Description

Water-based release agent capable of eliminating air bubbles on concrete surface and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and relates to a water-based release agent capable of eliminating air bubbles on the surface of concrete and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rise of the concrete admixture industry, various water reducing agents are applied to concrete mixtures on a large scale, so that the cement concrete industry is developed unprecedentedly. Nowadays, the water reducing agent is widely popularized and applied most, and the polycarboxylate water reducing agent with the greatest development potential is particularly well-defined, and the use of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent can develop many advantages of concrete. However, the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and other additives have certain air entraining property, so that certain degree of air bubbles are often introduced into a concrete mixture during use, and particularly after demolding, a large amount of air bubbles often appear on the surface of cement concrete, so that the durability and the attractiveness of the concrete are seriously influenced, and the popularization and the application of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent are unfavorable.
At present, a plurality of construction units judge whether a release agent is good or bad only by the difficulty degree of the release agent, the influence of the release agent on the surface of a concrete product is often ignored, and a plurality of manufacturers only use waste engine oil as the release agent, but the aesthetic property of the surface of the concrete is greatly reduced, and the surface of the concrete is excessively dark and provided with bubbles. the separation of concrete and template in the traditional release agent must overcome the adhesive force between the template and hardened concrete or the cohesion force on the surface of concrete, and the release mechanism of the release agent comprises the following aspects: firstly, the release agent plays a role in lubricating between the template and the concrete and weakening the affinity between the template and the concrete so as to play a role in assisting in demoulding; secondly, the release agent is coated on the surface of the template to form a layer of film, and the release is assisted by the isolation effect; thirdly, the release agent and part of minerals or ions in the fresh concrete generate certain chemical reaction to generate substances with the isolation effect, thereby playing the role of helping the release. However, this is only convenient for demoulding, and still far from meeting the requirements of improving the aesthetic property and durability of the concrete surface.
The water-based release agent provided by the invention is improved by removing excessive bubbles based on the isolation effect of the traditional release agent, and dimethyl silicone oil and surfactants such as Span-20, Tween-20, sodium dodecyl sulfate and the like are sequentially subjected to oleophylic emulsification and hydrophilic emulsification to form emulsified dimethyl silicone oil to form uniformly distributed oil-in-water type stable emulsion.
