In the embodiment of the invention, the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user only displays a simple prompt interface whether to post or not after receiving the user address information, and does not display the specific received user address information, thereby avoiding the leakage of the user address information, protecting the information safety of the user, and even the safety of lives and property.
The embodiment of the invention can meet the conversion from the virtual gift to the entity gift between the live users through a simple interface, can automatically and intelligently judge based on the selected target virtual gift identifier according to the clicking operation of the user on the virtual gift identifier displayed on the live interface, and automatically send out the mailing instruction, thereby realizing the full-automatic processing process from selection to sending of the gift in the live scene, and meeting the presentation and distribution requirements of the entity gift in the live scene.
It should be noted that, in all the above, the live broadcast user sends the virtual gift capable of being converted into the physical gift to the anchor user, so as to achieve the purpose of sending the physical gift and the virtual gift separately. In the actual application process, the anchor user can also select one or more live users from the currently listened live users as target user objects, and the real gifts obtained by converting the virtual gifts are sent to the target user objects, so that the real gifts and the virtual gifts are sent to the live users. That is, the target user object corresponding to the current live content refers to: and partially or completely watching the live users corresponding to the live user accounts of the current live content. Specifically, a live broadcast terminal of a main broadcast user displays a virtual gift identifier on a live broadcast interface, and detects a selection operation for the virtual gift identifier displayed on the live broadcast interface; acquiring attribute information of a target virtual gift identifier selected by the selection operation, wherein the set attribute information comprises entity gift information and virtual gift information; and if the acquired attribute information is the entity gift information, acquiring user address information of a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, generating a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and sending the mailing instruction to a mailing platform. The target user object corresponding to the current live content on the live interface refers to a live user corresponding to one or more live user accounts selected by user selection operation detected on a live terminal of the anchor user, and corresponds to the second user account mentioned in the above embodiment.
In an embodiment, if the obtained attribute information is virtual gift information, the target virtual gift identifier is displayed on the live broadcast interface, and meanwhile, corresponding gift presentation information related to the target virtual gift identifier is also displayed on live broadcast terminals of other live broadcast users watching the current live broadcast content.
In an embodiment, before the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user acquires the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user may further acquire a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier when the attribute information is the entity gift information; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification selected by the selection operation; and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, executing the acquisition of the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface.
In an embodiment, the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user may further obtain a currently logged-in first user account (at this time, the first user account refers to an account of the anchor user) and a second user account of a target user object corresponding to the currently live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface (at this time, the second user account refers to an account of the selected live broadcast user) when the determined virtual resource amount satisfies the conversion condition; generating an entity gift notification message carrying the first user account and the second user account, and sending the entity gift notification message to a live broadcast server corresponding to the live broadcast interface; the entity gift notification message is used for indicating the live broadcast server to generate gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account and broadcasting the gift giving information. The difference from the above embodiment is that the first user account refers to a user account of a host user, and the second user account refers to a user account of a selected live user.
In one embodiment, when the live terminal of the anchor user acquires user address information of a target user object corresponding to current live content on the live interface, the method includes: a live broadcast terminal of a main broadcast user displays an information input interface on the live broadcast interface; and receiving the recipient information input on the information input interface, and taking the received recipient information as a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, namely the user address information of the selected live broadcast user.
In one embodiment, before displaying the information entry interface on the live interface, the method further includes: a live broadcast terminal of a main broadcast user displays a prompt information interface on the live broadcast interface, wherein the prompt information interface is used for sending a prompt that a virtual gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identification exists in an entity gift for exchange; and if the confirmation operation on the prompt information interface is received, executing the display of the information entry interface on the live interface.
In one embodiment, when the live terminal of the anchor user acquires user address information of a target user object corresponding to current live content on the live interface, the method includes: a live broadcast terminal of an anchor user sends an address acquisition request to a live broadcast terminal (a live broadcast terminal of a selected live broadcast user) of a target user object corresponding to current live broadcast content on a live broadcast interface, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live broadcast terminal to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information of the target user object; and receiving user address information fed back by the live broadcast terminal of the target user object.
The steps and processes of sending the entity gift converted from the virtual gift from the anchor user to one or more live users may refer to the description of the related contents in the foregoing embodiments, and the embodiments of the present invention are not described again.

In the aforementioned embodiment, the corresponding functions are all implemented by the live broadcast terminal, and the server providing the live broadcast service plays a role in data forwarding interaction between the live broadcast terminals, for example, the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user acquires user address information from the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user through the server providing the live broadcast service, and the server providing the live broadcast service can also play a role in data query, for example, the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user queries user address information of the anchor user in the server providing the live broadcast service, and the like. In one embodiment, the server providing the live broadcast service may further perform conversion and transmission of the virtual gift and the physical gift, and referring to fig. 5, a process flow of the virtual gift to the physical gift performed by the server in a live broadcast application scenario is shown.
In S501, the server acquires user address information corresponding to a second user account when determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account. For the server, when receiving a gift sending request of a live terminal (which may be a live terminal of a live user, or a live terminal of a host user), the server may start to determine whether the live terminal needs to send an entity gift to the second user account, and if the determination result is yes, obtain user address information of the second user account. The live terminal sending the entity gift to the second user account in the embodiment of the present invention may be referred to as a target live terminal.
In other embodiments, before obtaining user address information corresponding to a second user account when it is determined that a live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account, the method further includes: determining a target virtual gift identification, wherein the target virtual gift identification refers to: the selected virtual gift identification is displayed on a live interface of the live terminal. Specifically, the virtual gift identification may be displayed on a live interface of the live terminal, and a selection operation for the virtual gift identification displayed on the live interface may be detected. Acquiring attribute information of the target virtual gift identifier; and determining whether the live broadcast terminal sends the entity gift to the second user account according to the attribute information. The server may obtain the target virtual gift identifier, which may be reported by the live broadcast terminal, and may specifically display an interface such as fig. 3a and fig. 3b on the live broadcast terminal, so that the target virtual gift identifier selected by the corresponding selection operation is received by the live broadcast terminal, and after the target virtual gift identifier is determined, it is determined whether to send the entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identifier to the second user account according to the attribute information.
In one embodiment, the determining whether the live terminal sends the entity gift to the second user account according to the attribute information includes: the server can confirm that the live broadcast terminal sends the entity gift to the second user account under the condition that the attribute information is the entity gift information; or: the server further acquires a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier under the condition that the attribute information is the entity gift information; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification; and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, detecting that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account. For example, for the above-mentioned target virtual gift identifier of the "little bear icon", the virtual resource of each "little bear icon" is 50 coins, and only after the user of the live broadcast terminal initiating the presentation of the physical gift selects the "little bear icon" as the target virtual gift identifier for many times, and the corresponding virtual resource amount reaches or exceeds 100 coins, that is, the virtual resource amount is considered to satisfy the conversion condition, the user address information of the second user account may be acquired.
In one embodiment, the obtaining of the user address information corresponding to the second user account includes: the server sends an address acquisition request to a live terminal corresponding to the second user account, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live terminal corresponding to the second user account to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information, and receives user address information fed back by the live terminal corresponding to the second user account; or: and the server queries keywords in an information database by taking the second user account as a query condition, and if the user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained by query, the user address information obtained by query is obtained. If the user address information corresponding to the second user account is not obtained through query, an address obtaining request can be further sent to the live broadcast terminal corresponding to the second user account, so that the user address information fed back by the live broadcast terminal corresponding to the second user account can be received conveniently. Of course, the server may also send an address acquisition request to the live terminal that initiates the gift presentation of the entity, so as to acquire the user address information of the second user account.
After obtaining the address information, the server generates a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and sends the mailing instruction to the mailing platform in S502.
It should be noted that, for specific implementation of each step mentioned above, reference may be made to the description of relevant content in the foregoing embodiment, and specifically, reference may be made to the description of relevant content in S201, S202, and S203 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2.
S503: and acquiring a first user account logged in by the live broadcast terminal, generating gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account, and broadcasting the gift giving information. The server mainly broadcasts the gift presenting information to other live broadcast terminals that are currently broadcasting the target live broadcast program according to the target live broadcast program played by the user corresponding to the first user account and the user corresponding to the second user account, for example, the live broadcast terminals that are currently watching the target live broadcast program may display the virtual gift presenting information 309 shown in fig. 3b according to the gift presenting information.
It should be noted that, for specific implementation of each step mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention, reference may be made to the description of related contents in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, it should be noted that, in some embodiments, in addition to executing the information processing method shown in fig. 5, the server may also execute the information processing method shown in fig. 2 as needed, that is, the server may indirectly execute the information processing method corresponding to fig. 2 by controlling a live terminal of a live user or a main user main terminal.
Referring to fig. 6 again, a flowchart of an information processing method for a live user to send an entity gift to an anchor user according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
S601: the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user selects the virtual gift identification for the anchor user so as to present the virtual gift, and simultaneously the virtual gift with the converted entity gift attribute and the entity gift corresponding to the virtual gift can be presented. A live broadcast interface as shown in fig. 3a may be displayed on a live broadcast terminal of a live broadcast user, and the user may select a virtual gift identifier with a converted entity gift attribute (that is, attribute information is entity gift information) therein, or may select a common virtual gift identifier (that is, attribute information is virtual gift information). In S601, the live terminal of the live user detects that the live user selects a gift a, a gift B, and a gift C, where the gift C is set with attribute information of the entity gift information.
S602: and the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user sends the selected and determined virtual gift identification as a target virtual gift identification to the live broadcast server. The live broadcast server is a server for providing live broadcast service.
S603: the live broadcast server detects whether the target virtual gift identification with the attribute information of the entity gift information in each target virtual gift identification reported by the live broadcast terminal of the live broadcast user accords with the conversion rule. For example, it is detected whether the virtual resource amount of the gift C with the attribute information of the physical gift information is not less than a preset resource amount threshold, and if so, the virtual resource amount is such that the conversion condition is satisfied, and S604 described below is performed. The gift a and the gift B of the virtual gift information do not need to be judged, and the virtual gift information is processed directly based on a common virtual gift processing flow, for example, only the virtual resource number of the gift a and the gift B sent by the live broadcast user is deducted, and the information of the number of the gift a and the gift B sent by the live broadcast user to the main broadcast user is broadcasted, so that other users watching the same live broadcast multimedia data can see the gift sending information.
S604: the live broadcast server acquires the address information of the user, and sends an entity gift delivery request, namely a mailing instruction to the warehouse server of the gift warehouse, for example, sends the mailing instruction to the warehouse server.
S605: and the warehousing server of the gift warehouse acquires the entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identification of the attribute information with the entity gift information and sends out a notification message about the entity gift to notify a live broadcast terminal of a main broadcast user. The warehouse server may contact the anchor user at a specified time and schedule the consignment according to the actual requirements of the anchor user.
S606: the anchor user receives and displays the entity gift goods-picking prompt information through the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user or other intelligent terminals provided with the client side of the mailing application, and the anchor user can finish the entity gift goods picking according to the self requirement of the anchor or the actual requirement. The anchor user can receive corresponding notice according to the live broadcast terminal of the anchor user and confirm to obtain the entity gift.
In one embodiment, the warehousing server may send all the sending information generated in the process of sending the entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identifier to the target user object such as the anchor user to the live broadcast server, and the live broadcast server sends notification information to the live broadcast terminal corresponding to the target user object such as the anchor user. For example, the live server notifies the anchor user that a live user sent a physical gift, the live server notifies the anchor user of the delivery route and time of the physical gift, the live server notifies the anchor user of a delivery notice, and so on.
In an embodiment, the warehouse server may also directly send a pickup notification to a target user object such as a host user, the warehouse server may directly send a pickup notification message to a live broadcast terminal of the host user to notify the host user of pickup, the pickup notification message may be, for example, a notification message displayed in a reminding area 701 in fig. 7a or a notification message displayed in a reminding interface 702 in fig. 7b, the warehouse server may also notify the host user of pickup by telephone contact according to telephone number information in the user address information, and after the host user receives an entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identifier, the host user may display the entity gift corresponding to the received target virtual gift identifier in a next live broadcast.

Referring to fig. 8, a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may be disposed in an intelligent terminal with a network function and capable of watching live broadcast, such as a smart phone, a personal computer, and a tablet computer, and may specifically refer to the above-mentioned live broadcast terminal of a live broadcast user or a live broadcast terminal of a main broadcast user, and the apparatus includes the following structure.
A detecting module 801, configured to display a virtual gift identifier on a live broadcast interface, and detect a selection operation for the virtual gift identifier displayed on the live broadcast interface; an obtaining module 802, configured to obtain attribute information of the target virtual gift identifier selected by the selecting operation; the processing module 803 is configured to, if the obtained attribute information is entity gift information, obtain user address information of a target user object corresponding to current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, generate a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and send the mailing instruction to a mailing platform; and if the acquired attribute information is the virtual gift information, displaying the target virtual gift identification on the live broadcast interface.
In one embodiment, the apparatus may further include: a decision block 804; the determining module 804 is configured to obtain a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier if the obtained attribute information is entity gift information; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification selected by the selection operation; if the determined virtual resource amount meets the conversion condition, the obtaining module 802 is triggered to obtain the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live content on the live interface.
In an embodiment, the processing module 803 is further configured to, if the determined virtual resource amount meets the conversion condition, obtain a first user account currently logged in and a second user account of a target user object corresponding to the currently live content on the live interface; generating an entity gift notification message carrying the first user account and the second user account, and sending the entity gift notification message to a live broadcast server corresponding to the live broadcast interface; the entity gift notification message is used for indicating the live broadcast server to generate gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account and broadcasting the gift giving information.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 802 is specifically configured to display an information entry interface on the live interface; and receiving the recipient information input on the information input interface, and taking the received recipient information as the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface.
In one embodiment, the apparatus may further include: a prompt module 805; the prompt module 805 is configured to display a prompt information interface on the live broadcast interface, where the prompt information interface is configured to send a prompt that a virtual gift exists in an entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identifier; if a confirmation operation on the prompt information interface is received, the obtaining module 802 is triggered to display an information entry interface on the live interface.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 802 is further configured to send an address obtaining request to a live terminal of a target user object corresponding to a current live content on the live interface, where the address obtaining request is used to request the live terminal corresponding to the target user object to display an address obtaining interface, so as to obtain user address information of the target user object; and receiving user address information fed back by the live broadcast terminal of the target user object.

Referring to fig. 9, it is a schematic structural diagram of another information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may be disposed in a server providing a live broadcast service, such as the live broadcast server mentioned in the foregoing embodiment. The device of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following structure.
An obtaining module 901, configured to obtain user address information corresponding to a second user account when it is determined that a live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account; the processing module 902 is configured to generate a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and send the mailing instruction to the mailing platform; the broadcasting module 903 is configured to acquire a first user account logged in by the live terminal, generate gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account, and broadcast the gift giving information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a judging module 904; the determining module 904 is configured to determine a target virtual gift identifier, where the target virtual gift identifier is: the selected virtual gift identifier is displayed on a live interface of the live terminal; acquiring attribute information of the target virtual gift identifier, wherein the attribute information comprises entity gift information and virtual gift information; and determining whether the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account according to the attribute information.
In an embodiment, the determining module 904 is specifically configured to determine that the live terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account if the obtained attribute information is entity gift information; or: specifically, if the obtained attribute information is entity gift information, obtaining a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification; and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 901 is specifically configured to send an address obtaining request to a live terminal corresponding to the second user account, where the address obtaining request is used to request the live terminal corresponding to the second user account to display an address obtaining interface so as to obtain user address information, and receive user address information fed back by the live terminal corresponding to the second user account; or: the method is specifically configured to perform keyword query in an information database with the second user account as a query condition, and if user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained through query, obtain the user address information obtained through the query.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 901 may be specifically configured to send an address obtaining request to the live terminal corresponding to the first user account, where the address obtaining request is used to request the live terminal corresponding to the first user account to display an address obtaining interface so as to obtain user address information, and receive user address information fed back by the live terminal corresponding to the first user account.

Referring to fig. 10 again, it is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power supply module and various required housing structures, and the intelligent terminal further includes: the storage device 1001, the processor 1002, the communication interface 1003, and the user interface 1004 may be used for accessing the live broadcast platform by the live broadcast user or the anchor user mentioned in the above embodiments through the intelligent terminal to obtain the live broadcast service.
The communication interface 1003 may be, for example, an interface such as a WiFi interface capable of accessing to a computer network, and the communication interface 1003 may also be a mobile communication interface, so that the smart terminal can access to the internet through the mobile communication interface, which may be, for example, an interface such as 2G/3G/4G/5G.
The user interface 1004 may include various physical keys as needed, may also be a voice or video capture interface, such as a microphone, a camera, etc., and may also be a touch display screen, and through the user interface 1004, a live user or a anchor user may perform human-computer interaction with the intelligent terminal, thereby acquiring a live service provided through the intelligent terminal and a live platform.
The storage 1001 may include a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the storage device 1001 may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (flash memory), a solid-state drive (SSD), or the like; the storage 1001 may also include a combination of memories of the sort described above.
The processor 1002 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1002. The processor 1002 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or the like. The PLD may be a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or the like.
The storage 1001 is also used to store program instructions for performing information processing. The processor 1002 may invoke the program instructions to implement the method, functions, and interfaces as mentioned in the related embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 described above in this application.
Specifically, the processor 1002 calls the program instructions stored in the storage device 1001 to:
displaying a virtual gift identifier on a live interface, and detecting selection operation aiming at the virtual gift identifier displayed on the live interface;
acquiring attribute information of a target virtual gift identifier selected by the selection operation, wherein the attribute information comprises entity gift information and virtual gift information;

sending an address acquisition request to a live broadcast terminal of a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live broadcast terminal corresponding to the target user object to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information of the input target user object on the address acquisition interface;
and receiving user address information fed back by the live broadcast terminal of the target user object.
The intelligent terminal executes corresponding program instructions through the processor 1002, so as to display the interfaces shown in fig. 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 7a, and 7b in the intelligent terminal, and implement corresponding human-computer interaction processing. For the specific implementation of the processor 1002 in the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the specific description of related functional steps in the foregoing embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the invention can meet the conversion from the virtual gift to the physical gift between the live users through a simple interface, automatically send out the mailing instruction, realize the full-automatic processing process from selection to sending of the gift in the live scene, and meet the presentation and distribution requirements of the physical gift in the live scene.
Referring to fig. 11 again, it is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power supply module and various required housing structures, and the server further includes: storage 1101, processor 1102, network interface 1103, through which the live user or anchor user mentioned in the above embodiments may obtain live services.
The network interface 1103 may be, for example, a WiFi interface or other interface capable of accessing a computer network, and the network interface 1103 may also be a mobile communication interface, so that the server can access the internet through the mobile communication interface, which may be, for example, a 2G/3G/4G/5G interface.
The storage 1101 may include a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as RAM; the storage 1101 may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (SSD); the storage 1101 may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
The processor 1102 may be a CPU. The processor 1102 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an ASIC, PLD, or the like. The PLD may be an FPGA, GAL, or the like.
The storage 1101 is also used to store program instructions for performing information processing. The processor 1102 may invoke the program instructions to implement the methods, functions, and interfaces described in the related embodiments of fig. 5, described above.
Specifically, the processor 1102 calls the program instructions stored in the storage device 1101 to:
under the condition that the live broadcast terminal is determined to send the entity gift to a second user account, user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained;
generating a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and sending the mailing instruction to a mailing platform;
and acquiring a first user account logged in by the live broadcast terminal, generating gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account, and broadcasting the gift giving information.
In an embodiment, the processor 1102, before being configured to acquire user address information corresponding to a second user account when it is determined that a live terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account, is further configured to:
determining a target virtual gift identification, wherein the target virtual gift identification refers to: the selected virtual gift identifier is displayed on a live interface of the live terminal;
acquiring attribute information of the target virtual gift identifier, wherein the attribute information comprises entity gift information and virtual gift information;
and determining whether the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account according to the attribute information.
In one embodiment, the processor 1102, when configured to determine whether the live terminal sends the entity gift to the second user account according to the attribute information, is configured to:
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account; or:
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, acquiring a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification; and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account.
In an embodiment, when the processor 1102 is configured to acquire user address information corresponding to the second user account, the processor is configured to:
sending an address acquisition request to a live terminal corresponding to the second user account, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live terminal corresponding to the second user account to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information, and receiving user address information fed back by the live terminal corresponding to the second user account;
or for:
and performing keyword query in an information database by taking the second user account as a query condition, and if user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained through query, obtaining the user address information obtained through the query.
The server may also execute corresponding program instructions through the processor 1102, so as to display the interfaces shown in fig. 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 7a, and 7b in the intelligent terminal, and implement corresponding human-computer interaction processing.
For the specific implementation of the processor 1102 in the embodiment of the present invention, reference may be made to the specific description of related functional steps in the foregoing embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the invention can meet the conversion from the virtual gift to the physical gift between the live users through a simple interface, automatically send out the mailing instruction, realize the full-automatic processing process from selection to sending of the gift in the live scene, and meet the presentation and distribution requirements of the physical gift in the live scene.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
While the invention has been described with reference to a number of embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
displaying a virtual gift identifier on a live interface, and detecting selection operation aiming at the virtual gift identifier displayed on the live interface;
acquiring attribute information of a target virtual gift identifier selected by the selection operation;
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, acquiring user address information of a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface;
and generating a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and sending the mailing instruction to a mailing platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the obtaining of the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live content on the live interface, the method further comprises:
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, acquiring a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier;
determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification selected by the selection operation;
and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, executing the acquisition of the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the determined virtual resource amount meets the conversion condition, acquiring a first user account which is currently logged in and a second user account of a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface;
generating an entity gift notification message carrying the first user account and the second user account, and sending the entity gift notification message to a live broadcast server corresponding to the live broadcast interface;
the entity gift notification message is used for indicating the live broadcast server to generate gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account and broadcasting the gift giving information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining user address information of a target user object corresponding to current live content on the live interface comprises:
displaying an information entry interface on the live broadcast interface;
and receiving the recipient information input on the information input interface, and taking the received recipient information as the user address information of the target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to displaying the information entry interface on the live interface, further comprising:
displaying a prompt information interface on the live broadcast interface, wherein the prompt information interface is used for sending a prompt of a virtual gift existence entity gift corresponding to the target virtual gift identification;
and if the confirmation operation on the prompt information interface is received, executing the display of the information entry interface on the live interface.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining user address information of a target user object corresponding to current live content on the live interface comprises:
sending an address acquisition request to a live broadcast terminal of a target user object corresponding to the current live broadcast content on the live broadcast interface, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live broadcast terminal corresponding to the target user object to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information of the target user object;
and receiving user address information fed back by the live broadcast terminal of the target user object.
7. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
under the condition that the live broadcast terminal is determined to send the entity gift to a second user account, user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained;
generating a mailing instruction according to the user address information and the target virtual gift identifier, and sending the mailing instruction to a mailing platform;
and acquiring a first user account logged in by the live broadcast terminal, generating gift giving information according to the first user account and the second user account, and broadcasting the gift giving information.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein before obtaining user address information corresponding to a second user account when it is determined that the live terminal sends an entity gift to the second user account, the method further comprises:
determining a target virtual gift identification, wherein the target virtual gift identification refers to: the selected virtual gift identifier is displayed on a live interface of the live terminal;
acquiring attribute information of the target virtual gift identifier;
and determining whether the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account according to the attribute information.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the determining whether the live terminal sends the entity gift to the second user account according to the attribute information comprises:
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account; or:
if the acquired attribute information is entity gift information, acquiring a conversion condition associated with the target virtual gift identifier; determining the virtual resource amount corresponding to the target virtual gift identification; and if the determined virtual resource quantity meets the conversion condition, determining that the live broadcast terminal sends an entity gift to a second user account.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining user address information corresponding to the second user account includes:
sending an address acquisition request to a live terminal corresponding to the second user account, wherein the address acquisition request is used for requesting the live terminal corresponding to the second user account to display an address acquisition interface so as to acquire user address information, and receiving user address information fed back by the live terminal corresponding to the second user account;
or:
and performing keyword query in an information database by taking the second user account as a query condition, and if user address information corresponding to the second user account is obtained through query, obtaining the user address information obtained through the query.
11. An intelligent terminal, characterized in that the intelligent terminal comprises a storage device and a processor, wherein the storage device stores program instructions, and the processor calls the program instructions stored in the storage device to realize the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
12. A server, characterized in that the intelligent terminal comprises a storage device and a processor, wherein the storage device stores program instructions, and the processor calls the program instructions stored in the storage device to realize the information processing method according to any one of claims 7 to 10.
13. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored therein program instructions that, when executed, implement the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
