Abstract
The invention discloses an internode connection method and structure for a plane gate, wherein a group of upper hanging plates at the lower part of an upper door leaf main beam and a group of lower hanging plates at the upper part of a lower door leaf main beam are integrally connected one by one through a standard bolt assembly and a pair of internode connection plates; to reduce the load bearing capacity of each set of standard bolt assemblies; the purpose of replacing a pin shaft in the prior art by a standard bolt component is achieved; therefore, the pin shaft processing procedure is omitted, the manufacturing process of the gate is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. The multi-socket connecting device is adopted between the upper and lower door leaves connected with the plane gate, so that the bearing capacity of the pin shaft can be reduced to a large extent, the diameter of the connecting hole is reduced, the inter-joint connecting device is improved from a traditional symmetrically arranged double-connection structure to a multi-connection structure type, the size of the pin shaft and the local connection bearing stress of a single-connection hanger plate are effectively reduced, the use requirement can be met by adopting the existing finished bolt, the pin shaft is not required to be manufactured independently, the investment is saved, and the manufacturing and the installation are convenient.

The two sides of the connecting hole 7 of the upper hanging plate 5 and the lower hanging plate 6 are respectively provided with a double bearing plate consisting of an inner bearing plate 10 and an outer bearing plate 11. The internode connecting plate 8 is a waist-shaped plate, connecting holes 7 are arranged at two ends of the internode connecting plate 8, and reinforcing rings 12 are arranged at two sides of the connecting holes 7.
