Abstract
A method for preparing an environment-friendly impregnated paper veneer artificial board comprises base paper printed with an ink pattern layer, an emulsion type transparent upper primer layer and a lower primer layer attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the base paper, an emulsion type transparent surface adhesive attached to the surface of the upper primer layer of the base paper and an artificial board taking impregnated paper as a veneer material. The environment-friendly impregnated paper adhesive disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the emulsion type impregnating solution is used for replacing the traditional formaldehyde glue as the primer and the face glue, so that the prepared impregnated paper and the artificial board with the veneer thereof not only have long-term environment-friendly performance, but also have safe and low-pollution preparation process, low raw material cost, high transmittance of a product glue film, excellent wear resistance and wide application range, and have huge social and economic values.

At present, the glue solution commonly used for impregnated paper is melamine formaldehyde resin, urea formaldehyde resin and phenolic resin (collectively called as 'three-aldehyde glue'), has the problems of short storage period and serious release of formaldehyde and other Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and poses great threat to human health and ecological environment. The emulsion type impregnating solution has the advantages of good storage stability (the storage period is up to 1 year or longer), cost saving and resource waste reduction, and the system generally takes water as a solvent, does not volatilize formaldehyde or toxic organic solvents, can keep the concentration of the impregnating solution stable, is safe and environment-friendly, is easy to regulate and control the reaction temperature, and can effectively avoid the influence caused by the formaldehyde-formaldehyde glue.

The impregnated paper surface adhesive layer is inorganic particle modified (methyl) acrylate direct crosslinking type emulsion and is prepared from 100 parts of main monomers, 0.5-45 parts of direct crosslinking monomers with the number of double bonds being more than or equal to 2, 1-50 parts of emulsifiers, 100-10000 parts of water and 0.01-10 parts of initiators, wherein the inorganic particles are one or a mixture of more of micron-sized or nano-sized silicon dioxide, nano-sized or micro-sized aluminum oxide, nano-sized or micro-sized titanium dioxide and carbon nano tubes, and the modification mode is chemical copolymerization or physical blending.
The basic hot pressing condition of the lower surface of the impregnated paper attached to the artificial board is that the hot pressing temperature is 80-300 ℃, the hot pressing time is 1-50 min, the hot pressing pressure is 0.1-50 MPa, and the artificial board base material is one of a high-medium low-density fiberboard, a high-medium low-density shaving board and a plywood.

The primer preparation process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a main monomer and a post-crosslinking monomer according to the dosage shown in the table 1, adding the main monomer and the post-crosslinking monomer into an aqueous solution containing an emulsifier, performing high-speed dispersion to obtain a pre-emulsion 1, adding the pre-emulsion 1 into a four-neck flask containing a stirring rod, a spherical condenser tube and a thermometer, raising the reaction temperature, keeping the temperature for 30min, adding an aqueous initiator solution for polymerization to obtain a target emulsion 1, and mixing a small amount of phthalic anhydride into the emulsion 1 to obtain a primer for dipping.
