Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and the drawings.
An absorbent article of one form has: a front-back direction; a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction; a main body section having a front sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent core; and an aftertreatment member disposed on a non-skin surface side of the main body portion, the main body portion having a bending base point portion configured to allow the main body portion to be bent in a thickness direction, the aftertreatment member being provided with: a 1 st deformation region having a plurality of the bending base point portions arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction; and a 2 nd deformation region which is disposed at a distance from the 1 st deformation region in the width direction and has a plurality of the bending base point portions disposed at a distance in the front-rear direction, the aftertreatment member having a hook member which is engageable with the surface sheet in a state folded up so that a skin surface side of the main body portion is positioned inside.
When the absorbent article is to be rolled up at the time of disposal, the absorbent article is generally rolled up so that the skin surface side to which excrement adheres is located inside. The front sheet is disposed so as to cover the non-skin surface of the main body in a state folded with the skin surface side of the main body being on the inside, and the hook member positioned on the non-skin surface side of the main body is engaged with the front sheet during the operation of rolling up the absorbent article, thereby maintaining the rolled-up state of the main body. Therefore, the waste can be cleanly discarded in a state of being rolled up by the post-treatment member. In addition, in a width region extending in the width direction from the aftertreatment member, the bending base point portion of the 1 st deformation region and the bending base point portion of the 2 nd deformation region are arranged at an interval in the width direction. It is easy to form deformation base points extending in the width direction on a line connecting the bending base point portions of the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region. The absorbent article can be folded compactly by means of the deformation base. Since the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region each have a plurality of bending base point portions, a plurality of bending base points extending in the width direction are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily folded compactly over a wide range in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article, using a plurality of bending base points.
According to a preferred aspect, the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region may extend in the front-rear direction and may be disposed with the aftertreatment member interposed therebetween in the width direction.
According to this aspect, the bending base point portions are provided on both sides in the width direction of the post-processing member, and the line connecting the bending base point portion of the 1 st deformation region and the bending base point portion of the 2 nd deformation region is provided across the post-processing member. Therefore, the post-treatment member having relatively high rigidity is easily deformed, and the absorbent article is more easily rolled up compactly.
According to a preferred aspect, the main body portion may have a central region disposed so as to face the excretory opening of the wearer, and the aftertreatment member may be disposed in a region that does not overlap with the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region in a plan view in the central region.
The 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region are regions serving as deformation base points of the main body portion. Therefore, in a state where the body portion is deformed, a region overlapping with the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region may be difficult to maintain in a flat state. Since the post-processing member is disposed in a region not overlapping with the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region in a plan view, even when the main body portion is deformed in the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region, the post-processing member can be maintained in a flat state, and the hook member can be disposed so as to face the surface sheet over the entire plane of the post-processing member. Thus, the area where the hook member is likely to be hooked to the surface sheet is set wide, and the hook member is likely to be engaged with the surface sheet without being aware of the position where the hook member is fixed.
According to a preferred aspect, a main body adhesive part for joining the main body part to a wearing article may be provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the post-treatment member.
The main body adhesive section for joining the absorbent article and the wearing article together during use is also joined to the topsheet in a complementary manner after use. Therefore, the post-treatment member can be joined to the front sheet, and the main body bonding portion can also be joined to the front sheet. The absorbent article can be discarded cleanly by the post-treatment member while maintaining the rolled state of the absorbent article at the time of disposal.
According to a preferred aspect, the length of the main body bonding portion in the width direction may be longer than the length of the post-treatment member in the width direction.
In general, the bending rigidity of the main body bonding portion is lower than that of the post-treatment member, and even if the length of the main body bonding portion is increased, the uncomfortable feeling during wearing is less likely to occur. According to this aspect, the length of the main body bonding portion in the width direction is increased, so that it is possible to more easily secure the bonding force with respect to the front sheet at the time of disposal while suppressing the feeling of strangeness.
According to a preferred aspect, the length of the main body bonding portion in the front-rear direction may be longer than the length of the aftertreatment member in the front-rear direction.
According to this aspect, the length of the post-treatment member in the front-rear direction is smaller than the length of the main body bonding portion in the front-rear direction, and therefore, it is possible to suppress the stiffness of the absorbent article from increasing due to the post-treatment member, and to suppress a feeling of discomfort when worn.
According to a preferred aspect, the front end edge of the aftertreatment member may be located in a central region facing the excretory opening of the wearer.
According to this aspect, the post-treatment member is disposed in at least the central region. The central region is located between the roll start end and the roll end, and can be easily covered with the surface sheet on the roll end side regardless of the state of being rolled up from the front region or the state of being rolled up from the rear region. Therefore, the post-treatment member is joined to the topsheet at the time of disposal, so that the rolled-up state can be maintained, and the absorbent article can be discarded cleanly by the post-treatment member.
According to a preferred aspect, the bending base point portion may be constituted by at least one of: a core compression unit that compresses at least the absorbent core in a thickness direction; a weight-per-unit-area changing portion formed by making the weight-per-unit-area of an absorbent material constituting the absorbent core or the weight-per-unit-area of fibers constituting the top sheet different from the surrounding; an end edge of a cover sheet disposed between the absorbent core and the topsheet; and a sheet compressing section that compresses at least the surface sheet in a thickness direction.
By constituting the bending base point portion by the core compressing portion or the sheet compressing portion, it is easy to compactly wind up the absorbent article by the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity. By forming the bending base point portion by the weight change portion per unit area, the absorbent article can be easily rolled up compactly by the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity. By forming the bending origin portions at the end edges of the cover sheet, the absorbent article can be easily rolled up compactly due to the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity.
According to a preferred aspect, the interval between the sheet compressing portions may be longer than the pitch of the hook members.
In the area between the sheet compressed part and the sheet compressed part, there is a space between the fibers of the surface sheet as compared with the area where the sheet compressed part is formed, and the hook member is easily hooked on the surface sheet. The area where the hook member is liable to be hooked on the surface sheet is longer than the pitch of the hook member, and the hook member is liable to be engaged with the surface sheet without being aware of the position where the hook member is fixed.
According to a preferred aspect, the sheet compressed portion may have a plurality of end edge compressed portions provided on the outer side in the front-rear direction of the absorbent core, and the interval between the end edge compressed portions may be longer than the pitch of the hook members.
In the area between the compressed end edge portions, there are gaps between the fibers of the surface sheet, compared with the area where the compressed end edge portions are formed, and the hook member is easily hooked on the surface sheet. The area where the hook member is liable to hook on the surface sheet is longer than the pitch of the hook member, and it is liable to engage the hook member with the surface sheet without being aware of the position where the hook member is fixed.
According to a preferred aspect, the main body may have a pair of flap portions extending outward in the width direction than the absorbent core and foldable inward in the width direction so as to cover the topsheet, and at least a part of the aftertreatment member may be disposed in a region sandwiched between the pair of flap portions in a state where the pair of flap portions are folded inward in the width direction.
When discarding the absorbent article, some users may roll up the absorbent article after folding the flap portions inward in the width direction. The front sheet is exposed to an area sandwiched by the pair of flap portions in a state where the flaps are folded. Since at least a part of the post-processing member is disposed in the region sandwiched between the pair of flap portions in the folded state, the hook member can be joined to the topsheet even when the absorbent article is rolled up after the flap portions are folded inward in the width direction.
According to a preferred aspect, the main body portion may have an extensible portion that extends and contracts in the front-rear direction, and the extensible portion may be disposed on a front side of a front end edge of the aftertreatment member and on a rear side of a rear end edge of the aftertreatment member.
When the absorbent article is rolled up at the time of disposal, the post-treatment member is joined to the topsheet. At this time, when the region of the stretchable and contractible portion located on the front side of the front end edge of the aftertreatment member and the region located on the rear side of the rear end edge of the aftertreatment member contract in the front-rear direction, the hook member engaged in the topsheet moves in the planar direction in the topsheet, and the hook member hooks the fibers of the topsheet. Therefore, the absorbent article can be cleanly discarded after use while maintaining the state in which the hook member is joined to the topsheet.
According to a preferred aspect, the bending base point portion of the 1 st deformation region may be disposed on an imaginary line extending in the width direction from the bending base point portion of the 2 nd deformation region.
According to this aspect, the bending origin point at the time of rolling up the absorbent article along the imaginary line connecting the bending origin point portion of the 1 st deformation region and the bending origin point portion of the 2 nd deformation region can be easily formed. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily rolled up in the front-rear direction, and the post-treatment member can easily come into contact with the topsheet, as compared with a structure in which the main body is rolled up obliquely, and the hook member can be unintentionally brought into a state of being joined to the topsheet.
(2) Absorbent article according to embodiment 1
Hereinafter, an absorbent article according to embodiment 1 will be described with reference to the drawings. The absorbent article is preferably an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, a breast pad, an incontinence pad for adults, a disposable diaper, a feces pad or a sweat absorbing sheet. In particular, the absorbent article is preferably used by being attached to the inside of a wearing article such as underwear of a user.
In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, the drawings are schematic, and it should be noted that the ratio of the respective dimensions and the like may be different from the actual ratio of the respective dimensions and the like. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, there are cases where: the drawings also include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other.
Fig. 1 and 2 are plan views of the absorbent article of embodiment 1, as viewed from the skin surface side. Fig. 1 shows an unfolded state of the flaps described later, and fig. 2 shows a 1 st folded state of the flaps. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the absorbent article of embodiment 1 in a developed state, as viewed from the non-skin surface side.
Fig. 4 isbase:Sub>A sectional view taken along linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A shown in fig. 1. Here, the "skin surface side" corresponds to a side facing the skin of the wearer during use. The "non-skin-side" corresponds to a side facing in a direction opposite to the skin of the wearer during use.
The absorbent article 1 has a front-back direction L and a width direction W. The front-back direction L is a direction extending from the front side (ventral side) to the back side (dorsal side) of the wearer, or a direction extending from the back side to the front side of the wearer. The width direction W is a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction L.
The absorbent article 1 has a central region S2, a front region S1, and a back region S3. The central region S2 is a region disposed opposite to the excretory opening of the wearer, for example, the vaginal opening. The central region S2 is a region that is disposed in the crotch portion of the wearing article and between the legs of the wearer when the absorbent article 1 is worn on the wearing article. The front region S1 is located on the front side of the central region S2. The front region S1 is located on the front side of the central region S2. The front end edge of the front side region S1 defines the front end edge of the absorbent article 1. The rear region S3 is located rearward of the central region S2. The rear end edge of the rear region S3 defines the rear end edge of the absorbent article 1.
In the central region S2, wings 25 are preferably provided. The flaps 25 extend outward in the width direction W from the absorbent core 23 and are folded toward the non-skin surface side T2 of the wearing article during use. The wings preferably have a surface sheet 21 and a back sheet 22. The leading end edges of the flaps 25 are defined by the base portions of the flaps 25, and correspond to the portions located on the front side of the two portions recessed inward in the width direction W. The front end edges of the flaps 25 may also define the boundary between the central region S2 and the front region S1. The rear end edges of the flaps 25 are defined by the base portions of the flaps 25, and correspond to the portions located on the rear side of the two portions recessed inward in the width direction W. The rear end edges of the flaps 25 may also define the boundary between the central region S2 and the rear region S3. The inner edges of the flaps 25 are the flap roots and are imaginary lines connecting the front edges of the flaps 25 and the rear edges of the flaps 25. In the case of an absorbent article without the wings 25, the central region S2 may be formed by regions obtained by trisecting the main body section 20 in the front-rear direction L at the position where the length of the main body section 20 in the front-rear direction L is longest (in the present embodiment, the main body width center 20CW which is the center of the main body section 20 in the width direction W) respectively form the front region S1, the central region S2, and the rear region S3, and in the case of an absorbent article in which the absorbent core 23 has a high basis weight section, the central region S2 may be formed by a region having a high basis weight section.
The absorbent article 1 preferably includes a main body 20 and a post-treatment member 30. The main body portion 20 includes: a top sheet 21 facing the skin of the wearer; a back sheet 22 facing the side opposite to the wearer's skin; and an absorbent core 23 between the front sheet 21 and the back sheet 22. The top sheet 21 is disposed on the side facing the skin of the wearer during use. The top sheet 21 may be made of a nonwoven fabric or woven fabric having fibers, or may have no fibers. The front sheet 21 may be configured to be engageable with a hook member 31 of the aftertreatment member 30 described later. The top sheet 21 may be made of woven or nonwoven fabric having fibers, and the fibers may be configured to be hooked to the hook members 31, or the top ends of the hook members 31 may be configured to be easily hooked by the irregularities formed on the skin surface of the top sheet 21. The back sheet 22 faces the side opposite the wearer's skin in use. The top sheet 21 is preferably composed of a liquid-permeable sheet. It is preferred that the back sheet 22 comprises a liquid impermeable sheet.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the topsheet 21 preferably has a central sheet 21C covering the center of the absorbent core 23 in the width direction W and side sheets 21S overlapping the outer side portions of the central sheet 21C. The central sheet 21C is preferably disposed closer to the skin surface side T1 than the side sheet 21S. The inner edge of the side sheet 21S is preferably folded back outward in the width direction W, and the elastic member 28 is preferably disposed between the side sheets 21S. An extensible part 26 that is contracted in the front-rear direction L by the elastic member 28 is provided at an inner part of the side sheet 21S. The stretchable part 26 preferably constitutes a rib-preventing opening standing from the center sheet 21C. The stretchable portion 26 of the side sheet 21S constitutes the stretchable portion of the present invention. In another embodiment, when the back sheet is formed of an extensible sheet extensible in the front-rear direction L, the back sheet preferably forms the extensible part of the present invention. The stretchable portion may be stretchable in at least the front-rear direction L, or may be stretchable in the front-rear direction L and stretchable in the width direction W.
The absorbent core 23 extends in the front-rear direction L of the absorbent article 1. The absorbent core 23 has an absorbent material that can absorb moisture. The absorbent core 23 is preferably covered by a core wrap, not shown. The core wrap can be constructed of, for example, tissue paper. In the present specification, the term "along the front-rear direction L" refers to a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the front-rear direction L, and the term "along the width direction W" refers to a direction having an angle of less than 45 ° with respect to the width direction W.
The adhesive section 50 is provided on the non-skin surface side T2 of the main body section 20 (the non-skin surface of the back sheet 22). The adhesive part 50 is a region provided with an adhesive for joining the main body part 20 to a wearing article. The adhesive section 50 preferably includes a main body adhesive section 51 disposed in a region overlapping the absorbent core 23 and a flap adhesive section 52 provided in the flap 25. The body bonding portions 51 extend in the front-rear direction L and are arranged at intervals in the width direction W. The adhesive part 50 is preferably covered with a cover sheet 40 described later before use. The main body bonding portions 51 are preferably disposed on both sides of the aftertreatment member 30 in the width direction W. The body bonding portions 51 may extend in the width direction W and be arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The adhesive section 50 preferably has a function of bonding the main body section 20 to the wearing article during use, and a function of secondarily bonding the top sheet 21 during disposal.
The absorbent article 1 is configured to be able to be discarded in a rolled state of the absorbent article 1, and more specifically, configured to be able to be discarded in a rolled state of the main body portion 20 along the front-rear direction L or the width direction W by joining the post-treatment member 30 to the main body portion 20. The direction in which the absorbent article 1 is rolled up is a direction in which the length thereof becomes shorter by rolling up, and in the present embodiment, is the front-rear direction L. The aftertreatment member 30 is provided on the non-skin surface side T2 of the main body portion 20. The non-skin surface of the main body portion 20 in the present embodiment is constituted by the back sheet 22, and the post-treatment member 30 is disposed on the non-skin surface of the back sheet 22. The post-treatment member 30 is preferably disposed in a region overlapping the absorbent core 23. The post-treatment member 30 may have a rectangular shape in plan view as shown in fig. 3, may have a circular shape such as an ellipse, may have a plurality of dotted shapes, or may have a plurality of linear shapes. When the corner of the aftertreatment member 30 is curved, such as an oval shape, the discomfort of the aftertreatment member 30 hitting the user can be reduced.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the portion B of fig. 4. The aftertreatment member 30 has a hook member 31 protruding toward the non-skin surface side T2. The hook member 31 is configured to be engageable with the topsheet 21 in a state where the body section 20 is bent so that the skin surface side T1 of the body section 20 is located inside, for example, when the absorbent article is discarded. The hook member 31 may be formed by a portion of the back sheet 22 protruding toward the non-skin surface side T2, or may be formed by a member separate from the back sheet 22. As shown in fig. 5, the hook member 31 of the present embodiment is formed of a member separate from the back sheet 22, and protrudes toward the non-skin surface side T2 from the base sheet 35 joined to the non-skin surface of the back sheet 22. Preferably, the base sheet 35 and the hook member 31 are integrated. The hook member 31 preferably includes a shaft portion 311 protruding toward the non-skin surface side T2, and an umbrella portion 312 extending outward in the planar direction from the tip of the shaft portion 311 than the shaft portion 311. A plurality of hook members 31 may be arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction L and the width direction W, or only 1 hook member may be arranged. The base sheet 35 is joined to the non-skin surface of the main body portion 20. The base sheet 35 of the present embodiment is joined to the back sheet 22 in the joining region. The joining region is preferably provided in the entire aftertreatment member 30.
The post-treatment member 30 is composed of a sheet-like base material sheet 35 and a plurality of hook members 31 rising from the front surface (back surface) of the base material sheet, and a post-treatment member having, for example, anchor-shaped or hook-shaped hook members 31 can be used. As the post-treatment member 30, a known male member of a mechanical surface fastener can be used, for example, a male member such as "magitape (registered trademark)" (manufactured by Kuraray corporation), "QUICKLON (registered trademark)" (manufactured by YKK corporation), "magitchoth (manufactured by japanese: 12510124721246312512473)" (manufactured by Kanebo bell touch (japanese: 124591249312508125540512512505).
In the modification, the post-treatment member 30 preferably has a post-treatment adhesive portion for secondarily joining the hook member 31 and the surface sheet 21. The aftertreatment adhesive section is preferably provided on the surface of the aftertreatment member 30 other than the skin surface side. The post-treatment adhesive part may be disposed on at least the non-skin surface of the post-treatment member 30, and is preferably disposed on a surface of the shaft part or the like other than the non-skin surface of the post-treatment member 30. The post-treatment adhesive portion may be provided on the hook member 31, preferably on the base sheet 35. By providing the post-treatment adhesive portion, the engaging force at the time of engaging the hook member 31 with the surface sheet 21 at the time of disposal can be further ensured. Even in the case of a nonwoven fabric of short fibers (fiber length of approximately 10mm or less) such as spunlace nonwoven fabric or a nonwoven fabric in which it is difficult to ensure strength for interlacing fibers, the joining force with respect to the surface sheet 21 is ensured by the post-treatment adhesive part, and the rolled state of the absorbent article 1 is more easily maintained by the post-treatment member 30. The adhesive constituting the post-treatment adhesive portion may be the same as the adhesive portion 50 or may be different from the adhesive portion 50.
The non-skin surface of the absorbent article 1 is preferably covered with the cover sheet 40 before use. The cover sheet 40 is preferably at least one of an individual package sheet 41 for individually packaging the absorbent article 1 and a release sheet 42 for covering the adhesive part 50. Preferably, the cover sheet 40 is disposed on the non-skin surface side T2 of the aftertreatment member 30, and preferably covers the hook member 31. The cover sheet 40 covers the absorbent article 1 before use and is separated from the absorbent article 1 during use. By covering the hook members 31 with the cover sheet 40, exposure of the hook members 31 to the outside can be suppressed and the hook members 31 can be protected before the absorbent article 1 is used. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the trouble that the hook member 31 is accidentally damaged or the hook member 31 is accidentally touched to the skin before use. The cover sheet 40 of the present embodiment is composed of both the individual package sheet 41 and the release sheet 42. As shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that the release sheet 42 is disposed on the non-skin surface side T2 of the hook member 31 of the post-treatment member 30, and the separate packaging sheet 41 is disposed on the non-skin surface side T2 of the release sheet 42. Since the release sheet 42 is disposed between the hook member 31 and the individual package sheet 41, the individual package sheet 41 can be prevented from being accidentally broken by the hook member 31.
It is preferable that the main body portion 20 has a bending origin portion 80, and the bending origin portion 80 is configured to allow the main body portion 20 to be bent in the thickness direction. The bending base point portion 80 serves as a bending base point when the absorbent article 1 is rolled up at the time of disposal. The bending base point portion 80 facilitates bending of the main body portion 20 due to a difference in rigidity, a difference in thickness, a difference in weight per unit area, and the like. When the main body portion 20 is rolled up in the front-rear direction L, the base point portion 80 can be rolled up as a base point, and the user can easily perform the rolling-up operation. The bending base point portion 80 will be described in detail later.
The main body 20 is preferably folded from a plurality of creases before use. Fig. 6 is a view showing a packaged state in which the absorbent article 1 is folded with the fold line as a base point and the main body portion 20 is individually packaged with the individual packaging sheet 41. Fig. 6 (a) is a plan view of the absorbent article in a packaged state, and fig. 6 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line C-C shown in fig. 6 (a). The plurality of folds are preferably folds that fold at least the main body portion 20, and may be folds that fold the main body portion 20, the aftertreatment member 30, and the cover sheet 40 together. The plurality of folding lines preferably have a pair of front and rear folding lines FL extending in the front-rear direction L and a pair of width folding lines FW extending in the width direction W.
The pair of front and rear folding lines FL are preferably arranged at intervals in the width direction W, and are preferably arranged on both sides with respect to the body width center 20 CW. The pair of front and rear folding lines FL has a 1 st front and rear folding line FL1 and a 2 nd front and rear folding line FL 2. The pair of front and rear folding lines FL are preferably folding lines for folding the flaps 25 inward in the width direction W. Fig. 2 shows the 1 st folded state in which the flaps 25 are folded from the front and rear fold lines FL as base points. The pair of front and rear folds FL of embodiment 1 are located on the outer side in the width direction of the absorbent core 23, and are folds in which the absorbent core is not folded. However, in the modified example, the pair of front and rear folds FL are preferably provided in a region overlapping the absorbent core 23 and the absorbent core 23 is folded in the 1 st folded state.
The pair of width folds FW are preferably arranged at an interval in the front-rear direction L. It is preferable that the width fold FW has a 1 st width fold FW1 and a 2 nd width fold FW 2. The 1 st width fold FW1 is the fold closest to the rear end edge 23R of the absorbent core 23 among the plurality of folds, and the 2 nd width fold FW2 is the fold closest to the front end edge 23F of the absorbent core 23 among the plurality of folds. In the modification, another fold line extending in the width direction W may be disposed between the 1 st width fold line FW1 and the 2 nd width fold line FW 2. The 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2 are lines that fold the absorbent article 1 so that the skin surface side T1 of the body portion 20 is inside when the absorbent article is packaged (before use). The fold line can be determined by the position of the habitual bending, and when the habitual bending of the main body portion 20 is in a form that is difficult to determine, the position of the fold line is preferably determined with reference to the habitual bending of the cover sheet 40.
The absorbent article 1 of the embodiment is folded together in a state where the absorbent article 1 is disposed on the individual package sheet 41 and the release sheet 42 at the time of individual packaging before use. As an example of the folded configuration, in the unfolded state in which the absorbent article 1 is disposed on the individual wrapping sheet 41 and the release sheet 42, the flaps 25 are folded inward in the width direction W from the front and rear fold lines FL as a base point, and are set to the 1 st folded state (see fig. 2). In the 1 st folded state, only the main body portion 20 is folded, and the cover sheet 40 and the post-treatment member 30 are not folded.
Next, the rear end edge of the absorbent article 1 is folded inward in the front-rear direction L with the 1 st width fold FW1 as a base point. Next, the front end edge side of the absorbent article 1 is folded inward in the front-rear direction L with the 2 nd width fold FW2 as a base point. The tip end of the region folded from the 2 nd width fold FW2 (specifically, the front end edge of the individual package sheet 41) is joined to the individual package sheet 41 folded from the 1 st width fold FW1 by the tape member 45. By being folded in this manner, the absorbent article 1 is individually wrapped by the individual wrapping sheet 41. In the modification, the belt member 45 may not be provided.
Preferably, the topsheet 21 and the aftertreatment member 30 are not in contact with each other in a state where the absorbent article 1 is folded before use. In the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment, the top sheet 21 is not disposed so as to cover the non-skin surface side T2 of the aftertreatment member 30 in the folded state before use, and the aftertreatment member 30 does not contact the top sheet 21 in the folded state before use, and the hook members 31 are not accidentally joined to the top sheet 21. In addition, in a case of a configuration in which the width fold is 3 or more and a configuration in which the aftertreatment member 30 is disposed across the width fold along the front-rear direction L, the front sheet 21 may be disposed so as to cover the non-skin surface side T2 of the aftertreatment member 30 in a state of being folded up before use. In such a configuration, it is preferable that the components constituting the absorbent article 1 be disposed between the hook member 31 and the topsheet 21. The constituent member is preferably a cover sheet 40, for example. In the folded state, since the constituent member is disposed between the front sheet 21 and the hook member 31, the front sheet 21 and the hook member 31 do not come into contact with each other. Thus, a failure that the hook member 31 is accidentally engaged with the surface sheet 21 before use can be suppressed.
Next, a disposal form of the absorbent article 1 using the post-processing member 30 will be described with reference to fig. 7. Fig. 7 schematically shows an example of a disposal form of the absorbent article 1. The disposal form may be different depending on the user, and is not limited to the disposal form described below. In embodiment 1, the absorbent article 1 is rolled up along at least the front-rear direction L at the time of disposal.
Since excrement adheres to the top sheet 21 when the absorbent article 1 is discarded, the user may roll up the absorbent article 1 so that the skin surface side T1 of the main body portion 20 is inside and discard the absorbent article. At this time, as shown in fig. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the main body 20 and the aftertreatment member 30 are rolled up in the front-rear direction L from the front end edge or the rear end edge of the main body 20. The non-skin-surface-side T2 of the portion of the body portion 20 at the rolling start end is brought into contact with the front sheet 21, and the body portion 20 is rolled up along the front-rear direction L. The hook member 31 protruding toward the non-skin surface side T2 is provided on the non-skin surface side T2 of the main body portion 20. When the main body 20 and the aftertreatment member 30 are further rolled up in the front-rear direction L from the state shown in fig. 7 (b), the hook member 31 comes into contact with the topsheet 21. The umbrella part 312 of the hook member 31 is hooked on the fiber of the front sheet 21, and the hook member 31 is engaged with the front sheet 21, so that the rolled state of the main body part 20 can be maintained. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 can be discarded in a clean state in which the surface to which the excrement adheres is inside by the post-treatment member 30. Since the hook members 31 can be engaged with the fibers of the top sheet 21 to achieve a joined state, the aftertreatment member 30 and the top sheet 21 can be joined even when the top sheet 21 is wet due to the adhesion of bodily fluids such as menstrual blood and it is difficult to obtain a joining force between the adhesive part 50 and the top sheet 21. In particular, after the adhesive part is adhered to underwear or the like, not only the joining force is reduced, but also the top sheet 21 is in a wet state, and therefore, the top sheet 21 and the adhesive part 50 are in a state in which joining is difficult, and therefore, they can be joined by the aftertreatment member 30. Further, the operation of joining the hook members 31 of the post-treatment member 30 to the top sheet 21 can be performed during the process of rolling up the absorbent article 1, and there is no need to pull the post-treatment member 30 to join the hook members. Therefore, even when the user discards the waste product without particular awareness, the rolled state of the main body portion 20 can be maintained by the post-processing member 30.
In addition, the main body adhesive part 51 also abuts the topsheet 21 in a state where the absorbent article 1 is rolled up. The main body pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 51 has a function of joining the main body portion 20 to a worn article during use, and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive force even if weak after the main body portion 20 is detached from the worn article. The main body bonding portion 51 is also bonded to the front sheet 21 in an auxiliary manner. Therefore, the post-treatment member 30 can be joined to the front sheet 21, and the main body adhesion part 51 can also be joined to the front sheet 21.
The flaps 25 are preferably folded inward in the width direction W before use so as to cover the skin surface side of the main body 20. According to this configuration, the absorbent article 1 can be rolled up in a state where the flaps 25 are folded inward in the width direction W at the time of disposal by utilizing the habitual folding of the flaps, and at least a part of the topsheet 21 is covered with the flaps 25 (see fig. 7 (a)). By covering the topsheet 21 with the flaps 25 at the time of disposal, bodily fluids are less likely to adhere to the fingers of the user during disposal. Thus, the absorbent article 1 can be rolled up while suppressing the adhesion of body fluid. The flaps may be folded by the front and rear folding lines FL, or may be folded by folding lines independent of the front and rear folding lines FL. In other disposal forms, the absorbent article 1 may be rolled up without folding the flaps 25 back toward the skin surface side T1 of the main body section 20.
In a state where the flaps 25 are folded onto the skin surface side T1 of the main body section 20, at least a part of the post-treatment member 30 preferably overlaps with the region sandwiched by the pair of flaps 25 in a plan view. The flaps 25 are preferably folded at the base of the flaps in a state folded toward the skin surface side T1 of the main body portion 20. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the post-treatment member 30 is disposed in a region not overlapping the pair of wings 25 in a state where the pair of wings 25 are folded with the front and rear folding lines FL as a base point. When the absorbent article 1 is rolled up with the flaps 25 folded up on the skin surface side T1 of the main body 20 at the time of disposal, the hook members 31 are not joined to the topsheet 21 even if the aftertreatment member 30 comes into contact with the portion of the topsheet 21 covered with the flaps 25. However, by disposing at least a part of the hook member 31 in the region sandwiched by the pair of flaps 25 in plan view, the topsheet 21 is exposed in the region between the folded flaps 25, and the aftertreatment member is joined to the topsheet 21 in this region.
In the case of a configuration having a pair of hip flaps, it is preferable that at least a part of the aftertreatment member 30 overlaps with an area sandwiched between the pair of hip flaps in a plan view in a state where the hip flaps are folded to the skin surface side T1 of the main body portion 20. The state in which the hip flap is folded onto the skin surface side T1 of the main body portion 20 is preferably a state in which the hip flap is folded along a line extending in the front-rear direction L from the root of the front side of the hip flap. Alternatively, the aftertreatment member 30 is preferably disposed in a region not overlapping the pair of hip flaps in a state where the pair of hip flaps are folded with the front and rear fold lines FL as a base point. According to this structure, the surface sheet 21 is exposed in the area between the folded-up hip flaps, and the aftertreatment member 30 is joined to the surface sheet 21 in this area.
The absorbent article of the present embodiment is configured to facilitate the body portion 20 to be rolled up more smoothly when the absorbent article 1 is rolled up and discarded. Specifically, the 1 st and 2 nd deformation regions RB81 and RB82 are provided in the width region RW extending in the width direction W from the post-processing member. The width area RW is an area extending in the width direction W from the entire area of the post-processing member 30 in the front-rear direction L, and a plurality of width areas RW are provided even when a plurality of post-processing members 30 are arranged. In fig. 3, the width area RW is indicated by diagonal lines.
As shown in fig. 1, the main body portion 20 is provided with a plurality of deformation regions RB having a plurality of bending base point portions 80 arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction L. One of the plurality of deformed regions RB constitutes a 1 st deformed region RB81, and the other of the plurality of deformed regions RB constitutes a 2 nd deformed region RB82. The deformed region RB of the present embodiment includes at least: a core deformation region R23 having a plurality of core compressed parts 231 in which at least the absorbent core 23 is compressed in the thickness direction; a sheet deformation region R21 having a plurality of sheet compressed parts 211 in which at least the surface sheet 21 is compressed in the thickness direction; and a bonded deformed region R52 having a rear edge 52R and a front edge 52F of the flap bonded portion 52 (see fig. 3). The core compression portion 231, the sheet deformation region R21, and the adhesion deformation region R52 may constitute the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82, respectively, or a plurality of the core compression portion 231, the sheet deformation region R21, and the adhesion deformation region R52 may constitute the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82. The deformation region RB may have at least two bending base point portions 80, and a line surrounding the entire bending base point portions 80 may be an outer shape of the deformation region RB. In addition, the number and the interval of the bending base point portions 80 provided in the deformation region RB are not limited.
The body 20 absorbs body fluid during disposal, and has a larger thickness than before use. In addition, the post-treatment member 30 having the hook member 31 is higher in rigidity than the post-treatment member 30 not having the hook member 31. Therefore, when the region of the main body 20 in which the absorbent core 23 is disposed is rolled up, it may be difficult to roll up compactly. However, since the main body portion 20 can be bent with the bending origin portions 80 as the origin points in the width region RW extending in the width direction W from the post-treatment member 30, the absorbent article 1 can be rolled up compactly even if there is a repulsive force due to the rigidity of the post-treatment member. The 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 each have a bending base point portion 80, and the bending base point portions 80 and 80 of the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 are arranged at intervals in the width direction W. Therefore, it is easy to form the deformation base points extending in the width direction W on a line connecting the bending base point portions 80 of the 1 st deformation region and the bending base point portions 80 of the 2 nd deformation region. The absorbent article can be folded compactly by means of the deformation base point. Since the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region each have a plurality of bending base point portions 80, a plurality of deformation base points extending in the width direction W are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily folded compactly with the fold line as a base point over a wide range in the front-rear direction.
The 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 preferably extend in the front-rear direction L and are preferably arranged with the aftertreatment member 30 interposed therebetween in the width direction W. Bending base point portions 80 are provided on both sides of the post-processing member 30 in the width direction W, and a line (for example, an imaginary line VL) connecting the bending base point portion 80 of the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the bending base point portion 80 of the 2 nd deformation region RB82 is provided across the post-processing member 30. Therefore, the post-treatment member 30 having relatively high rigidity can be easily deformed, and the main body 20 can be easily rolled up.
The post-treatment member 30 is preferably disposed in a region not overlapping the deformation region RB in a plan view. In particular, it is preferably disposed in a region not overlapping with the deformation region RB having the core compressing portion 231. The 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 are regions serving as deformation base points of the main body portion. Therefore, the region overlapping with the 1 st and 2 nd deformation regions RB81 and RB82 may be difficult to maintain a flat state in a state where the body portion is deformed. Since the post-processing member 30 is disposed in a region not overlapping with the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 in a plan view, the post-processing member 30 can be maintained in a flat state even when the main body portion is deformed, and the hook member 31 can be disposed so as to face the front sheet 21 over the entire plane of the post-processing member 30. Thus, the area where the hook member 31 is likely to be hooked on the surface sheet 21 is set wide, and it is easy to engage the hook member 31 with the surface sheet 21 without being aware of the position where the hook member 31 is fixed.
The bending base point portion 80 of the 1 st deformation region RB81 is preferably arranged on the virtual line VL extending in the width direction W from the bending base point portion 80 of the 2 nd deformation region RB82. In the case of the embodiment, the bending origin point portion 80 of the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the bending origin point portion 80 of the 2 nd deformation region RB82 are preferably arranged in axial symmetry with respect to the body width center 20CW on the same virtual line VL extending in the width direction W. One bending base point portion 80 and the other bending base point portion 80 are arranged on both sides across the body width center 20CW, and the one bending base point portion 80 and the other bending base point portion 80 are arranged on the same imaginary line. The bending base point when the absorbent article is rolled up along the virtual line VL connecting the bending base point portion 80 of the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the bending base point portion 80 of the 2 nd deformation region RB82 is easily formed. Therefore, the absorbent article can be easily rolled up in the front-rear direction L, and the post-treatment member can easily come into contact with the topsheet, as compared with a structure in which the main body is rolled up obliquely, and a state in which the hook member 31 is joined to the topsheet can be formed unconsciously.
The bending base point portion 80 is preferably disposed on the rear side of the width area RW. The region outside the outer end of the aftertreatment member 30 is not affected by the rigidity of the aftertreatment member 30, and is easily deformed flexibly. The region outside the outer end of the aftertreatment member 30 can be rolled up by the bending base point portion 80, and the main body portion 20 can be easily rolled up more compactly. The bending base point portion 80 is preferably disposed on the rear side of the 1 st width fold FW 1. The main body 20 is easily bent at the rear end of the main body 20. When the absorbent article 1 is rolled up from the rear end portion side of the main body portion 20, the diameter of the main body portion 20 at the rolling start end can be reduced, and the main body portion 20 can be rolled up compactly as a whole. Further, the main body portion 20 is provided with a habitual bend formed by the 1 st width fold FW1, and when the main body portion 20 is rolled up in the front-rear direction L at the time of disposal, the absorbent article 1 can be rolled up with the 1 st width fold FW1 as a bending base point. At this time, the region between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the rear end edge 23R of the absorbent core 23 is compactly rolled up, and the entire body portion 20 can be compactly rolled up by deforming the region with the 1 st width fold FW1 as a base point. In the present embodiment, the following portions are provided as the bending base point portion 80 on the rear side of the width area RW: a core compression unit 231 that is formed by compressing at least the absorbent core 23 in the thickness direction; a rear end edge 51R of the main body bonding portion 51 (see fig. 3); and a sheet compressing portion 211. The bending base point portion constituted by the core compressing portion 231 is preferably a dot shape, and a plurality of the base point portions are preferably provided at intervals in the width direction W and the front-rear direction L. The rear end edge 51R of the main body bonding portion 51 can be provided with a bending base point of the absorbent core 23 by utilizing a rigidity difference caused by the presence or absence of the adhesive. Further, when the main body 20 is rolled up from the front end portion side of the main body 20, a bending base point formed by the bending base point portion 80 can be formed at a portion located outside in a rolled up state, and the rolling end can be flexibly deformed, so that the main body 20 can be rolled up compactly in a circular shape as a whole.
The bending base point portion 80 is preferably disposed on the front side of the width area RW. The region outside the outer end of the aftertreatment member 30 is not affected by the rigidity of the aftertreatment member 30, and is easily deformed flexibly. By providing the bending base point in the region outside the outer end of the aftertreatment member 30, the main body 20 can be easily rolled up more compactly. The aftertreatment member 30 is preferably disposed at a position forward of the 2 nd width fold FW 2. In the present embodiment, the core compressing portion 231, the front end edge 51F (see fig. 3) of the main body bonding portion 51, and the sheet compressing portion 211 are provided as the bending base point portion 80 at a position on the front side of the width area RW. According to this configuration, even when the main body 20 is rolled up from the rear end edge 20R side or the front end edge 20F side, the region disposed inside when the main body 20 is rolled up is easily bent, and the main body 20 is easily rolled up more compactly.
The bending base point portion 80 is preferably disposed between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. In the present embodiment, the core compression portion 231 and the piece compression portion 211 are provided as bending base point portions between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. A bending base point formed by the bending base point portion 80 is provided in the region between the 1 st width fold line FW1 and the 2 nd width fold line FW2, and the entire body portion 20 is easily rolled up.
The 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2 are preferably provided in the region overlapping with the absorbent core 23. A bending base point can be provided on the absorbent core 23 by using the habitual bending formed by the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. In the modification, it is preferable that the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2 are provided in regions not overlapping with the absorbent core 23. More specifically, the 1 st width fold line and the 2 nd width fold line are preferably disposed at positions outward in the front-rear direction L relative to the absorbent core 23.
The pair of width creases FW are preferably creases for folding the main body 20 so that the skin surface sides T1 of the main body 20 face each other. With this configuration, the habitual folding by the width fold FW tends to cause the skin surface side T1 of the main body portion 20 to approach, and the absorbent article 1 is easily rolled up with the skin surface side inside.
The bending base point portions 80 are preferably disposed further outward in the front-rear direction L than the flaps 25. The flap 25 is folded back toward the non-skin surface side T2 of the wearing article during use, and body fluid is less likely to adhere thereto. When rolling up the absorbent article 1 at the time of disposal, some users may grip the flaps 25 and roll up the main body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L. Specifically, in a state where the flaps 25 are folded back to the non-skin-side surface T2 with respect to the region between the flaps 25 (the region sandwiched between the flaps 25 in the width direction), the flaps 25 can be gripped on the non-skin-side surface T2 of the main body portion 20, and the region between the flaps 25 can be rolled up in the front-back direction L, or the flaps 25 can be folded back to the skin-side surface T1 with respect to the region between the flaps 25, and the folded-back regions of the flaps 25 can be gripped, and the region between the flaps 25 can be rolled up in the front-back direction L. According to this configuration, the absorbent article 1 can be rolled up while suppressing the adhesion of body fluid. At this time, since the bending base point portions 80 are present at positions further outward in the front-rear direction L than the flaps 25, the regions further outward in the front-rear direction L than the flaps 25 can be compactly rolled up in a state where the flaps 25 are held, and the entire main body portion 20 can be compactly rolled up.
The shape of the bending base point portion 80 is not limited, and may be a point shape, a band shape, an arc shape, or a polygonal shape. It is preferable that the number of the bending base point portions 80 is 3 or more in a range from the outer end edge of the main body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L to 1/3 of the length of the main body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L. In general, the circumferential length of the body 20 in the state of being rolled up along the front-rear direction L is 1/3 of the length of the body 20 in the front-rear direction L. 1/3 of the length of the body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L is a region of the winding start end or a region of the winding end. By providing 3 or more bending base point portions 80 in this portion, the rolled state can be maintained more easily.
The post-treatment member 30 is preferably disposed between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. At least a part of the post-treatment member 30 may be disposed between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2, or the post-treatment member 30 may be disposed so as to straddle the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. The region between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2 is located between the winding start end and the winding end, and can be easily covered with the surface sheet 21 on the winding end side in both a state of being wound up from the front region S1 and a state of being wound up from the rear region S3. In addition, the post-processing member 30 is preferably disposed in the central region S2. The central region S2 is also located between the winding start end and the winding end, and is easily covered with the front surface sheet 21 on the winding end side in both the wound-up state from the front region S1 and the wound-up state from the rear region. According to these configurations, the rolled-up state can be maintained by joining the finishing member 30 to the top sheet 21 at the time of disposal, and the absorbent article can be discarded cleanly with the finishing member 30. The post-processing member 30 may be disposed across the center of the main body 20 in the front-rear direction L.
The post-treatment member 30 disposed in the region between the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW2 is preferably disposed so as not to straddle at least one of the 1 st width fold FW1 and the 2 nd width fold FW 2. The body portion 20 is formed with a creased, habitual fold. In a state in which the skin surface side T1 is rolled up so as to be on the inner side, the front area and the rear area, which are bounded by the fold line, are deformed toward the skin surface side (inner side) from the fold line as a base point. When deformed inward at the fold as a boundary, the post-treatment member 30 and the front sheet 21 are separated, and the hook member 31 and the front sheet 21 may be difficult to join, or the hook member 31 once joined may be disengaged. By not straddling the fold line, the engaged state of the hook member 31 can be suppressed from being accidentally released by being bent habitually. Further, when the absorbent article 1 is rolled up, the sheet is rolled up from the side of the fold line which the aftertreatment member 30 does not straddle, and thus the sheet can be rolled up without receiving the repulsive force of the aftertreatment member 30 to return to the flat state, and can be rolled up more compactly and with a weak force. Further, by disposing the post-treatment member 30 so as to straddle the fold line covered by the surface sheet 21 when the sheet is rolled up, the hook member 31 and the surface sheet 21 are easily joined due to the repulsive force of the post-treatment member 30.
In the case where the absorbent core 23 has a high basis weight portion in which the basis weight of the absorbent material is higher than the basis weight of the surrounding absorbent material, at least a part of the post-treatment member 30 is preferably disposed in a region overlapping with the high basis weight portion in a plan view. In the state where the absorbent article 1 is rolled up, as shown in fig. 7 (c), the absorbent core 23 is stacked in multiple layers. In this case, the portion where the high basis weight portion is arranged has a thickness greater than the surrounding thickness, and other layers stacked in the thickness direction are easily pressed. Therefore, in the region overlapping with the high basis weight portion, the post-treatment member 30 can be pressed toward the front sheet 21, and the joined state of the hook member 31 and the front sheet 21 can be more easily achieved.
In the width area RW, a main body bonding portion 51 for bonding the main body portion to the wearing article is preferably provided. The main body adhesive part 51 for joining the absorbent article and the wearing article during use is also joined to the topsheet 21 after use. The post-treatment member 30 can be joined to the surface sheet 21, and the main body adhesive part 51 can also be joined to the surface sheet 21. Even if there is a repulsive force due to the rigidity of the post-treatment member, the absorbent article can be cleanly discarded by the post-treatment member while maintaining the rolled-up state of the absorbent article at the time of disposal.
The main body bonding portion 51 and the aftertreatment member 30 are preferably arranged with a gap in the width direction W. The main body adhesion part 51 and the post-treatment member 30 are less likely to interfere with each other, and defects such as accidental joining of the main body adhesion part 51 and the post-treatment member 30 before disposal can be suppressed. In the modification, the main body bonding portion 51 and the aftertreatment member 30 may be adjacent to each other in the width direction W. In this modification, the body bonding portion 51 and the hook member 31 are preferably arranged with a gap in the width direction W.
The length of the main body bonding portion 51 in the width direction W is preferably longer than the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the width direction W. In the case of the configuration having a plurality of body bonding portions 51, the length of the body bonding portions 51 in the width direction W is the total length. The main body bonding section 51 has a function of bonding the main body to the wearing article during use, and also has a function of secondarily bonding the top sheet 21 during disposal. In general, the bending rigidity of the main body bonding portion 51 is lower than that of the post-treatment member, and even if the length of the main body bonding portion 51 is increased, the uncomfortable feeling during wearing is less likely to occur. By increasing the length of the main body bonding portion 51 in the width direction W, it is possible to more easily secure the bonding force to the surface sheet 21 at the time of disposal while suppressing a feeling of strangeness.
The length of the main body bonding portion 51 in the front-rear direction L is preferably longer than the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L. Since the length of the post-treatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L is smaller than the length of the main body bonding portion 51 in the front-rear direction, the stiffness of the absorbent article 1 can be suppressed from increasing due to the post-treatment member 30, and the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be suppressed.
The aftertreatment member 30 may be provided in a size necessary for suppressing a feeling of discomfort when worn and securing a bonding force with respect to the topsheet 21. The length of the post-treatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L is preferably longer than the thickness of the absorbent core 23 and shorter than the length of the absorbent core 23 in the front-rear direction L, and the length of the post-treatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L in the present embodiment is 80mm. Since the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L is longer than the thickness of the absorbent core 23, the aftertreatment member 30 and the topsheet 21 are prevented from coming into point contact with each other when the main body 20 is rolled up, and the contact area between the aftertreatment member 30 and the topsheet 21 is ensured. Further, since the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L is shorter than the length of the absorbent core 23 in the front-rear direction L, the stiffness of the aftertreatment member 30 is suppressed from being transmitted to the skin surface of the main body portion 20, and the uncomfortable feeling can be reduced. The length of the post-treatment member 30 in the width direction W is preferably 1mm or more and not more than the length of the absorbent core 23 in the width direction W. Since the length of the post-treatment member 30 in the width direction W is 1mm or more, the bonding strength to the front sheet 21 is easily secured. Further, since the length of the post-treatment member 30 in the width direction W is smaller than the length of the absorbent core 23 in the width direction W, the body bonding portion 51 can be disposed in the width region, and the body 20 can be stably joined to the wearing article. More preferably, the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the width direction W is 5mm to 35mm, and the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the width direction W of the present embodiment is 15mm. The post-treatment member 30 can be stably produced, and the main body adhesive part 51 can be easily arranged also in the core arrangement region, and the main body part 20 and the worn article can be stably joined. The area of the aftertreatment member 30 is preferably less than 20% of the entire area of the main body 20. Since the area of the post-treatment member 30 having the hook member 31 is smaller than the area of the entire main body portion 20, the stiffness of the absorbent article 1 can be suppressed from increasing due to the post-treatment member 30, and a feeling of discomfort during wearing can be suppressed.
The aftertreatment member 30 is preferably arranged across the body width center 20 CW. Can be joined at the body width center 20CW by the post-processing member 30. Generally, the length of the body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L is longest at the body width center 20 CW. By engaging the portion of the main body portion 20 having the longest length in the front-rear direction L with the hook member 31, the entire region of the main body portion 20 in the front-rear direction L can be maintained in a rolled-up state. In general, when the absorbent article 1 is rolled up at the time of disposal, the absorbent article is rolled up with the body width center 20CW as a base point. At this time, since the post-treatment member 30 is present at a site that becomes a base point, the post-treatment member 30 and the topsheet 21 can be unintentionally pressed in a direction facing each other during the operation of rolling up the absorbent article 1, and the hook members 31 can be joined to the topsheet 21.
The front sheet 21 preferably has a plurality of recesses recessed in the thickness direction, and the plurality of recesses are preferably provided at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The concave portion is preferably composed of an opening portion formed in the surface sheet 21, a groove portion of a ridge portion formed in the surface sheet 21, a heat-bonded portion formed by thermally bonding fibers constituting the surface sheet 21, and a sheet-compressed portion 211 formed by compressing the surface sheet 21. The concave portion may be constituted by the sheet compressing portion 211 serving as the bending base point portion 80 and the unit area weight changing portion. When the absorbent article 1 is rolled up in the front-rear direction L, the plurality of concave portions serve as bending base points, and the absorbent article 1 including the top sheet 21 can be rolled up more compactly.
The bending base point portion 80 is preferably constituted by at least one of: a core compressing section 231 that compresses at least the absorbent core 23 in the thickness direction; a unit area weight changing section formed by making the unit area weight of the absorbent material constituting the absorbent core 23 or the unit area weight of the fibers constituting the top sheet 21 different from the surrounding; the end edge of a cover sheet disposed between the absorbent core 23 and the topsheet 21; and a sheet compressing section 211 that compresses at least the surface sheet 21 in the thickness direction.
The core compressed portion 231 may be formed by compressing at least the absorbent core 23 in the thickness direction, and the surface sheet 21 and the core wrap may be compressed together with the absorbent core 23. The sheet compressing portion 211 may be formed by compressing at least the surface sheet 21 in the thickness direction. The sheet compressing portion 211 preferably has a plurality of edge compressing portions 27 provided at positions outward of the absorbent core in the front-rear direction. The edge compressed portion 27 is preferably formed by compressing the front sheet 21 and the back sheet 22 in the thickness direction T. Further, the compressed portion in which the absorbent core 23 and the surface sheet 21 are compressed together constitutes the core compressed portion 231, and constitutes the sheet compressed portion 211. The core compressed portion 231 or the sheet compressed portion 211 has higher rigidity and a smaller thickness than the region where the core compressed portion 231 or the sheet compressed portion 211 is not formed. By constituting the bending origin point portion 80 by the core compressing portion 231 or the sheet compressing portion 211, the absorbent article 1 can be easily rolled up compactly by utilizing the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity. Preferably, the core compressing portion 231 and the sheet compressing portion 211 are recessed from the skin surface side T1 toward the non-skin surface side T2. In general, the user rolls up the absorbent article 1 so that the skin surface side T1 to which excrement adheres is inside when discarding. Since the compressed portion is recessed from the skin surface side T1 toward the non-skin surface side T2, the compressed portion is easily deformed so that the skin surface side T1 approaches, and the absorbent article 1 is easily rolled up with the skin surface side T1 inside.
The basis weight change portion may be a portion having a different basis weight (for example, a low basis weight portion) such as an absorbent material, or may be an opening portion formed in the topsheet 21. Specifically, the end edges of the absorbent core 23, the end edges of the high basis weight portions, the end edges of the low basis weight portions, the end edges of the opening portions of the topsheet, and the end edges of the adhesive portions 50 constitute basis weight varying portions. The low basis weight portion differs depending on the length. When the length of the low basis weight portion is smaller than the thickness of the absorbent body, the center of the low basis weight portion constitutes a basis weight changing portion. When the length of the low basis weight portion is equal to or greater than the thickness of the absorbent body, the end edge of the low basis weight portion constitutes a basis weight changing portion. By forming the bending base point portion by the weight change portion per unit area, the absorbent article 1 can be easily rolled up compactly by utilizing the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity. The cover sheet disposed between the absorbent core 23 and the topsheet 21 is composed of a second sheet for improving the introduction of body fluid, and a core wrap composed of tissue paper or the like. The area where the covering sheet is disposed and the area where the covering sheet is not disposed are different in thickness and rigidity due to the presence or absence of the covering sheet. Therefore, the edge of the cover sheet constitutes the bending base point portion, and the absorbent article 1 can be easily rolled up compactly by utilizing the difference in thickness and the difference in rigidity.
The interval D211 (see fig. 1) between the sheet compressing portions 211 is preferably longer than the pitch P31 (see fig. 5) of the hook members 31. In the area between the sheet compressed part 211 and the sheet compressed part 211, there is a space between the fibers of the surface sheet 21 as compared with the area where the sheet compressed part 211 is formed, and the hook member 31 is easily hooked on the surface sheet 21. The area where the hook members 31 are likely to hook on the surface sheet 21 is longer than the pitch of the hook members 31, and it is easy to engage the hook members 31 with the surface sheet 21 without being aware of the position where the hook members 31 are fixed. The distance D211 between the sheet compressing portions is a distance in plan view of the sheet compressing portions 211 arranged along the front-rear direction L in the deformation region RB. The pitch P31 of the hook members 31 is the distance between the centers of the adjacent hook members 31, and in the case of a hook member 31 having an umbrella portion 312, the pitch P31 of the hook member 31 is the distance between the centers of the adjacent umbrella portions 312.
The edge compression portion 27 is disposed at a position further outward in the front-rear direction L than the absorbent core 23. By providing the bending base point formed by the edge compressed portion 27 in the vicinity of the edge in the front-rear direction of the absorbent article, the diameter of the main body portion at the starting end of rolling can be reduced, and the main body portion 20 can be easily rolled up more compactly. The distance D27 between the end edge compressed portions is preferably longer than the pitch of the hook members 31. In the region between the compressed end edge portions, gaps are present between the fibers of the surface sheet 21, compared with the region where the compressed end edge portions are formed, and the hook members 31 are easily hooked on the surface sheet 21. The area where the hook member 31 is likely to hook on the surface sheet 21 is longer than the pitch of the hook member 31, and it is easy to engage the hook member 31 with the surface sheet 21 without being aware of the position where the hook member 31 is fixed. The distance D27 between the end edge compressed portions is a distance in a plan view between the end edge compressed portions 27.
In the case where the front sheet 21 has a concave portion recessed in the thickness direction, the distance between the concave portion and the concave portion is preferably longer than the pitch of the hook members 31. In the region between the recesses, there are gaps between the fibers of the surface sheet 21 as compared with the region where the recesses are formed, and the hook members 31 are easily hooked on the surface sheet 21. The area where the hook member 31 is likely to hook on the surface sheet 21 is longer than the pitch of the hook member 31, and it is easy to engage the hook member 31 with the surface sheet 21 without being aware of the position where the hook member 31 is fixed.
The stretchable portion 26 is preferably disposed on the front side of the front end edge 30F of the aftertreatment member 30 and on the rear side of the rear end edge 30R of the aftertreatment member 30. That is, the front end edge 26F of the stretchable section 26 is located on the front side of the front end edge 30F of the aftertreatment member 30, and the rear end edge 26R of the stretchable section 26 is located on the rear side of the rear end edge 30R of the aftertreatment member 30. The stretchable part 26 of the present embodiment is provided in the rib leakage preventing opening formed by the side sheet 21S and the elastic member 28. The stretchable part 26 extends in the front-rear direction L across the center of the main body part 20 in the front-rear direction. Fig. 8 is a view schematically showing the absorbent article 1 in a natural state. Further, the natural state refers to the following state: in the case of an absorbent article contained in a package, the absorbent article is taken out from the package and left to stand in an atmosphere of 20 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ and relative humidity 60%. + -. 5% RH for 24 hours.
As shown in fig. 8, the stretchable part 26 is contracted, and the absorbent article 1 in a natural state is curved in a side view. In particular, since the elastic portions 26 of the rib top leakage prevention portions are positioned closer to the skin surface side T1 than the absorbent core 23, the main body portion 20 is deformed in a curved shape so as to approach the skin surface side T1. The regions on the front side of the front end edge 30F of the aftertreatment member 30 and on the rear side of the rear end edge 30R of the aftertreatment member 30 are less likely to be affected by the rigidity of the aftertreatment member 30 and are likely to contract. When the region on the front side of the front end edge 30F of the aftertreatment member 30 and the region on the rear side of the rear end edge 30R of the aftertreatment member 30 contract in the front-rear direction L in a state where the body portion is rolled up in the front-rear direction L and the hook members 31 are engaged with the surface sheet 21, the hook members 31 engaged with the surface sheet 21 move in the planar direction in the surface sheet 21, and the hook members 31 engage with the fibers of the surface sheet 21. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 can be cleanly discarded after use while maintaining the state in which the hook members 31 are joined to the top sheet 21.
Next, a wearing form of the absorbent article 1 configured as above will be described. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional state with reference to the cross section shown in fig. 3 when the absorbent article 1 is worn on the article S, fig. 9 (a) is a state where a force from the outside toward the inside in the width direction W is not applied to the absorbent article 1, and fig. 9 (b) is a state where a force from the outside toward the inside in the width direction W is applied to the absorbent article 1. The absorbent article 1 is held by the legs when worn, and receives a force from the outside toward the inside in the width direction W. At this time, the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 extend in the front-rear direction L and are arranged with the aftertreatment member 30 interposed therebetween in the width direction W, so that the main body portion 20 deforms with the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 as base points, and the portion between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 is likely to bulge toward the wearer. At this time, the aftertreatment member 30 is disposed between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82, and when the region between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 rises toward the wearer, the hook members 31 protruding toward the non-skin surface side T2 collide with each other in the aftertreatment member 30, and a force is applied to restore the aftertreatment member 30 to the planar shape. At this time, the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 extending along the front-rear direction L serve as base points of deformation and can support the raised shape. Therefore, the state in which the region between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 bulges toward the wearer can be maintained, and the fit can be improved.
In the central region S2, the post-treatment member 30 is preferably disposed in a region that does not overlap with the 1 st and 2 nd deformation regions RB81 and RB82 in plan view. The central region S2 is easily sandwiched by the legs of the wearer, and the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 are easily raised toward the wearer side from the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 as base points. In this case, since the post-treatment member 30 is disposed in a region that does not overlap with the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 in a plan view, the post-treatment member 30 is less affected by the rigidity when the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 are used as base points, and is easily deformed with the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 used as base points. Therefore, the portion between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 is more likely to bulge toward the wearer, and the fit can be improved. The aftertreatment member 30 may extend in the front-rear direction L without overlapping the 1 st and 2 nd deformation regions RB81 and RB82 disposed across the aftertreatment member 30, or may overlap the other deformation regions RB.
It is preferable that the main body adhesive part 51 for joining the main body part and the worn article is provided at both outer sides in the width direction W than the post-treatment member 30. As shown in fig. 9 (b), when the region overlapping the aftertreatment member 30 bulges toward the wearer side from the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 as the base points, the portions of the body bonding portion 51 that are positioned on both outer sides in the width direction W than the aftertreatment member 30 and the worn article are also the base points, and the shape of the region overlapping the aftertreatment member 30 that bulges can be more easily maintained.
The length of the main body bonding portion 51 in the front-rear direction L is preferably longer than the length of the aftertreatment member 30 in the front-rear direction L. The length in the front-rear direction of the portion where the body bonding portion 51 serving as the base point of deformation bulging toward the wearer side between the 1 st deformation region RB81 and the 2 nd deformation region RB82 is joined to the wearing article can be ensured, and the shape of the bulging region overlapping the aftertreatment member 30 can be maintained more easily against the repulsive force of the aftertreatment member 30.
The front end edge 30F of the post-treatment member 30 is preferably located in the central region S2. That is, it is preferable that the post-treatment member 30 is not disposed in the front region S1. The aftertreatment member 30 of the present embodiment is disposed across the central region S2 and the rear region S3. The shape of the wearer's body in a side view is rounded from the ventral side toward the dorsal side. In particular, the part on the front side of the crotch is rounded, and from the viewpoint of suppressing the front leakage, the roundness of the absorbent article along the body is also desired. Since the front end edge 30F of the aftertreatment member 30 is located in the central region, the front region is prevented from being difficult to bend due to the rigidity of the aftertreatment member 30, the region where the front region S1 abuts is likely to be along the body, and front leakage can be prevented.
The bending rigidity of the post-treatment member 30 is preferably lower than the bending rigidity of the region where the front sheet 21, the back sheet 22, and the absorbent core 23 are superposed. When the absorbent article 1 is used, the post-treatment member 30 is disposed on the non-skin surface side T2 of the main body portion 20, and the post-treatment member 30 indirectly contacts the skin. In this case, since the bending rigidity of the aftertreatment member 30 is low, the wearer can be prevented from feeling uncomfortable.
The bending rigidity of the post-treatment member 30, the bending rigidity of the back sheet 22, the absorbent core 23, and the portion where the front sheet 21, the back sheet 22, and the absorbent core 23 are superposed on each other are measured by the taber method defined in JIS P-8125. For example, first, a member to be measured is measuredTest pieces having a width of 25mm and a length of 38mm were collected. Next, a thickness meter (e.g., φ 44mm 3g/m manufactured by PEACOCK) 2 ) The thickness of the test piece was measured. Next, the test piece was set in a Taber hardness tester of Antian Seikagana mechanism. Subsequently, the test piece was placed between rollers of a Taber hardness tester, and the jig was clamped at intervals corresponding to the thickness of the test piece. Further, the upper end of the test piece is aligned with the upper surface of the jig. The spacing between the roller and the test piece was adjusted to about 0.5mm so that the roller did not press the test piece. The test piece bending device of the taber durometer is rotated, the rotation of the bending device is stopped at a point where a 15-degree scribed line of the test piece bending device coincides with the pointer of the load lever, and the load scale indicated by the pointer of the lever at that time is read. The load pendulum rod is immediately rotated in opposite directions, the load scales are read in the same way, and the average value of the load scales in the left direction and the right direction is obtained. In addition, an auxiliary weight (Japanese: 12362\12418) was arbitrarily selected so that the indication load scale was in the range of 15% to 85% of the maximum scale. Then, the flexural rigidity (stiffness (g · cm)) of the test piece was calculated by the formula "stiffness (g · cm) = average value of load scale × 10 × numerical value of weight". When the length of the sample in the width direction W is less than 25mm, the data measured by the maximum width of the sample is converted to N/25mm. In addition, in the case where the length of the sample is less than 38mm, it is measured as the maximum length. Further, the flexural rigidity was measured 10 times, and the average value was obtained.

Next, the absorbent article of embodiment 2 will be described. Fig. 10 is a plan view of the absorbent article according to embodiment 2 in an unfolded state, as viewed from the skin surface side. In the following description of embodiment 2, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of embodiment 1 described above, and the description thereof is omitted.
A pair of post-treatment members 30X of the absorbent article 1X according to embodiment 2 is disposed with the body width center 20CW in between. The rolled state can be maintained in the entire width direction W of the main body portion 20X by the pair of post-processing members 30X that sandwich the main body width center 20 CW. The length in the width direction W that can be joined by the aftertreatment member 30X can be ensured, and particularly, an absorbent article having a long length in the width direction W is preferable.
The 1 st deformed region RB81X and the 2 nd deformed region RB82X of the absorbent article 1X according to embodiment 2 are disposed in a region sandwiched between the pair of post-treatment members 30. In addition, in the region sandwiched by the pair of post-processing members 30, both of the 1 st modified region RB81X and the 2 nd modified region RB82X may be arranged, or one of the 1 st modified region RB81X and the 2 nd modified region RB82X may be arranged.
A plurality of core compression portions 231 are provided in the 1 st deformation region RB81X and the 2 nd deformation region RB 82X. The plurality of core compression portions 231 includes: a low compression portion 232; and a high compression part 233 compressed more deeply in the thickness direction than the low compression part 232. It is preferable that any one of the low compression part 232 and the high compression part 233 is provided in such a manner as to surround the other one of the plurality of low compression parts 232 and the high compression part 233. At this time, the compression portion surrounded by the other compression portion (in the present embodiment, the high compression portion 233) constitutes the bending base point portion 80 in the present invention. In addition, the other compression portion (in the present embodiment, the low compression portion 232) disposed so as to surround the one compression portion constitutes a deformation region.

Claims (15)
1. An absorbent article having:
a front-back direction;
a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction;
a main body section having a front sheet, a back sheet, and an absorbent core; and
a post-treatment member disposed on the non-skin surface side of the main body part,
the main body portion has a bending origin portion configured to enable the main body portion to be bent in a thickness direction,
the width region extending from the post-processing member in the width direction is provided with: a 1 st deformation region having a plurality of the bending base point portions arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction; and a 2 nd deformation region which is arranged at a distance from the 1 st deformation region in the width direction and has a plurality of the bending base point portions arranged at a distance in the front-rear direction,
the post-treatment member has a hook member engageable with the topsheet in a folded state with the skin surface side of the main body portion being on the inner side,
the plurality of curved base point portions are provided in two regions, a region extending in the width direction from a region where the hook member is provided and a region extending in the front-rear direction from the region.
2. The absorbent article of claim 1,
the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region extend in the front-rear direction and are disposed with the aftertreatment member interposed therebetween in the width direction.
3. The absorbent article of claim 2, wherein,
the main body part has a central region disposed opposite to the excretory opening of the wearer,
the post-processing member is disposed in the central region in a region that does not overlap with the 1 st deformation region and the 2 nd deformation region in a plan view.
4. The absorbent article according to claim 2 or 3, wherein,
main body adhesive parts for joining the main body part to a wearing article are provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the post-treatment member.
5. The absorbent article according to claim 4,
the length of the main body bonding portion in the width direction is longer than the length of the aftertreatment member in the width direction.
6. The absorbent article of claim 4,
the body bonding portion has a length in the front-rear direction longer than a length in the front-rear direction of the aftertreatment member.
7. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the front end edge of the aftertreatment member is located in a central region facing the excretory opening of the wearer.
8. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the bending base point portion is constituted by at least one of: a core compression unit that compresses at least the absorbent core in a thickness direction; a weight-per-unit-area changing portion formed by making the weight-per-unit-area of an absorbent material constituting the absorbent core or the weight-per-unit-area of fibers constituting the top sheet different from the surrounding; an end edge of a cover sheet disposed between the absorbent core and the topsheet; and a sheet compressing section that compresses at least the surface sheet in a thickness direction.
9. The absorbent article of claim 8,
the sheet compressing portions are spaced apart from each other by a distance longer than a pitch of the hook members.
10. The absorbent article of claim 8,
the sheet compressing portion has a plurality of edge compressing portions provided on the outer side in the front-rear direction of the absorbent core,
the end edge compressed portions are spaced apart from each other by a distance longer than the pitch of the hook members.
11. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the main body portion has a pair of flap portions extending outward in the width direction than the absorbent core and foldable inward in the width direction so as to cover the topsheet,
at least a part of the aftertreatment member is disposed in a region sandwiched between the pair of flap portions in a state where the pair of flap portions are folded inward in the width direction.
12. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the main body portion has an extendable portion that extends and contracts in the front-rear direction,
the stretchable portion is disposed on the front side of the front end edge of the aftertreatment member and on the rear side of the rear end edge of the aftertreatment member.
13. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the bending base point portion of the 1 st deformation region is arranged on an imaginary line extending in the width direction from the bending base point portion of the 2 nd deformation region.
14. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the absorbent article is a sanitary napkin, and a plurality of the bending base point portions are provided in a region extending in the width direction from a region where the hook member is provided.
15. The absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the absorbent article has a 1 st width fold and a 2 nd width fold,
the post-processing member is disposed in a region between the 1 st width fold line and the 2 nd width fold line, and is not disposed across at least one of the 1 st width fold line and the 2 nd width fold line.
