Description

Conduit type tampon, telescopic conduit group thereof and tampon finger sleeve
Technical Field
The invention relates to a female sanitary article and a component thereof, in particular to a catheter type tampon, a telescopic catheter group and a tampon finger sleeve thereof, which can place the tampon into a body to absorb menstrual blood.
Background
Generally, a conventional tube-type tampon generally includes an insertion tube, a tampon, and a push tube; the inserting tube is used for inserting the female vagina, the front end of the inserting tube is hemispherical and is provided with a petaloid opening, the cotton strip is positioned in the inserting tube, the pushing tube can be pushed against the rear end of the cotton strip, so that the cotton strip props open the petaloid opening to be placed in a proper position in the female vagina, and the inserting tube and the pushing tube can be discarded. However, the insertion tube and the push tube are both made of plastic, so the conduit-type tampon is convenient to use but causes the problem of environmental pollution. In addition, when the insertion tube is manufactured, if the surface treatment is slightly improper at the opening formed in the petal shape, the tip of the insertion tube is not smooth, and the user is likely to have friction discomfort, puncture, scratch, and the like during the insertion of the insertion tube into the vagina.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, there is shown a known tampon applicator 9, the known tampon applicator 9 having a reusable cylindrical body 91 and a pusher 92. The cylindrical body 91 has a circular wall 911 connected to a head 912 having a hemispherical shape, and a cut 913 dividing the head 912 in half and penetrating from one side of the circular wall 911 to the extreme end. In use, the cylindrical body 91 can be laterally separated along the groove 913 to insert a tampon 93, and the pusher 92 can push the tampon 93 out of the cylindrical body 91 to be placed in the female vagina. An embodiment similar to the known tampon applicator 9 is disclosed in chinese patent application publication No. CN 108670560.
However, in the above-mentioned known tampon applicator 9, since the head 912 of the cylindrical body 91 is divided into two halves by the groove 913, the head 912 will spread along both sides of the groove 913 during the process of spreading the cylindrical body 91 by the tampon 93, but the foremost edge of the head 912 will form a resistance force inwardly clamping the tampon 93 from both sides of the groove 913, so that the pushing out of the tampon 93 is relatively laborious. On the other hand, when the groove 913 is opened by the tampon 93 at the head 912, the groove 913 will expand slightly at the ring wall 911, so that the groove 913 will have a risk of pinching the vaginal wall when the ring wall 911 is elastically restored.
In view of the above, there is a need for an improved catheter set for assisting a woman in placing a tampon into the body.

The use of the terms "a" or "an" for the elements and components described throughout this disclosure is for convenience only and provides a general sense of the scope of the invention; in the present invention, it is to be understood that the singular includes plural unless it is obvious that it is meant otherwise.
The terms "combined," "combined," or "assembled" as used herein mainly include the forms of the components that can be separated without destroying the components after being connected, or the components that can not be separated after being connected, and they can be selected by those skilled in the art according to the materials or assembly requirements of the components to be connected.
The telescopic catheter group of the invention comprises: the outer tube is provided with a sheet which is curled to be partially overlapped, a containing chamber is formed inside the sheet, the inner side edge of the sheet is not exposed outside, the outer side edge of the sheet is exposed outside, the front side edge of the sheet is encircled to form an opening, and the rear side edge of the sheet is encircled to form a penetrating port; and the first end of the inner pipe is positioned in the accommodating chamber and can move relative to the outer pipe, and the second end of the inner pipe is positioned at the rear end of the penetration port.
The catheter-based tampon of the present invention comprises: a telescopic conduit set as described above; and the cotton sliver is provided with an absorber positioned in the accommodating chamber, a removing rope is positioned at the tail end of the absorber, and the removing rope penetrates through the inner tube and penetrates out of the second end of the inner tube.
The invention relates to a tampon finger sleeve, which is provided with a sheet curled into a partial overlapped part, wherein a containing chamber is formed inside the sheet, the inner side edge of the sheet is not exposed outside, the outer side edge of the sheet is exposed outside, the front side edge of the sheet is encircled to form an opening, and the rear side edge of the sheet is encircled to form a penetrating port.
Accordingly, the catheter-type tampon, the telescopic catheter set thereof and the tampon finger stall of the invention have the advantages that by curling the outer tube (or the tampon finger stall) into a partially overlapped state, when the tampon is pushed out, the opening at the front end of the outer tube (or the tampon finger stall) is uniformly expanded without generating the resistance for clamping the tampon, and the front end of the outer tube (or the tampon finger stall) is not required to be provided with a petal-shaped opening, so that the structure of the outer tube (or the tampon finger stall) can be simplified for forming, and the absorber of the tampon can be loaded from the side direction of the outer tube (or the tampon finger stall), thereby having the effects of improving the operation convenience, reducing the manufacturing cost, improving the manufacturing and assembling convenience and the like.
Wherein, the front edge of the sheet can be shorter than the back edge of the sheet, and the outer edge of the sheet can be obliquely connected with the front edge and the back edge of the sheet. Therefore, the sheet has less overlapped area near the opening, so that the resistance of the opening when being expanded can be reduced, and the effect of improving the smoothness of operation is achieved.
Wherein the outer side edge of the sheet may be radiused adjacent the trailing side edge of the sheet. Therefore, the smoothness of the outer surface of the outer tube can be improved, the discomfort of a user caused when the outer tube is inserted into a vagina is reduced, and the use comfort is improved.
The outer tube may have a slip-preventing portion on the surface of the sheet exposed to the outside, and the slip-preventing portion is closer to the penetration opening and farther from the opening. Therefore, the anti-slip part is convenient to form and can be held by a user to ensure that the outer tube does not slip, and the anti-slip part has the effects of improving the manufacturing convenience and the operation convenience.
Wherein, the outer tube and the inner tube can be made of decomposable materials. Thus, the method has the effect of meeting the concept of environmental protection.
Wherein the inner tube may have a longitudinal groove extending from the first end to the second end. Thus, the cotton sliver removing rope can be arranged in the inner tube from the side direction, and the assembly convenience and efficiency are further improved.
Wherein the inner tube may be formed by a sheet of crimped thermoplastic material, and the longitudinal groove may be formed between opposing first and second side edges of the sheet. Thus, the manufacturing convenience is improved.
The telescopic conduit group can further comprise a connecting belt, a first end of the connecting belt can be connected with the inner side edge of the sheet, a second end of the connecting belt can be connected with the first side edge of the sheet, and the connecting belt can be wound on the periphery of the inner pipe and is positioned in the accommodating chamber. Therefore, the prototype of the telescopic conduit group can be conveniently formed by one-time curling operation and then subjected to thermoplastic shaping, and the process efficiency is improved; in addition, the connecting band can limit the displacement amplitude of the inner tube, ensure that the inner tube cannot fall into the vagina, simplify the structures of the outer tube and the inner tube, and have the effects of improving the use safety and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Wherein the first end of the connecting strip may be closer to the rear side edge of the sheet and the second end of the connecting strip may be closer to the front side edge of the sheet. Therefore, the connecting band can not influence the action of the inner tube, and the effect of improving the smoothness of operation is achieved.
In the case of the tampon finger sleeve, the sheet may be made of a decomposable material. Thus, the method has the effect of meeting the concept of environmental protection.
The tampon pledget can be formed into a tapered tube and the penetration can be larger than the opening. Therefore, different users can smoothly penetrate fingers into the containing chamber, and the effect of improving the universality of the product is achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:
referring to fig. 5, a first embodiment of the telescopic catheter assembly of the present invention includes an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2, wherein one end of the inner tube 2 extends into the outer tube 1 and can move relative to the outer tube 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the outer tube 1 has a sheet 11, and the sheet 11 is curled into a partially overlapped configuration (see fig. 6), so as to form a chamber S inside the sheet 11, and the inner edge 11a of the sheet 11 is not exposed, and the outer edge 11b of the sheet 11 is exposed. Alternatively, the front edge 11c of the sheet 11 may be encircled to form an opening 12 and the rear edge 11d of the sheet 11 may be encircled to form an inlet 13.
In the present embodiment, the front edge 11c of the sheet 11 is made shorter than the rear edge 11d, and the outer edge 11b of the sheet 11 connects the front edge 11c and the rear edge 11d in an inclined manner, so that the sheet 11 has a smaller overlapping area in the vicinity of the opening 12, thereby reducing the resistance when the opening 12 is expanded (described in detail later). Moreover, the sheet 11 of the present embodiment can also form a rounded corner 14 at the position where the outer edge 11b connects with the rear edge 11d, or at least form the outer edge 11b with a gradually thinner thickness, which can improve the smoothness of the outer surface of the outer tube 1, thereby reducing the discomfort of the user when the outer tube 1 is inserted into the vagina.
For example, but not limited to, the outer tube 1 may be formed by rolling a flat sheet 11 into a tube shape, then thermoplastic forming or other forming methods are selected according to the material, the front end of the outer tube 1 is formed into a hemisphere shape and has the opening 12 with a generally circular shape, and the rear end of the outer tube 1 may be shaped into a tapered inner diameter. In addition, when the outer tube 1 is formed by thermoforming, an anti-slip portion 15 may be formed on the exposed surface of the sheet 11, and the anti-slip portion 15 may be, for example, a plurality of raised lines, raised points or other equivalent structures, so as to be held by a user without slipping; wherein, the anti-slip portion 15 is preferably disposed closer to the penetration opening 13 and farther from the opening 12.
The first end 21 of the inner tube 2 is located in the chamber S of the outer tube 1 and can be axially displaced relative to the outer tube 1, and the second end 22 of the inner tube 2 is located at the rear end of the penetration opening 13.
According to the above structure, when the chamber S of the outer tube 1 of the telescopic catheter set of the present embodiment receives the absorber 31 of the tampon 3 therein, the removal string 32 at the end of the absorber 31 can penetrate through the inner tube 2 and pass through the second end 22 of the inner tube 2.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in use, a user can hold the anti-slip portion 15 of the outer tube 1 with fingers, insert the front end of the outer tube 1 into the vagina, and push the second end 22 of the inner tube 2 to push the first end 21 of the inner tube 2 against the absorbent body 31 to advance. When the absorber 31 contacts the inner surface of the front end of the outer tube 1, the sheet 11 is gradually unfolded with the advance of the absorber 31 by means of friction force, so that the opening 12 of the outer tube 1 is uniformly enlarged, and the absorber 31 can be smoothly pushed out by the inner tube 2 until completely separated from the outer tube 1 and placed into the proper depth of the vagina. The user can then pull out the outer tube 1, so that the inner tube 2 can be removed from the body together with the outer tube 1, and the removal string 32 of the tampon 3 is partially exposed outside the body, so as to pull out the absorbent body 31 in a subsequent operation.
It should be noted that referring again to fig. 5, the telescoping tube set of the present invention may be adapted for use with a disposable tube tampon, and may also be adapted for use with a reusable tampon applicator to meet environmental concerns.
In particular, for use in a tube tampon, it is possible to pre-load the absorbent body 31 of a tampon 3 into the outer tube 1 during production, and to pass the removal string 32 of the tampon 3 out of the second end 22 of the inner tube 2 and to pack each tube tampon individually; the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 are preferably made of decomposable Materials such as paper or Biodegradable Materials (Biodegradable Materials), so that the ducted tampon can achieve both convenience and environmental protection.
For tampon applicators, the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 may be made of a material that is resistant to washing with water. In use, a cotton sliver 3 can be taken and the curled outer tube 1 is opened so as to load the absorption body 31 of the cotton sliver 3 from the side direction of the outer tube 1 and make the removing rope 32 of the cotton sliver 3 penetrate through the inner tube 2; after the tampon 3 is pushed into the vagina to a suitable depth, the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 which are taken out can be cleaned and reused.
Since the telescopic tube set of the present invention can be loaded with the absorber 31 of the tampon 3 from the side of the outer tube 1 by means of the curled outer tube 1, the absorber 31 of the tampon 3 can be loaded into the outer tube 1 conveniently and rapidly no matter the telescopic tube set is used in a tube-type tampon or a tampon applicator, thereby improving the production and packaging efficiency or the use and assembly efficiency.
Please refer to fig. 9, which shows a second embodiment of the telescopic tube set of the present invention. In this embodiment, the inner tube 2 may also have a longitudinal groove 23 extending from the first end 21 to the second end 22. Thus, not only the absorber 31 of the tampon 3 can be loaded from the side of the outer tube 1, but also the removal string 32 of the tampon 3 can be loaded from the side of the inner tube 2 through the longitudinal grooves 23, so as to further improve the assembly convenience and efficiency.
Please refer to fig. 10 and 11, which show a third embodiment of the telescopic tube set of the present invention. In this embodiment, the outer tube 1 may be a flat sheet 11 before thermoforming, and the inner tube 2 may also be formed by curling and thermoforming a sheet 24, so that the telescopic tube set preferably further includes a connecting band 4 to connect the sheet 11 and the sheet 24 by two ends of the connecting band 4, and the connecting band 4 is wound around the outer periphery of the inner tube 2 and located in the chamber S. In detail, a first end of the connecting band 4 may be connected to the inner side edge 11a of the sheet 11 and located closer to the rear side edge 11d of the sheet 11, a second end of the connecting band 4 is connected to the first side edge 24a of the sheet 24 and located closer to the front side edge 24c of the sheet 24, and after the sheet 24 is curled and thermoformed, the aforementioned longitudinal grooves 23 may be formed between the first side edge 24a and the second side edge 24b of the sheet 24; after the sheet 24 is curled, the connecting band 4 is continuously curled, so that the connecting band 4 can be concentrically wound for a plurality of circles to surround the outer periphery of the inner tube 2; the foil 11 is then crimped to form the outer tube 1. Therefore, the structure can facilitate the forming of the prototype of the telescopic conduit group by one-time curling operation, and then the prototype is shaped by heat molding or other manners according to the material, thereby having the effect of improving the process efficiency.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, according to the above structure, when the absorber 31 of the tampon 3 is located in the chamber S of the outer tube 1, the absorber 31 is located in front of the connecting band 4. During the process that the user pushes the second end 22 of the inner tube 2 to push the first end 21 of the inner tube 2 against the absorber 31 to advance, the connecting band 4 can be stretched out without affecting the action of the inner tube 2, and the connecting band 4 can also limit the maximum displacement stroke of the inner tube 2; that is, even if there is no structure for stopping the front end of the outer tube 1 or the inner tube 2, the inner tube 2 is pulled by the connecting band 4 and cannot be moved forward when it is moved to the maximum expansion degree of the connecting band 4, so that the trouble that the inner tube 2 falls into the vagina due to operation error is prevented, and the structure of the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 2 can be simplified.
Please refer to fig. 14, which shows a fourth embodiment of the telescopic tube set of the present invention. In this embodiment, the inner tube 2 may be similar to the outer tube 1, such that the plate 24 is curled into a partially overlapped configuration, the second side edge 24b of the plate 24 is not exposed, and the first side edge 24a of the plate 24 is exposed. Thus, the tolerance of the inner tube 2 formed by thermal molding can be looser, and the manufacturing convenience can be improved.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, the present invention further provides a tampon finger sleeve 5 having a sheet 51 curled to partially overlap, wherein the sheet 51 has a chamber S formed therein, an inner edge 51a of the sheet 51 is not exposed, and an outer edge 51b of the sheet 51 is exposed. The front edge 51c of the sheet 51 may be encircled to form an opening 52, and the rear edge 51d of the sheet 51 may be encircled to form an inlet 53; the tampon finger sleeve 5 is preferably formed as a tapered tube with the penetration opening 53 being larger than the opening 52 so that different users can smoothly penetrate their fingers from the penetration opening 53 into the chamber S.
In this embodiment, the front edge 51c of the sheet 51 is shorter than the rear edge 51d, and the outer edge 51b of the sheet 51 connects the front edge 51c and the rear edge 51d in an inclined manner, so that the sheet 51 has a smaller overlapping area adjacent to the opening 52. In addition, the sheet 51 of the present embodiment may also have a rounded corner 54 formed at the position where the outer edge 51b connects the rear edge 51d, or at least the outer edge 51b is formed with a gradually thinner thickness.
Referring to fig. 17, in use, the absorbent 31 of the tampon 3 can be inserted into the chamber S from the penetration opening 53, or the tampon finger sleeve 5 can be pulled open and inserted into the absorbent 31 from the side; then, the user's finger can penetrate through the penetration opening 53, and then the front end of the tampon finger sleeve 5 is inserted into the vagina, and the rear end of the tampon finger sleeve 5 is still outside the body; the absorbent 31 is pushed forward by fingers, so that the absorbent 31 drives the thin sheet 51 to gradually expand, the absorbent 31 is smoothly pushed into the proper position in the vagina, and the tampon finger sleeve 5 is pulled out when the fingers are pulled out.
It is worth mentioning that the tampon finger sleeve 5 of the present invention can be made of decomposable Materials such as paper or Biodegradable Materials, so that it can be discarded after being used once, and thus meets the concept of environmental protection. In particular, since the tampon finger sleeve 5 of the present invention has a simple structure and can be easily opened for cleaning, it is preferred to use a material that is water-resistant and can be cleaned for the next repeated use after use.
In summary, the present invention provides a tube-type tampon, a retractable tube set thereof, and a tampon finger sleeve, wherein the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) is curled to a partially overlapped state, so that when pushing out the tampon, the opening at the front end of the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) is uniformly expanded without generating a resistance force for clamping the tampon, and the front end of the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) does not need to be provided with a petal-shaped opening, so that the structure of the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) can be simplified for forming, and the situations of puncture or scratch caused by improper surface treatment can be avoided. Therefore, the conduit type tampon, the telescopic conduit group thereof and the tampon finger stall have the effects of improving the operation convenience, reducing the manufacturing cost and the like.
In addition, the conduit type tampon, the telescopic conduit group and the tampon finger sleeve thereof can lead the absorber of the tampon to be loaded from the side direction of the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) by the outer tube (or the tampon finger sleeve) which is curled into a partial overlapping shape, thereby having the effects of improving the manufacturing and assembling convenience and the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
