Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of freight bicycles, in particular to a steering mechanism of a freight bicycle.
Background
The freight bicycle is a bicycle specially used for loading goods, has extremely high utilization rate and various structural forms in Europe, and is gradually accepted in China in recent years. The freight bicycle is different from a conventional bicycle in that a cargo compartment is arranged between a handle and a front fork, and the handle is rotated and controls a front wheel to swing through a connecting rod so as to realize steering.
The existing freight bicycle has two parts of steering, wherein one part is that a connecting rod is rotatably connected with a front fork, and the other part is that the connecting rod is rotatably connected with a handle, for example, Chinese patent application with the patent number of CN201780050791.0 discloses a bicycle conversion kit and a goods bicycle device, wherein two ends of the connecting rod of the bicycle are respectively rotatably connected with the front fork and the handle, and the rotation mode has great disadvantages: the connecting rod both ends are all unfixed for great shake can appear when riding in front wheel and front fork, causes to turn to the unstability, and long-term shake simultaneously can lead to producing the gap between the part, not only can produce great noise, has still left the potential safety hazard.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a steering mechanism of a freight bicycle, which is firm and stable in connection and is not easy to shake, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the steering mechanism of the freight bicycle comprises a front fork, a steering rod and a handlebar which are sequentially arranged from front to back, wherein the front end of the steering rod is connected with the front fork, and the rear end of the steering rod is provided with a swinging mechanism which is connected with the handlebar and can swing back and forth and up and down along with the steering of the handlebar.
In order to ensure that steering can be realized by rotating the handlebar, the swing mechanism comprises a first swing assembly and a second swing assembly which are connected with the bottom of the handlebar, wherein part of the first swing assembly is restrained at the rear end of the second swing assembly and can drive the second swing assembly and the steering rod to synchronously swing back and forth under the driving of the handlebar; the second swing assembly is connected with the rear end of the steering rod, the rear end of the steering rod can swing up and down synchronously relative to the first swing assembly while swinging back and forth, so that when the handlebar is rotated, the first swing assembly can drive the steering rod to drive the front fork to deflect left and right to realize steering, and the up-and-down swing of the second swing assembly can compensate the up-and-down stroke difference generated by steering.
In order to ensure that the rear end of the steering rod can swing up and down relative to the first swing assembly to compensate the difference of the upper stroke and the lower stroke generated by steering, the second swing assembly comprises a connecting piece and a shaft sleeve, the connecting piece is inserted into the rear end of the steering rod, part of the connecting piece is exposed, at least part of the shaft sleeve is arranged side by side with the connecting piece, and the shaft sleeve is connected on the connecting piece in a rotating manner through pin shafts which are sequentially arranged on the front part of the shaft sleeve and the connecting piece in a penetrating manner.
Specifically, the axle sleeve includes the axle sleeve body and has the connecting portion that the axle sleeve body extends forward, the round pin axle is worn to establish on this connecting portion.
In order to ensure that the handlebar rotates and can drive the steering rod to swing back and forth, the first swing assembly comprises a swing rod and a rotating shaft, one end of the swing rod is fixed at the bottom of the handlebar, the other end of the swing rod is connected to the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can rotate to penetrate through and be constrained on the shaft sleeve.
In order to prevent the rotating shaft from slipping, the oscillating bar is connected to the upper end of the rotating shaft, and a locking piece for limiting the rotating shaft to be separated from the shaft sleeve is further arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft.
In order to ensure that the steering rod can be attached to the front fork, the steering rod is arranged obliquely upward from the rear to the front.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: in the steering mechanism of the freight bicycle, two ends of a steering rod are respectively connected with a handlebar and a front fork, wherein the steering rod is connected with the front fork, and the steering rod is connected with the handlebar through a swinging mechanism which can swing back and forth and up and down relative to the handlebar along with the steering of the handlebar, so that one end of the steering rod is fixed, and the other end of the steering rod can swing up and down and back and forth, therefore, the power for steering the handlebar can be accurately and directly transmitted to the front fork, the swinging mechanism can also be ensured to buffer and balance up and down displacement generated when the steering rod steers during steering, and further, the freight bicycle is prevented from shaking during the advancing process.
