The side of the flexible fixing piece 60 facing away from the flexible heating piece 70 is provided with a plurality of grooves 63, and the plurality of grooves 63 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the flexible fixing piece 60. Specifically, the plurality of grooves 63 and the plurality of receiving grooves 62 are staggered in the length direction of the flexible fixing sheet 60 to ensure the uniform overall thickness of the flexible fixing sheet 60. Further, the position of the flexible fixing piece 60 corresponding to the groove 63 is provided with a through hole 64, the through hole 64 is a strip-shaped hole, and the strip-shaped hole extends along the width direction of the flexible fixing piece 60, so that the weight of the flexible fixing piece 60 is effectively reduced, and the material is saved.
The flexible heating sheet 70 is fixedly connected with the flexible fixing sheet 60 such that the flexible heating sheet 70 is formed integrally with the flexible fixing sheet 60. In this embodiment, the flexible heating sheet 70 is welded to the flexible fixing sheet 60. The flexible stator 60 and the flexible heater plate 70 may be metal or alloy, such as copper, aluminum, titanium, or steel.
In the present embodiment, the flexible heat generating sheet 80 is a heat generating film, and the flexible heat generating sheet 80 is a comb-shaped sheet. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, specifically, the flexible heat generating sheet 80 includes a strip portion 81 and a plurality of teeth 82 disposed on the same side of the strip portion 81, the strip portion 81 extends along the length direction of the housing 10, the strip portion 81 is located at the outer side of the flexible fixing sheet 60, one end of the teeth 82 is connected to the strip portion 81, the teeth 82 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the strip portion 81, and the teeth 82 are respectively located in the accommodating groove 62 and attached to the flexible heating sheet 70. Further, the number of the flexible heating sheets 80 is two, and the two flexible heating sheets 80 are symmetrically overlapped, so that the heating efficiency is effectively improved.
In the assembly, the flexible heating sheet 70 and the flexible fixing sheet 60 are welded, and then the flexible heating sheet 80 is inserted between the flexible heating sheet 70 and the flexible fixing sheet 60 from the side of the flexible fixing sheet 60, that is, the tooth 82 is inserted into the accommodating groove 62 from the side of the flexible fixing sheet 60, and the bar 81 is located outside the flexible fixing sheet 60.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, further, the heating assembly 200 further includes two fixing assemblies 90, the two fixing assemblies 90 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the flexible fixing piece 60, the fixing assemblies 90 include a plurality of fixing blocks 91, the plurality of fixing blocks 91 are disposed along a length direction of the housing 10 at intervals, the fixing blocks 91 are hard adhesives that cannot deform, one end of each fixing block 91 is abutted on an inner wall of the mounting groove 11, and the other end of each fixing block 91 is inserted into the corresponding accommodating groove 62, so that the flexible fixing piece 60 is movably connected with the housing 10 and the flexible fixing piece 60 is prevented from being separated from the housing 10. The end of the fixing block 91 inserted into the accommodating groove 62 is also abutted against the flexible heating sheet 80, so that the flexible heating sheet 80 is tightly attached to the flexible heating sheet 70, and the stability of heat transfer of the flexible heating sheet 80 to the flexible heating sheet 70 is ensured. Further, the portion of the fixing block 91 abuts on the side of the flexible fixing piece 60. It can be appreciated that the flexible fixing piece 60 is disposed between the fixing piece 91 and the supporting piece 20, the flexible fixing piece 60 is clamped by the fixing piece 91 and the supporting piece 20, and a part of the fixing piece 91 is abutted against a side edge of the flexible fixing piece 60, so that the flexible fixing piece 60 can only vertically deform and cannot laterally deform, and the flexible heating piece 70 can only vertically deform and cannot laterally deform due to the fixed connection of the flexible heating piece 70 and the flexible fixing piece 60. When the flexible fixing piece 60, the flexible heating piece 70, and the flexible heating piece 80 are deformed, the fixing block 91 of the corresponding portion may float up and down, that is, the fixing block 91 may float in a direction approaching or separating from the bottom of the mounting groove 11.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments, a clamping groove 92 is formed on a side of the fixing block 91 facing the flexible heating sheet 70, and a connecting post 93 is formed at a bottom of the clamping groove 92.
Specifically, the fixing block 91 includes a body portion 94, a protruding portion 95 and a reinforcing portion 96, the body portion 94 is disposed in an inverted L shape, the body portion 94 is disposed towards one end of the flexible fixing piece 60 and abuts against a side edge of the flexible fixing piece 60, the clamping groove 92 is disposed on the body portion 94, and the connecting post 93 is disposed on a bottom of the body portion 94 corresponding to the clamping groove 92. The protruding portion 95 and the reinforcing portion 96 are provided at opposite ends of the body portion 94, respectively, the protruding portion 95 abuts against the inner wall of the cover 17 to prevent the fixing block 91 from being separated from the housing 10, and the reinforcing portion 96 is inserted into the accommodating groove 62 and abuts against the tooth 82.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments, two flexible limiting strips 100 are further included, the flexible limiting strips 100 extend along the length direction of the housing 10, and at least part of the flexible limiting strips 100 is exposed out of the opening 18. The two flexible limiting strips 100 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the flexible heating plate 70, and provide flexible support for the flexible heating plate 70. It should be noted that, the flexible limiting strip 100 is made of flexible materials such as silica gel or rubber, and when the flexible heating sheet 70 deforms, the flexible limiting strip 100 synchronously deforms along with the flexible heating sheet 70.
Specifically, the flexible limiting strips 100 are disposed on the fixing assemblies 90, respectively, and the flexible limiting strips 100 extend out of the openings 18. Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of clamping blocks 101 are disposed on the flexible limiting strip 100, the clamping blocks 101 are disposed on a side of the flexible limiting strip 100 facing the fixing component 90, and the plurality of clamping blocks 101 are disposed along a length direction of the flexible limiting strip 101 at intervals, and the clamping blocks 101 are respectively clamped in the clamping grooves 92. Further, the clamping block 101 is provided with a connecting groove 102 which is sleeved with the connecting column 93 in an excessively tight fit manner, so that the stability of connection between the flexible limiting strip 100 and the fixed block 91 is ensured.
The flexible limiting strip 100 is further provided with a plurality of top blocks 103, the top blocks 103 are arranged on one side, facing the flexible fixing piece 60, of the flexible limiting strip 100, the top blocks 103 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the flexible limiting strip 100, the top blocks 103 are respectively arranged corresponding to the accommodating grooves 62 and are abutted to one end of the reinforcing portion 96, and therefore the stability of the reinforcing portion 96 inserted into the accommodating grooves 62 is effectively improved. The bonding sheets 61 at two ends of the flexible fixing sheet 60 are erected on two flexible limiting strips 100, as shown in fig. 3, the elastic pieces 30 are arranged between the supporting blocks 20 and the bottoms of the mounting grooves 11, so that the supporting blocks 20 can float up and down, the flexible fixing sheets 60 are arranged on the supporting blocks 20, the flexible heating sheets 70 are arranged on the flexible fixing sheets 60, and the flexible heating sheets 80 are arranged between the flexible fixing sheets 60 and the flexible heating sheets 70, so that the flexible fixing sheets 60, the flexible heating sheets 70 and the flexible heating sheets 80 can float up and down along with the supporting blocks 20, and as the flexible fixing sheets 60, the flexible fixing sheets 60 and the flexible heating sheets 80 are all flexible sheets, the parts of the heating sheets 50 are deformed along the length direction of the shell 10, when the hair clamped by the heating sheets 50 is thicker, the parts corresponding to the flexible fixing sheets 60, the flexible heating sheets 80 and the supporting blocks 20 float towards the bottoms of the mounting grooves 11, the elastic pieces 30 at the corresponding parts are compressed, so that the hair on the other parts can be clamped, the repeated hair can be effectively heated, the repeated hair can be prevented from being repeatedly heated, and the repeated hair can be heated, and the hair can be effectively and repeatedly heated, and the hair is prevented from being damaged.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (8)
1. A heating assembly, comprising:
A housing provided with a mounting groove; an opening communicated with the mounting groove is formed in one side of the shell;
The plurality of support blocks are arranged in the mounting groove and are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the shell; an elastic piece is arranged between the supporting block and the bottom of the mounting groove, and is abutted with the supporting block and provides elastic force for pushing the supporting block away from the bottom of the mounting groove;
the flexible fixing sheets are arranged on the plurality of supporting blocks;
The flexible heating sheet is arranged on the flexible fixing sheet; the flexible heating sheet is at least partially exposed outside the opening;
The flexible heating sheet is arranged between the flexible fixing sheet and the flexible heating sheet;
The bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a plurality of guide posts, the guide posts are provided with guide grooves, and the elastic pieces are respectively accommodated in the guide grooves;
the support block comprises a support body and support legs connected with the support body, the support body is connected with the flexible fixing sheets, the support legs are respectively inserted into the guide grooves, and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively elastically abutted to the bottoms of the guide grooves and the support legs.

The heating assembly according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of accommodating grooves are formed in one side of the flexible fixing piece, which faces the flexible heating piece, and the flexible heating piece comprises a strip-shaped portion and a plurality of tooth plates arranged on the same side of the strip-shaped portion, and the tooth plates are respectively located in the accommodating grooves and are attached to the flexible heating piece.

The heating assembly according to claim 2, further comprising two fixing assemblies, wherein the two fixing assemblies are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the flexible fixing sheet, the fixing assemblies comprise a plurality of fixing blocks, one ends of the fixing blocks are abutted against the inner wall of the mounting groove, and the other ends of the fixing blocks are inserted into the accommodating groove and abutted against the flexible heating sheet.
4. The heating assembly of claim 1, further comprising two flexible stop bars, the two flexible stop bars being disposed on opposite sides of the flexible heating sheet.
5. The heating assembly of claim 4, wherein the flexible fixing sheets have respective tabs at both ends thereof, the tabs being bridged over two of the flexible stopper bars.
6. The heating assembly of claim 1, further comprising two positioning blocks, wherein the two positioning blocks are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the bottom of the mounting groove, an elastomer is arranged between the positioning blocks and the bottom of the mounting groove, and two ends of the flexible fixing sheet are respectively erected on the positioning blocks.
7. A hair straightener comprising a heating assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The hair straightener of claim 7, characterized in that the number of heating elements is two, the two heating elements are arranged opposite to each other, and one ends of the two heating elements are hinged.
