The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship. In addition, it should be understood that although the terms first, second, etc. may be used to describe various data in embodiments of the present invention, these data should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish the data from each other.
nowadays, the internet appointment vehicle becomes an indispensable travel mode in daily life of people due to the fact that the internet is increasingly popularized, accompanying travel safety problems exist all the time, and how to guarantee personal safety and obtain timely rescue measures is an important problem facing the development of the internet appointment vehicle.
Currently, each network appointment management platform generally sets a quick alarm mode, such as a one-key alarm or notification of an emergency contact, on software for providing a passenger taking service for a user. If the personal safety of a driver or a passenger is threatened in the driving process, the alarm can be given through software downloaded on a mobile phone. No matter a driver or a passenger needs to manually operate the mobile phone, especially, because navigation is needed in the driving process, the mobile phone of the driver is usually fixed in the visible range of the mobile phone, the attention of a suspect in a vehicle is very easy to draw through a mobile phone software alarming mode, the aim of alarming is difficult to achieve, even if the mobile phone software successfully informs a network car appointment management platform, a worker cannot confirm whether the alarm meets a real alarm condition or is accidentally touched, and the suspect is easy to draw attention when the driver or the passenger is dialed to confirm the alarm. The suspect is stimulated to put the driver or the passenger into a more dangerous place, the personal safety of the driver and the passenger cannot be guaranteed, and great potential safety hazards exist.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention provides an alarm system, an alarm method and a vehicle-mounted terminal, which are used for solving the problem that the alarm in the prior art is easy to attract the attention of a suspect, and can remotely and covertly complete the alarm to ensure the personal safety of a driver and passengers in a vehicle. The method and the system are based on the same inventive concept, and because the principles of solving the problems of the method and the system are similar, the implementation of the system and the method can be mutually referred, and repeated parts are not repeated.
Specifically, the invention provides the following two schemes for solving the problem that the alarm is easy to attract the attention of suspects:
the first optional scheme is applied to an alarm system comprising a vehicle-mounted terminal and a third-party platform, wherein in the system, the vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged in a vehicle and used for monitoring the environmental condition in the vehicle, when the condition that the monitored sound image data in the vehicle is abnormal is judged, an alarm instruction is actively sent to the third-party platform, the sound image data in the vehicle is sent to the third-party platform, and the third-party platform remotely determines whether to alarm or not.
the second alternative is applied to an alarm system comprising a vehicle-mounted terminal, an alarm device and a third-party platform, wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal and the alarm device are both arranged in a vehicle, and the alarm device can be arranged in a concealed place in the vehicle, such as the lower part of a seat, a cushion, a back cushion, a headrest and the like. The vehicle-mounted terminal is used for monitoring the environmental condition in the vehicle, the alarm device is used for receiving the help seeking signal sent by the user and forwarding the help seeking signal to the third-party platform through the vehicle-mounted terminal, the third-party platform informs the vehicle-mounted terminal to send the monitored sound image data in the vehicle when receiving the help seeking signal, and then the third-party platform remotely determines whether to alarm or not. Optionally, in order to avoid the suspect from paying attention, a trigger mechanism for controlling the alarm device to start may be further provided in the specific implementation, for example, the trigger mechanism is provided in the headrest of the seat, and the user may trigger the alarm device to start by continuously hitting the headrest twice; a trigger mechanism is arranged below the seat, and the user can trigger the starting alarm device when kicking and touching the area of the trigger mechanism arranged below the seat.
The two optional schemes can realize the alarm in a third-party platform in a concealed way independently, so that the personal safety of a driver and passengers in the vehicle is guaranteed; the two optional schemes can be combined together to realize the concealed alarm completion on a third party platform aiming at the requirements in actual application, and the personal safety of drivers and passengers in the automobile can be guaranteed.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, the following first describes a first alternative provided by the embodiments of the present invention.
specifically, referring to fig. 1, corresponding to a first alternative, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic structural diagram of a first alarm system 100, where the first alarm system 100 includes an on-vehicle terminal 101 and a third-party platform 102, where:
The vehicle-mounted terminal 101 is used for monitoring first acoustic image data in a vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located, and when it is determined that first abnormal data used for representing suspected danger in the vehicle exists in the monitored first acoustic image data, sending an alarm instruction to a third-party platform, wherein the alarm instruction carries the first acoustic image data containing the first abnormal data;
wherein the first sound image data includes sound data and/or image data. The first abnormal data may be pre-recorded sensitive words such as words of anger, sound data with decibels exceeding a preset threshold, or image data marked with a physical conflict, a knife, a stick, etc. to indicate that the personal safety of the user is threatened.
The vehicle-mounted terminal 101 is further configured to send second acoustic image data in the monitored vehicle to the third party platform in real time after sending the alarm instruction;
and the third-party platform 102 is used for judging whether to execute the alarm operation according to the first acoustic image data and the second acoustic image data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 arranged in the vehicle monitors the environment in the vehicle, acquires first acoustic image data in the vehicle, sends an alarm instruction to the third-party platform 102 associated with the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 when the first acoustic image data is determined to have first abnormal data, sends second acoustic image data in the monitored vehicle to the third-party platform 102 in real time, and judges whether to alarm by the third-party platform 102. Can accomplish long-range hidden warning, avoid the user to use cell-phone software warning to arouse suspect's attention in the car, and make the more dangerous condition in situation take place, effectively ensure driver or passenger's personal safety.
In an optional implementation manner, the third-party platform 102 is further configured to send a monitoring instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 after receiving the alarm instruction, where the monitoring instruction is used to instruct the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 to send real-time monitored sound and image data; based on this, the in-vehicle terminal 101 is specifically configured to: and when the monitoring instruction is received, transmitting second acoustic image data in the monitored vehicle to the third-party platform in real time.
In this embodiment, the third-party platform 102 receives the alarm instruction and does not directly alarm, but sends a monitoring instruction to the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 to obtain the sound image data in the vehicle in real time and determine whether a real alarm condition exists, so as to determine whether to execute an alarm operation, thereby effectively avoiding occupation of social public resources.
in an optional implementation manner, the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 is further configured to acquire current position information of a vehicle in real time, or acquire position information of the vehicle every preset fixed time, so as to send the current position information of the vehicle to a third party platform under the condition that second image data in the monitored vehicle is sent to the third party platform in real time; and the third-party platform 102 is further used for sending the current position information of the vehicle to the public security system when determining to execute the alarm operation.
In specific implementation, the corresponding relationship between the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 and the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal is located may also be stored in the third party platform 102 in advance, for example, a vehicle information table is set in the third party platform 102, and information such as a license plate number of the vehicle, a serial number of the vehicle-mounted terminal in the vehicle, a model number of the vehicle, and the like is recorded. Based on this, in an optional implementation manner, the alarm instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 to the third party platform also carries the number of the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the third party platform can determine, according to the vehicle information table, that the number of the vehicle-mounted alarm device sending the alarm instruction locks the corresponding vehicle, and obtain the information such as the license plate number and the model number of the alarm vehicle, so as to send the current position information, the license plate number, the model number, and the like of the vehicle to the public security system when determining to execute the alarm operation, so as to help the public security to quickly issue an alarm.
The third-party platform 102 is further configured to, when it is determined to perform an alarm operation, store the received sound image data sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 as an evidence so as to provide a suspicion person clue and a scene situation in the vehicle to the police.
In an optional implementation manner, the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 is further configured to send second abnormal data to a third-party platform when it is determined that second abnormal data representing a suspected illegal operation of the driver exists in the monitored first acoustic image data;
The second abnormal data may be image data marked with a smoking action of the driver, a call made by the driver holding the mobile device, and the like indicating that the driver violates a behavior in the driving process.
The third party platform 102 is further configured to alert a driver of the vehicle when the second abnormal data is received.
In specific implementation, a voice prompter for prompting a driver to drive regularly may be arranged in the vehicle, the third-party platform 102 is specifically configured to receive the second abnormal data, and when it is determined that the driver has an illegal operation according to the second abnormal data, notify the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 to control the voice control prompter to send a preset prompting message, such as "please smoke when driving the vehicle", "please talk when driving the vehicle", and the like. In addition, when the alarm system is actually applied to the network car booking industry, the third-party platform 102, that is, the network car booking management platform, can also store the received second abnormal data as a basis for relevant assessment of the network car booking driver.
In an alternative embodiment, the third party platform 102 is further configured to notify the in-vehicle terminal 101 to stop sending the real-time monitored audio-video data when it is determined that the alarm operation is not performed.
in an optional embodiment, the third party platform 102 is further configured to send a first notification to the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 after determining that the alarm operation is performed to alarm the public security system, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 controls the vehicle to stop or slow down when receiving the first notification. The method can be applied to a scene of controlling the vehicle in cooperation with public security in a remote mode, and can be implemented by referring to the following specific modes: the third-party platform 102 sends the first notification to the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 when receiving a control instruction of the public security system, and the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 drives the vehicle (i.e., the vehicle where the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 is located) to stop or decelerate by controlling a vehicle-mounted balance system preset in the vehicle when receiving the first notification; wherein the first notification is for notifying that the vehicle is stopped or decelerated.
In specific implementation, the control instruction may be sent by the police system after receiving the alarm of the third party platform 102, or may be triggered by a manager of the third party platform 102 after receiving a telephone instruction from a staff of the police system, where the control instruction carries target position information for instructing the vehicle to stop or slow down. Based on this, when receiving the control instruction, the third party platform 102 acquires target position information of the vehicle required by the public security to park or decelerate, and notifies the vehicle-mounted terminal 101 to control a vehicle-mounted balancing system preset in the vehicle to drive the vehicle to park or decelerate when the vehicle in which the third party platform is located reaches or approaches the target position.
