技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体而言,特别涉及一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布。
背景技术
现有技术中,根据用途的不同,合成革可分为聚氨酯服装革、鞋用合成革、汽车革、沙发革等。不同的应用领域对于革的性能要求不同。其中服装革对于舒适性和功能性的要求特别是舒适性的要求较高。就舒适性而言,要求革具有好的透气性,肉感,低温柔顺性及柔软的手感;就功能性而言,要求革具有好的耐水解性,耐磨耐刮性、伸展性等。
现有技术中关于服装革的研究主要都集中于某个或某些方面的性能的提升。如申请号为201310137494.3的一种环保聚氨酯革、制备方法及其制品,其包括超纤无纺布、覆盖在所述无纺布上的底层,以及覆盖在所述底层上的面层、聚氯乙烯发泡层、水性粘接层,半聚氨酯革半成品发泡压花后、采用三版表处机进行表面处理,水性表处剂的上浆量为40~60g/m2,干燥温度和时间分别为140~150℃,60~90s,表处后的革坯经揉纹、干燥、量尺后即得成品,所述面层中包括4层涂层。但是该技术方案存在以下不足:防污抗菌性能差,手感及真皮感差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种防污抗菌性能强,手感及真皮感强的可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,包括超纤无纺布、覆盖在所述超纤无纺布上的底层,以及覆盖在所述底层上的面层,以重量份数计,所述底层由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺35-38份、聚合物微粒30-40份、去离子水20-150份、染料液0.5-2.5份、泡孔调节剂0.1-2.0份和防污助剂0.2-0.8份。
本发明的有益效果是:利用防污助剂能使底层具有防污抗菌性能,使得水性超纤无纺布具有很好的表面触感和防污抗菌性能;
利用聚合物微粒溶于热甲苯的特点,在配制水性浸渍树脂时向其中加入聚合物微粒,利用甲苯减量形成超细纤维的同时减去浸渍树脂中的聚合物微粒,从而形成聚氨酯微孔,实现了水性超纤无纺布的丰满、柔软、真皮感强的特点。
使用水性聚氨酯乳液代替溶剂型聚氨酯树脂,极大地降低了环境污染,利用甲苯减量的工艺特点,在不增加工序的条件下,通过改变聚合物微粒的大小与多少来调整泡孔结构的大小与多少,制备的可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布拥有较为细密的泡孔结构。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述面层由浆料涂刮形成的涂层,所述面层的浆料按重量份由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100份、水10-20份和水性助剂1-5份。
进一步,所述水性聚氨酯树脂按重量份计,由以下原料组成:聚四氢呋喃二元醇15-17份、酯醚共聚物8-10份、扩链剂3-5份、多异氰酸酯10-12份、成盐剂1-3份、有机铋催化剂1-2份、丙酮2-4份、水38-43份、增稠剂0.5-1份和消泡剂0.5-1份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:通过上述原料混合,使得水性聚氨酯树脂的性能大大提升,提升面层的手感柔软度、剥离强度及耐水性能;多异氰酸酯选用异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯,不会出现苯环在紫外线下发生异变而导致物料黄变的现象;成盐剂选用三乙胺和乙酸的混合物,避免了碱性过强,导致水性聚氨酯树脂性能下降的现象;
消泡剂能减少水性聚氨酯树脂中的气泡,增强面层的强度。
进一步,所述扩链剂为乙二醇和异氟尔酮二胺的混合物,酯醚共聚物为聚酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇及己二酸共聚反应得到的酯醚共聚二元醇、羟值为27-37mgKOH/g,多异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
进一步,所述水性助剂按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯光油0.6-4.3份、水性增稠剂0.03-0.06份、水性流平剂0.02-0.04份、水性交联剂0.2-0.3份、有机硅手感剂0.05-0.1份和有机硅柔软剂0.1-0.2份。

一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
生产无纺布,获取无纺布;
湿法制坯,将所述无纺布含浸在所述底层的底层浆料中,制备底坯;
干法贴面,在载体面上依次涂刮面层浆料生成所述面层;
将所述面层中的一侧与所述底坯贴合、烘干、冷却、剥离生成可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布;
其中,湿法制坯先将水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺35份、聚合物微粒30份、去离子水20份、泡孔调节剂0.1份和防污助剂0.2份进行混合,获得浆液;将无纺布浸渍于所述的含有聚合物微粒的浆液中,然后刮除无纺布表面的树脂,得浸渍基布;将浸渍基布投入甲苯中进行减量,得底坯;依次经过染色、上油、磨皮,再进行干法贴面。
上述实施例中,所述面层由浆料涂刮形成的涂层,所述面层的浆料按重量份由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂80份、水10份和水性助剂1份。
上述实施例中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂按重量份计,由以下原料组成:聚四氢呋喃二元醇15份、酯醚共聚物8份、扩链剂3份、多异氰酸酯10份、成盐剂1份、有机铋催化剂1份、丙酮2份、水38份、增稠剂0.5份和消泡剂0.5份。
将聚四氢呋喃二元醇15份、有机铋催化剂1份、水38份、酯醚共聚物8份投入到带有搅拌、温控设备及夹套加热装置的反应釜中,升温,真空脱水,待水分质量含量小于300ppm后,降温至40-50℃加入扩链剂3份、多异氰酸酯10份和丙酮2份进行反应,降温至40-50℃,加入成盐剂1份,然后将所得树脂乳化于水中,最后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,加入增稠剂0.5份和消泡剂0.5份,即得水性聚氨酯树脂。
上述实施例中,所述扩链剂为乙二醇和异氟尔酮二胺的混合物,酯醚共聚物为聚酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇及己二酸共聚反应得到的酯醚共聚二元醇、羟值为27mgKOH/g,多异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
上述实施例中,所述水性助剂按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯光油0.6份、水性增稠剂0.03份、水性流平剂0.02份、水性交联剂0.2份、有机硅手感剂0.05份和有机硅柔软剂0.1份。
先同时加入水性聚氨酯光油0.6份、水性增稠剂0.03份、水性流平剂0.02份和水性交联剂0.2份进行混合,搅拌15-20分钟后,加入有机硅手感剂0.05份和有机硅柔软剂0.1份,高速搅拌2-3分钟,静止10-15分钟,能增强水性超纤无纺布的柔软及手感。
上述实施例中,所述水为蒸馏水。
实施例2:
一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,包括超纤无纺布、覆盖在所述超纤无纺布上的底层,以及覆盖在所述底层上的面层,以重量份数计,所述底层由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺38份、聚合物微粒40份、去离子水150份、泡孔调节剂2.0份和防污助剂0.8份。
一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
生产无纺布,获取无纺布;
湿法制坯,将所述无纺布含浸在所述底层的底层浆料中,制备底坯;
干法贴面,在载体面上依次涂刮面层浆料生成所述面层;
将所述面层中的一侧与所述底坯贴合、烘干、冷却、剥离生成可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布;
其中,湿法制坯先将水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺38份、聚合物微粒40份、去离子水150份、泡孔调节剂2.0份和防污助剂0.8份进行混合,获得浆液;将无纺布浸渍于所述的含有聚合物微粒的浆液中,然后刮除无纺布表面的树脂,得浸渍基布;将浸渍基布投入甲苯中进行减量,得底坯;依次经过染色、上油、磨皮,再进行干法贴面。
上述实施例中,所述面层由浆料涂刮形成的涂层,所述面层的浆料按重量份由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水20份和水性助剂5份。
上述实施例中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂按重量份计,由以下原料组成:聚四氢呋喃二元醇17份、酯醚共聚物10份、扩链剂5份、多异氰酸酯12份、成盐剂3份、有机铋催化剂2份、丙酮4份、水43份、增稠剂1份和消泡剂1份。
将聚四氢呋喃二元醇17份、酯醚共聚物10份、有机铋催化剂2份、水43份投入到带有搅拌、温控设备及夹套加热装置的反应釜中,升温,真空脱水后,降温至40-50℃加入扩链剂5份、多异氰酸酯12份和丙酮4份进行反应,降温至40-50℃,加入成盐剂3份,然后将所得树脂乳化于水中,最后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,加入增稠剂1份和消泡剂1份,即得水性聚氨酯树脂。
上述实施例中,所述扩链剂为乙二醇和异氟尔酮二胺的混合物,酯醚共聚物为聚酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇及己二酸共聚反应得到的酯醚共聚二元醇、羟值为27-37mgKOH/g,多异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
上述实施例中,所述水性助剂按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯光油4.3份、水性增稠剂0.06份、水性流平剂0.04份、水性交联剂0.3份、有机硅手感剂0.1份和有机硅柔软剂0.2份。
先同时加入水性聚氨酯光油4.3份、水性增稠剂0.06份、水性流平剂0.04份、水性交联剂0.3份进行混合,搅拌15-20分钟后,加入有机硅手感剂0.1份和有机硅柔软剂0.2份,高速搅拌2-3分钟,静止10-15分钟,能增强水性超纤无纺布的柔软及手感。
上述实施例中,所述水为蒸馏水。
实施例3:
一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,包括超纤无纺布、覆盖在所述超纤无纺布上的底层,以及覆盖在所述底层上的面层,以重量份数计,所述底层由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺36份、聚合物微粒35份、去离子水85份、泡孔调节剂1份和防污助剂0.5份。
一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
生产无纺布,获取无纺布;
湿法制坯,将所述无纺布含浸在所述底层的底层浆料中,制备底坯;

其中,湿法制坯先将水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺36份、聚合物微粒35份、去离子水85份、泡孔调节剂1份和防污助剂0.5份进行混合,获得浆液;将无纺布浸渍于所述的含有聚合物微粒的浆液中,然后刮除无纺布表面的树脂,得浸渍基布;将浸渍基布投入甲苯中进行减量,得底坯;依次经过染色、上油、磨皮,再进行干法贴面。
上述实施例中,所述面层由浆料涂刮形成的涂层,所述面层的浆料按重量份由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂90份、水15份和水性助剂3份。
上述实施例中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂按重量份计,由以下原料组成:聚四氢呋喃二元醇16份、酯醚共聚物9份、扩链剂4份、多异氰酸酯11份、成盐剂2份、有机铋催化剂1.5份、丙酮3份、水40份、增稠剂0.8份和消泡剂0.7份。
将聚四氢呋喃二元醇16份、有机铋催化剂1.5份、水40份、酯醚共聚物9份投入到带有搅拌、温控设备及夹套加热装置的反应釜中,升温,真空脱水后,降温至40-50℃加入扩链剂4份、多异氰酸酯11份和丙酮3份进行反应,降温至40-50℃,加入成盐剂2份,然后将所得树脂乳化于水中,最后减压蒸馏除去丙酮,加入增稠剂0.8份和消泡剂0.7份,即得水性聚氨酯树脂。
上述实施例中,所述扩链剂为乙二醇和异氟尔酮二胺的混合物,酯醚共聚物为聚酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇及己二酸共聚反应得到的酯醚共聚二元醇、羟值为27-37mgKOH/g,多异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
上述实施例中,所述水性助剂按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯光油2.5份、水性增稠剂0.04份、水性流平剂0.03份、水性交联剂0.25份、有机硅手感剂0.07份和有机硅柔软剂0.15份。
先同时加入水性聚氨酯光油2.5份、水性增稠剂0.04份、水性流平剂0.03份、水性交联剂0.25份进行混合,搅拌15-20分钟后,加入有机硅手感剂0.07份和有机硅柔软剂0.15份,高速搅拌2-3分钟,静止10-15分钟,能增强水性超纤无纺布的柔软及手感。
上述实施例中,所述水为蒸馏水。

Claims (6)

1.一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,包括超纤无纺布、覆盖在所述超纤无纺布上的底层,以及覆盖在所述底层上的面层,其特征在于:以重量份数计,所述底层由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯乳液100份、二甲基甲酰胺35-38份、聚合物微粒30-40份、去离子水20-150份、泡孔调节剂0.1-2.0份和防污助剂0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,其特征在于:所述面层由浆料涂刮形成的涂层,所述面层的浆料按重量份由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100份、水10-20份和水性助剂1-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,其特征在于:所述水性聚氨酯树脂按重量份计,由以下原料组成:聚四氢呋喃二元醇15-17份、酯醚共聚物8-10份、扩链剂3-5份、多异氰酸酯10-12份、成盐剂1-3份、有机铋催化剂1-2份、丙酮2-4份、水38-43份、增稠剂0.5-1份和消泡剂0.5-1份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,其特征在于:所述扩链剂为乙二醇和异氟尔酮二胺的混合物,酯醚共聚物为聚酯多元醇、聚醚二元醇及己二酸共聚反应得到的酯醚共聚二元醇、羟值为27-37mgKOH/g,多异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,其特征在于:所述水性助剂按重量份数计,由以下原料组成:水性聚氨酯光油0.6-4.3份、水性增稠剂0.03-0.06份、水性流平剂0.02-0.04份、水性交联剂0.2-0.3份、有机硅手感剂0.05-0.1份和有机硅柔软剂0.1-0.2份。
6.根据权利要求2所述一种可替代真皮的水性超纤无纺布,其特征在于:所述水为蒸馏水。
