Specifically, the testing tool can be provided with an alarm device, when the testing tool judges that at least one key sampling value is in a first preset qualified interval, the testing tool can judge that the key test of the household appliance is qualified, and prompt information of the qualified key test can be displayed through the alarm device.
Therefore, the testing method for the household appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for automatically detecting the household appliance, the production efficiency is improved, and the accuracy of detection of the household appliance can be improved.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the test fixture 20 sends a light emitting instruction to the household appliance 10 when performing the light emitting device test on the household appliance 10; after receiving the light emitting instruction, the controller of the household appliance 10 controls at least one light emitting device to be tested of the household appliance 10 to be turned on; the test fixture 20 detects the brightness of at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device; the test fixture 20 judges whether the brightness of at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device is in a second preset qualified interval; when the brightness of at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device is in the second preset qualified interval, the test fixture 20 determines that the light-emitting device of the household appliance 10 is qualified in the test.
It should be noted that, when the light emitting device of the household appliance is tested, the test fixture 20 may send a light emitting instruction to the household appliance 10, and the controller of the household appliance 10 may control at least one light emitting device to be tested of the household appliance 10 to be turned on after receiving the light emitting instruction.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the luminance of the at least one light emitting device to be tested may be detected by a visual camera, and specifically, the test fixture 20 is provided with the visual camera, and when the at least one light emitting device to be tested is turned on by the controller of the household appliance 10, the visual camera may sense the luminance of the light emitting device to generate a luminance sampling value and send the luminance sampling value to the test fixture 20.
The light emitting device to be tested can be a light emitting diode or a nixie tube.

In addition, after the light-emitting device of the light-emitting device to be tested is judged to be unqualified, reminding information that the light-emitting device is unqualified can be displayed through the alarm device.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the testing tool 20 sends a fan starting instruction to the household appliance 10 when performing a fan test on the household appliance 10; the controller of the household appliance 10 controls the fan of the household appliance 10 to rotate according to a preset rotating speed after receiving a fan starting instruction, obtains a current detection value corresponding to the whole machine current of the household appliance 10 in the fan rotating process, and sends the current detection value to the test tool 20; the test tool 20 receives the current detection value and judges whether the current detection value is in a third preset qualified interval; when the current detection value is within the third preset qualified interval, the testing tool 20 determines that the fan test of the household appliance 10 is qualified.
It should be noted that the testing tool 20 may send a blower start instruction to the household appliance 10, and the controller of the household appliance 10 may control the blower of the household appliance 10 to rotate according to a preset rotation speed after receiving the blower start instruction, and detect the overall current of the household appliance 10 in the process of rotating the blower to generate a current detection value.
That is to say, the test fixture 20 may further determine whether the current detection value is within a third preset qualified interval after receiving the current detection value, and further may determine whether the fan test of the household appliance 10 is qualified.
Specifically, when the fan test is performed on the household appliance 10, the test tool further sends a fan starting instruction to the household appliance 10, the controller of the household appliance 10 can control the fan of the household appliance 10 to rotate at a preset rotating speed after receiving the fan starting instruction, the current detection unit of the household appliance detects the overall current of the household appliance 10 in the rotating process of the fan to generate a current detection value, the controller of the household appliance 10 obtains the current detection value and sends the current detection value to the test tool 20, the test tool 20 receives the current detection value and judges whether the current detection value is in a third preset qualified interval, if the current detection value is in the third preset qualified interval, the fan test of the household appliance 10 is judged to be qualified, and warning information of the fan test qualification is displayed through the warning device; and if the current detection value is not in the third preset qualified interval, judging that the fan test of the household appliance 10 is unqualified.
In addition, after the fan test of the household appliance is judged to be unqualified, reminding information that the fan test is unqualified can be displayed through the alarm device.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the testing method for the home appliance further includes judging whether the key test, the light emitting device test, and the fan test are all qualified, judging that the test of the home appliance 10 is qualified if the key test, the light emitting device test, and the fan test are all qualified, and judging that the test of the home appliance 10 is unqualified if any one of the key test, the light emitting device test, and the fan test is unqualified.
It should be noted that the testing tool 20 may perform the key test on the household appliance 10, then perform the light emitting device test on the household appliance 10, and then perform the fan test on the household appliance 10, or may perform the light emitting device test on the household appliance 10, then perform the fan test on the household appliance 10, and then perform the key test on the household appliance 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the preset time may be 10 seconds to 20 seconds. Preferably, the preset time may be 15 seconds.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device may include a display screen of the testing tool 20, and is configured to display a detection result of the key test, a detection result of the light emitting device test, and a display result of the fan test, specifically, if the detection is qualified, PASS is displayed, and if the detection is not qualified, an alarm is issued and NG is displayed.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the household appliance may be an induction cooker, an electric pressure cooker, or the like. In other words, the method of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to induction cookers, electric pressure cookers and the like.

Therefore, the automatic detection can be performed on the household appliance, the production efficiency is improved, and the detection accuracy of the household appliance can be improved.

after entering the test mode, when the household appliance is subjected to key test, controlling at least one key to be tested on the household appliance to be triggered, wherein a controller of the household appliance acquires a key value sampling value of the at least one key to be tested after the at least one key to be tested is triggered;
receiving a key value sampling value of at least one key to be tested sent by a controller of the household appliance, and judging whether the key value sampling value of the at least one key to be tested is in a first preset qualified interval or not;
if the key value sampling values of the at least one key to be tested are all located in the first preset qualified interval, judging that the key test of the household appliance is qualified;
and when the detection is carried out, the household appliance also executes a preset circulating program, wherein the circulating program comprises power-on display, key action response and cooking function step migration.
2. The testing method for home appliances according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the household appliance is subjected to light emitting device testing, a light emitting instruction is sent to the household appliance, wherein a controller of the household appliance controls at least one light emitting device to be tested of the household appliance to be lightened after receiving the light emitting instruction;
detecting the brightness of the at least one light-emitting device to be detected;
judging whether the brightness of the at least one to-be-detected light-emitting device is in a second preset qualified interval or not;
and if the brightness of the at least one light-emitting device to be tested is in the second preset qualified interval, judging that the light-emitting device of the household appliance is qualified in test.
3. The testing method for home appliances according to claim 2, further comprising:
when the fan test is carried out on the household appliance, a fan starting instruction is sent to the household appliance, wherein a controller of the household appliance controls a fan of the household appliance to rotate according to a preset rotating speed after receiving the fan starting instruction, and a current detection value corresponding to the whole machine current of the household appliance is obtained in the rotating process of the fan;
receiving the current detection value, and judging whether the current detection value is in a third preset qualified interval;
and if the current detection value is in the third preset qualified interval, judging that the fan test of the household appliance is qualified.
4. The testing method for home appliances according to claim 3, further comprising:
starting timing to record detection time when the test mode is entered;
and when the detection time reaches the preset time, displaying the test results of the key test, the light-emitting device test and the fan test.
5. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the at least one key under test is triggered by a simulated human hand assembly, and the brightness of the at least one light emitting device under test is detected by a visual camera.
6. The testing method for electric home appliances according to claim 4, wherein the preset time is 10 seconds to 20 seconds.
7. A test system for household appliances is characterized by comprising an induction cooker and a test tool, wherein,
the testing tool enters a testing mode when the voltage of the household appliance is in a preset voltage interval, and gives an alarm through an alarm device when the voltage of the household appliance is not in the preset voltage interval, wherein the preset voltage interval is 90-110V;
after the testing tool enters the testing mode, when the testing tool carries out key testing on the household appliance, controlling at least one key to be tested on the household appliance to be triggered;
the controller of the household appliance acquires the key value sampling value of the at least one key to be tested after the at least one key to be tested is triggered, and sends the key value sampling value of the at least one key to be tested to the test tool;
the testing tool receives a key value sampling value of at least one key to be tested sent by a controller of the household appliance and judges whether the key value sampling value of the at least one key to be tested is in a first preset qualified interval or not;
when the key value sampling values of the at least one key to be tested are all located in the first preset qualified interval, the testing tool judges that the key test of the household appliance is qualified;
and when the detection is carried out, the household appliance also executes a preset circulating program, wherein the circulating program comprises power-on display, key action response and cooking function step migration.
8. The testing system for electric home appliances according to claim 7,
the testing tool sends a light emitting instruction to the household appliance when testing the light emitting device of the household appliance;
the controller of the household appliance receives the light-emitting instruction and then controls at least one light-emitting device to be tested of the household appliance to be lightened;
the test tool detects the brightness of the at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device;
the test tool judges whether the brightness of the at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device is in a second preset qualified interval or not;
and when the brightness of the at least one to-be-tested light-emitting device is within the second preset qualified interval, the testing tool judges that the light-emitting device of the household appliance is qualified in testing.
9. The test system for electric home appliances according to claim 8,
the testing tool sends a fan starting instruction to the household appliance when the household appliance is subjected to fan testing;
the controller of the household appliance controls the fan of the household appliance to rotate according to a preset rotating speed after receiving the fan starting instruction, obtains a current detection value corresponding to the whole machine current of the household appliance in the rotating process of the fan, and sends the current detection value to the test tool;
the test tool receives the current detection value and judges whether the current detection value is in a third preset qualified interval;
and when the current detection value is in the third preset qualified interval, the testing tool judges that the fan of the household appliance is tested to be qualified.
10. The test system for electric home appliances according to claim 9,
the test tool starts timing to record detection time when entering the test mode;
and the test tool displays the test results of the key test, the light-emitting device test and the fan test when the detection time reaches the preset time.

The testing system for the household appliances according to claim 8, wherein the testing tool triggers the at least one key to be tested by simulating a human hand assembly, and the testing tool detects the brightness of the at least one light-emitting device to be tested through a visual camera.
12. The test system for electric home appliances according to claim 10, wherein the preset time is 10 seconds to 20 seconds.
