The application layer carries out program operation processing on the data uploaded by the base layer stored in the server through an operation processing center, one part of an operation result enters an integrated management, production report, production monitoring (SCADA) and work order circulation module to generate corresponding management information, and the integrated management module can also realize the task of downlink data; and the other part of the operation result enters a big data analysis module, and after further mining and analysis of data, the analysis result enters six modules, namely a comprehensive GIS map, a distributed integrated sewage treatment facility, a sewage treatment plant, a water ecological treatment facility, surface water environment quality and an operation strategy, so that corresponding information is generated.
As shown in fig. 3, the expert diagnosis module according to the present invention is a platform for technical communication between a user and a backend expert database expert regarding operation conditions of distributed integrated sewage treatment facilities, sewage treatment plants, water ecological treatment facilities, surface water environmental quality, problem events, etc. in a practical case, and the user can transmit results of big data analysis, various information charts and video information to an appointed expert through the platform for paid technical consultation.
As shown in fig. 4, after the uplink data of the application layer is processed by the application layer operation processing center, part of the data is distributed to the management system (integrated management, production report, production monitoring (SCADA) and work order circulation), and part of the data is distributed to the big data analysis module, and after further analysis and simulation, the data is used as a data source of the application function module (integrated GIS map, distributed integrated sewage treatment facility, sewage treatment plant, water ecological treatment facility, surface water environment quality and operation strategy).

A regional water environment intelligent management and control system based on a big data analysis strategy is characterized by comprising a big data analysis module, a comprehensive GIS map module, a distributed integrated sewage treatment facility module, a town center sewage treatment plant module, a water ecological treatment facility module, a surface water environment quality module, an operation strategy module, an expert diagnosis module, a comprehensive management module, a production report module, a production monitoring module and a work order circulation module;
the big data analysis module is used for sorting, analyzing and diagnosing data collected and transmitted by the basic sensing layer and the data transmission layer and transmitting the data analysis result to other related modules; the comprehensive GIS map module can show all the purification facility units in the regional map and the real-time condition of the surface water quality; the distributed integrated sewage treatment facility module can display the operation conditions and real-time monitoring parameters of all distributed integrated sewage treatment facilities in a region, and realize problem alarm, water quality monitoring and remote regulation and control; the village and town center sewage treatment plant module can display the operation condition and real-time monitoring parameters of small sewage treatment plants in the area, and realize problem alarm and water quality monitoring; the water ecological treatment facility module can display the running state and real-time monitoring parameters of surface water ecological treatment facilities in the region, and realize problem alarming, remote regulation and control and water quality monitoring; the surface water environment quality module can display real-time water quality parameters of surface water systems in the region, and pre-warns and forecasts pollution events and pollution migration dynamics; the operation strategy module can perform deep analysis and fitting on the annual accumulated big data analysis results, provide an optimal operation strategy for all the purification facilities and provide a coping strategy for emergencies; the expert diagnosis module can establish a network platform for technical communication between the user and the professional expert; the comprehensive management module can provide an informatization means for managing all purification facilities and operation and maintenance personnel in the area for a user; the production report module can provide rapid data report sorting and uploading service for users; the production monitoring module can provide a real-time, convenient and fast visual monitoring management platform for a user; the work order circulation module can provide an informationized platform for task issuing and reporting management of the internal system of the user.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the big data analysis module is used for fitting, analyzing and diagnosing all real-time data of the distributed sewage purification facilities, the sewage treatment plants, the water ecological purification facilities and the surface water environmental quality within the area range, and coupling the operation effect of each purification unit and the regional surface water environmental quality condition through internal model simulation to form systematic regional water pollution treatment data information.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the integrated GIS map module can display the real-time quality of distributed sewage treatment facilities, sewage treatment plants, water ecological treatment facilities and surface water in the area on the integrated GIS map, and can display the real-time operation and water quality conditions of the integrated GIS map to form a water pollution monitoring platform of the whole area.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the distributed integrated sewage treatment facility module, the village and town center sewage treatment plant module, the water ecological treatment facility module and the surface water environment quality module can carry out real-time data monitoring and remote regulation and control management on the distributed purification facilities in the region, realize problem alarming and analysis and reduce labor input.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the operation strategy module can carry out deep excavation and fitting on the big data analysis results accumulated for many years, provides the optimal operation strategy of each stage all the year around for each distributed sewage treatment facility and water ecological purification facility, and simultaneously searches historical events matched with records for emergencies and provides an emergency plan.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the expert diagnosis module can provide an information channel for a user, so that the user can communicate the existing problem condition and the recorded data with an expert on line, and the system is controlled in a more specialized way.

The intelligent management and control system for regional water environment based on big data analysis strategy as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the comprehensive management module, the production report module, the production monitoring module and the work order circulation module can provide more efficient and convenient informatization means for personnel and task management of regional purification facilities and user internal systems.
