states of all the called vehicle-mounted terminal devices, and the display may be performed in the form of at least one of icons and text contents in the display area.
For example, when the camera is called to work, if the display state on the vehicle-mounted multimedia is set, the state of 'camera called' is displayed on the multimedia status bar, and can be composed of icons and explanatory characters.

For example, the user confirms whether a certain or some called vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is/are called by the user through triggering by opening a certain multimedia equipment after the user agrees according to the calling state or the reminding information displayed in the display area. If so, the displayed calling state or reminding information of the corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal equipment can be ignored; otherwise, the vehicle user can timely close some or some called vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
Therefore, by displaying the called state of the relevant vehicle-mounted terminal equipment, when the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is called, a vehicle user can clearly see the current called condition of each vehicle-mounted terminal equipment, the leakage of vehicle information is effectively and timely prevented, the potential safety hazard of vehicle privacy information is reduced, and the safety of the vehicle information is improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, optionally, after determining the first target vehicle-mounted terminal device to be invoked according to the invocation states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices, the method further includes: and displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a designated display area of a user terminal communicated with the vehicle.
If the vehicle user is not in the vehicle, the calling state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment which is called currently by the vehicle is sent to the user terminal which is communicated with the vehicle, and the calling condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is displayed in various modes such as short messages, voice messages or vehicle-mounted application interface push messages in the appointed display area of the user terminal. Therefore, when a vehicle user cannot check the calling state displayed in the designated display area of the vehicle in real time, the called condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment can be monitored in time, and therefore effective means are adopted, vehicle privacy information is prevented from being leaked, and vehicle information safety is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the method further includes: and when the second target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal equipment terminals is monitored to be changed from the called state to the non-called state, stopping displaying the calling state of the second target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in the designated display area of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, if the condition that the target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is called is monitored, the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is displayed in the designated display area. If the target vehicle-mounted terminal device is monitored to be closed currently, namely, the called condition does not exist, the display of the state of the vehicle-mounted terminal device in the specified display area can be stopped. Therefore, the vehicle user can clearly and directly know the condition of the current called vehicle-mounted terminal equipment, and accordingly proper protective measures can be taken conveniently and subsequently.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle information safety processing device, and fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of the vehicle information safety processing device according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle information safety processing device 1000 includes a memory 1200 and a processor 1400 electrically connected to the memory 1200, where the memory 1200 stores a computer program that can be executed by the processor 1400, and the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements each process of any one of the above embodiments of the vehicle information safety processing method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle information safety processing system, and fig. 5 is a block diagram of a structure of the vehicle information safety processing system according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the vehicle information security processing system 100 includes the vehicle information security processing apparatus 1000 and the user terminal 2000 described above, and the user terminal 2000 communicates with the vehicle information security processing apparatus 1000 for presenting the invoked state of the first target in-vehicle terminal device in a designated display area of the user terminal 2000 after determining the first target in-vehicle terminal device to be invoked according to the invoked states of the plurality of in-vehicle terminal devices.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of any one of the above vehicle information safety processing method embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.

Claims (10)
1. A vehicle information security processing method characterized by comprising:
monitoring the calling states of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices of a vehicle;
determining a first target vehicle-mounted terminal device to be called according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal devices;
and displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a designated display area of the vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring the call status of a plurality of vehicle end devices of a vehicle comprises:
receiving a message sent by vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of a vehicle, wherein the message carries a calling state of the equipment, which is obtained by monitoring the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment sending the message;
and determining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of the vehicle according to the received message.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring the call status of a plurality of vehicle end devices of a vehicle comprises:
sending a state polling request to vehicle-mounted terminal equipment of a vehicle, wherein the state polling request is used for obtaining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment;
and determining the calling state of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment according to the feedback condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when monitoring that a second target vehicle-mounted terminal device of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal device terminals is changed from a called state to an un-called state, stopping displaying the calling state of the second target vehicle-mounted terminal device in a specified display area of the vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending reminding information according to the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment displayed in the appointed display area of the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the designated display area of the vehicle comprises at least one of an in-vehicle multimedia device, a vehicle dashboard, and an in-vehicle parallel display system.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the first target vehicle terminal device to be invoked according to the invocation states of the plurality of vehicle terminal devices, further comprising:
and displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a designated display area of a user terminal which is communicated with the vehicle.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle terminal device of the vehicle comprises at least one of an in-vehicle camera, an out-of-vehicle camera, an in-vehicle microphone, and an in-vehicle positioning navigation system.
9. A vehicle information safety processing device characterized by comprising: a memory and a processor electrically connected to the memory, the memory storing a computer program executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. A vehicle information security processing system characterized by comprising:
the vehicle information safety processing device according to claim 9;
and the user terminal is communicated with the vehicle information safety processing device and is used for displaying the calling state of the first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment in a specified display area of the user terminal after the called first target vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is determined according to the calling states of the plurality of vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
