Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the tampon paper tube set of the present invention comprises a sleeve 1 and a push tube 2, wherein one end of the push tube 2 extends into the sleeve 1 and is displaceable relative to the sleeve 1.
The sleeve 1 has a sheet 11, the sheet 11 is rolled into a partially overlapped configuration to form a chamber S inside the sheet 11, and the inner edge of the sheet 11 is not exposed, the outer edge of the sheet 11 is exposed, and an edge line L1 extending from the front end to the rear end can be formed. In addition, the front end of the sheet 11 can be encircled to form an opening 12, and the rear end of the sheet 11 is encircled to form a penetrating port 13; the front end of the sheet 11 is generally hemispherical, so that the opening 12 is smaller than the penetration opening 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sheet 11 includes an inner layer 11a, a structural layer 11b and an outer layer 11c stacked from inside to outside, and the inner layer 11a is adjacent to the chamber S and the outer layer 11c is exposed to the outside; although the present embodiment is described by taking a three-layer structure as an example, it is not limited thereto, and for example, a structure with four, five or more layers, as long as the inner layer 11a is at the innermost side, the outer layer 11c is at the outermost side, and the structural layer 11b is between the inner layer 11a and the outer layer 11c, should be included in the scope of the present invention. Preferably, the inner layer 11a can be made of paper with smoothness, less fluffiness and low friction coefficient to improve the smoothness of the displacement of the push tube 2; the structural layer 11b can be made of paper such as cardboard, etc. to have sufficient strength and hardness, so that the sleeve 1 is not easily deformed and damaged, and is not too soft to be smoothly inserted into the vagina; the outer layer 11c may be made of soft and skin-friendly paper to improve the comfort of the sleeve 1 when it is placed in the vagina. In addition, the thickness of the inner layer 11a and the outer layer 11c can be smaller than that of the structural layer 11b, so that the inner layer 11a and the outer layer 11c can conform to the structural layer 11b and be soft and comfortable.
More specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the structural layer 11b has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112 opposite to each other, the first surface 111 faces the inner layer 11a, and the second surface 112 faces the outer layer 11 c. The structural layer 11b has a plurality of flaps 113 located at the front end of a body 114, and the structural layer 11b has a weakened portion 115 located at the position where the flaps 113 are adjacent to the body 114, so that the flaps 113 are easier to be shaped into a shape bending inward relative to the body 114; the weakening portion 115 is connected to the joint of any two adjacent flaps 113, so as to further enhance the shaping effect. In the present embodiment, please refer to fig. 4, for example, the weakening portion 115 may be at least one groove or cut provided on the first surface 111, and a plurality of annular grooves arranged in parallel are selectively provided in the present embodiment, but not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the weakening portion 115 may have a plurality of grooves or cuts arranged in parallel and in an intermittent manner as shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the inner layer 11a and the outer layer 11c can both cover the flaps 113 and the weakened portion 115, so that even if the flaps 113 break away from the body 114 during use, the inner layer 11a and the outer layer 11c can limit the flaps 113 to prevent the fallen flaps 113 from falling into the vagina of the user. Furthermore, the outer layer 11c or the inner layer 11a can also cover the front ends of the flaps 113, so that the stability of the combination of the inner layer 11a, the structural layer 11b and the outer layer 11c is improved, and the flaps 113 are not easily seen from the appearance of the casing 1, thereby providing a more compact appearance.
In addition, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the rear end of the thin sheet 11 may have a stop portion 14, and the stop portion 14 may be, for example, an outward protruding ring formed by jointly rewinding the rear end edges of the inner layer 11a, the structural layer 11b and the outer layer 11c, so that when a user pinches the sleeve 1, fingers can touch the stop portion 14 to keep the sleeve 1 from slipping off. Also, the circumferential surface of the sheet 11 may have a whole circle 15, and the whole circle 15 may be, for example, a plurality of grooves, ribs, bumps, or other equivalent structures, so as to be held by a user and not to slip off easily.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the first end 21 of the push tube 2 is located in the chamber S of the casing 1 and can be axially displaced relative to the casing 1, and the second end 22 of the push tube 2 is located at the rear end of the penetration opening 13. The push tube 2 of the present embodiment may also be formed by rolling a paper board to a partially overlapped configuration, such that the inner edge of the paper board is not exposed, the outer edge of the paper board is exposed, and an edge line L2 extending from the first end 21 to the second end 22 may be formed. In addition, the first end 21 of the push tube 2 may have an outer protrusion 23, and the outer protrusion 23 may be formed by rolling back the front end of the paperboard, for example, so that the push tube 2 may contact the inner layer 11a of the sleeve 1 by the outer protrusion 23, and the push tube 2 may generate axial displacement relative to the sleeve 1 more smoothly.
The cotton strip paper sleeve can further comprise a ring 3, the ring 3 can be sleeved on the outer layer 11c of the sleeve 1, thereby limiting the sheet 11 rolled into a tubular shape to open, so that the sleeve 1 can maintain a tubular shape; the collar 3 can be located closer to the rear end of the sleeve 1, so that the front end of the sleeve 1 can smoothly slightly open when the opening 12 is opened. In the embodiment of the sleeve 1 without the stop portion 14, the collar 3 can be selectively fixed to the outer layer 11c of the sleeve 1 by adhesion, so as to prevent the collar 3 from falling off from the rear end of the sleeve 1; in the embodiment of the sleeve 1 having the stop portion 14, the collar 3 can abut against the stop portion 14 to prevent the collar 3 from falling off from the rear end of the sleeve 1. In addition, the ring 3 also has the identification effect, so that the user can know to stop inserting the sleeve 1 when the ring 3 touches the vaginal opening after inserting the sleeve 1 into the vagina, and the sleeve 1 is prevented from being inserted too deeply and being difficult to take out. The outer circumferential surface of the collar 3 may also form another complete ring (not shown), which may be, for example, a plurality of raised strips, raised points or other equivalent structures, so as to be held by a user and not to slip off easily, and may also be arranged or present with specific lines, characters or patterns, etc. to provide decoration or identification effects.
Referring to fig. 3, according to the above structure, when the chamber S of the sleeve 1 of the paper tampon guide set of the present embodiment contains an absorber 41 of a tampon 4, a removal string 42 at the end of the absorber 41 can pass through the push tube 2 and pass through the second end 22 of the push tube 2. When in use, a user can hold the whole circle 15 (or the ring 3) of the sleeve 1 with fingers, insert the front end of the sleeve 1 into the vagina, and push the second end 22 of the push tube 2, so that the first end 21 of the push tube 2 pushes the absorber 41 to advance towards the opening 12 of the sleeve 1. During the above-mentioned movement, both the push tube 2 and the absorber 41 can smoothly advance by contacting the inner layer 11a of the sleeve 1. When the absorber 41 contacts the inner layer 11a and aligns with the flaps 113, the absorber 41 which continues to advance can expand the flaps 113 to expand the opening 12 of the sleeve 1, and the absorber 41 can drive the front end of the sleeve 1 to slightly and gradually expand along with the advance of the absorber 41, so that the absorber 41 can be smoothly pushed out by the push tube 2 until completely separating from the sleeve 1 and placing into the proper depth of the vagina. The user can then pull out the sleeve 1, so that the push tube 2 can be removed from the body together with the sleeve 1, and the removal string 42 of the tampon 4 is partially exposed outside the body, so as to pull out the absorbent body 41 in a subsequent operation.
It is noted that the tampon paper tube set of the present invention can be applied to a paper tube tampon, and is manufactured by pre-loading the absorbent member 41 of a tampon 4 into the sleeve 1, passing the removal string 42 of the tampon 4 out of the second end 22 of the push tube 2, and individually packaging each of the paper tube tampons. Alternatively, the individually packaged tampons 4 may be unpacked before use and placed in the barrel 1 of the tampon paper catheter set of the present invention, and the first end 21 of the push tube 2 may be inserted into the chamber S of the barrel 1 for use. Or as shown in fig. 6, the individually packaged tampon 4 is unpacked before use and placed in the tampon paper sleeve 1 of the present invention, and the user then penetrates the penetrating opening 13 of the sleeve 1 with the finger and inserts the front end of the sleeve 1 into the vagina, while the back end of the sleeve 1 is still outside the body; pushing the absorber 41 forward with fingers to make the absorber 41 smoothly push into the proper position in the vagina through the opening 12 of the sleeve 1, and withdrawing the sleeve 1 when withdrawing the fingers; thus, the sleeve 1 can be used as a "finger sleeve" to prevent the user's fingers from being contaminated with menstrual blood and to reduce the problem of gynecological infections caused by bacteria on the user's hands.
In summary, the cotton strip paper sleeve, the cotton strip paper guide pipe group and the paper guide pipe type cotton strip are all made of paper materials so as to accord with the concept of environmental protection. In addition, the sleeve can be smooth at the inner layer, the outer layer and the front end by the inner layer, the structural layer and the outer layer with different paper characteristics, so that discomfort of a user caused by the arrangement of the valve plate in the process of inserting into the vagina can be avoided, and the sleeve has the effects of improving the use comfort, the operation convenience and the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
