Background
In order to reduce the dependence on airport equipment, modern large and medium-sized passenger aircraft are all provided with Auxiliary Power Units (APU). On the ground, the air supply device can supply air for an air conditioning system, supply power for an electric power system and supply an air source for a main engine to start; in the air, it is the main equipment that ensures the restart of the main engine after it has stopped. The sealing assembly consists of a sealing strip supporting piece and a sealing strip, wherein the sealing strip supporting piece is annular, and the shape of the sealing strip is consistent with the shape of the inner surface of the sealing strip supporting piece and is positioned between the sealing strip supporting piece and the exhaust pipe.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in an exhaust pipe support kit for an auxiliary power unit, a front portion of an exhaust pipe 4 is supported on a firewall 3 through a sealing member; the outer circumferential surface of the tail part of the exhaust pipe 4 is symmetrically and coaxially provided with a left side joint 1-1 and a right side joint 1-2, the left side joint 1-1 is connected with a left side support 2-1 through a left side connecting structure, the right side joint 1-2 is connected with a right side support 2-2 through a right side connecting structure, and the left side support 2-1 and the right side support 2-2 are fixed on a force bearing structure (9). The left support 2-1, the right support 2-2 and the sealing strip limit the exhaust pipe to move along the Z direction, rotate along the X axis and rotate along the Y axis together.
As shown in fig. 4, the left connecting structure is that a joint bearing 11 is arranged in a connecting hole of a left support 2-1, a bushing 12 is arranged in the connecting hole of the left joint 1-1, a left bolt 13 sequentially penetrates through the bushing 12 and the joint bearing 11 and then is fixed by a locking device, a countersunk washer 14 is arranged at a bolt head of the left bolt 13, one end of the bushing 12 is abutted against the surface of the countersunk washer 14, the other end of the bushing 12 is abutted against the joint bearing 11, the length of the bushing 12 is greater than that of the connecting hole of the left joint 1-1, the bushing 12 can prevent the bolt group from moving after being installed, can accommodate radial thermal deformation of the exhaust pipe, and can prevent the connection between the left joint 1-1 and the support 2-1 from limiting the movement of the exhaust pipe along the Y direction.
As shown in fig. 5, the right side connection structure is that a joint bearing 21 is arranged in a connection hole of the right side branch seat 2-2, a tooth-shaped structure is arranged on the outer surface of the right side joint 1-2, a tooth-shaped block 22 is arranged between the right side joint 1-2 and the right side support 2-2, and a tooth-shaped structure is arranged on one side of the tooth-shaped block 22 and matched with the tooth-shaped structure on the outer surface of the right side joint 1-2; the other side is jointed with the end face of the right knuckle bearing 21; a right bolt 23 sequentially penetrates through the right joint 1-2, the tooth-shaped block 22 and the knuckle bearing 21 and then is fixed by a locking device; the diameter of the connecting hole of the right joint 1-2 is larger than that of the right bolt 23, the right joint 1-2 and the tooth-shaped block 22 are in tooth-to-tooth meshing transmission, when the right joint 1-2 and the left joint 1-1 have a certain amount of non-coaxial, the installation of the right bolt 23 is not influenced, and the connection has integral stability; a countersunk washer 24 is provided at the bolt head of the right bolt 23, and the countersunk washer 24 is supported at the coupling hole of the right joint 1-2.
The left connecting structure and the right connecting structure adopt the design, and the left connecting structure and the right connecting structure limit the movement of the exhaust pipe along the X direction and the rotation of the exhaust pipe along the Z axis together; the right side connection structure restricts movement of the exhaust pipe in the Y direction.
The locking device is composed of a flat washer 31, a slotted nut 32 and a cotter pin 33.
The sealing assembly consists of a sealing strip supporting piece 7 and a sealing strip 6, wherein the sealing strip supporting piece 7 is annular, and the shape of the sealing strip 6 is consistent with the shape of the inner surface of the sealing strip supporting piece 7 and is positioned between the sealing strip supporting piece 7 and the exhaust pipe 4. The sealing strip 6 and the sealing strip support 7 are divided into an upper part and a lower part respectively, the upper sealing strip is fixed on the upper sealing strip support, and the lower sealing strip is fixed on the lower sealing strip support. The assembly formed by the lower sealing strip and the lower sealing strip supporting piece is designed to be integrally detachable, so that the exhaust pipe is convenient to disassemble and assemble. When the exhaust pipe is installed, the exhaust pipe is installed firstly, and then the component is installed; the exhaust pipe is disassembled, the assembly is disassembled firstly, and then the exhaust pipe is disassembled.
As shown in fig. 6, the cross section of the sealing strip 6 is B-shaped, one end of the sealing strip is a large-diameter arc surface and is of a hollow structure, so that the sealing strip has a sealing effect and is easy to compress; the other end is a small-diameter cambered surface and is of a solid structure, so that the supporting effect is achieved, and the compression is not easy to occur.
