The system SFC functional block is always in an automatic circulation state. When the PLC collects a trigger operation signal, the system enters a driving stage: when a workshop post worker inputs a material conveying set value on the post control computer 10, the input material conveying set value is transmitted to the process post PLC control cabinet 11, a CPU in the control cabinet automatically judges whether the pneumatic cut-off valve 6 at the bottom of the process post tundish is closed, and material conveying can be carried out only when the pneumatic cut-off at the bottom of the process post tundish is in a closed state. Meanwhile, whether a metering tank of which post needs which material or not is judged, and if so, the system pops up a dialog box to prompt 'conflict with material delivery of a certain post, and at the moment, material delivery is not allowed, and a user asks for waiting a little'. If the material is allowed to be delivered, the system can automatically open valves related to the metering tank, such as a tank area material delivery pump front pneumatic cut-off valve 3, a tank area material delivery pump rear pneumatic cut-off valve 5 and a post intermediate tank front pneumatic cut-off valve 9; after the system automatically judges that the judgment requirement is met, the corresponding tank area delivery pump 4 is automatically started; when the data of the electronic scale 8 connected with the post intermediate tank 7 reaches a set value, the system can close the pneumatic cut-off valve related to the post, if other posts use the tank area material conveying pump 4, the tank area material conveying pump 4 cannot be stopped when the material conveying is finished, otherwise, the tank area material conveying pump 4 is automatically stopped, and therefore the automatic material conveying is achieved. In the whole process, the liquid level information of the tank area metering tank in the tank area metering tank 2, the switch information of the pneumatic cut-off valve and the switch information of the delivery pump are all fed back to the PLC control cabinet 12 of the tank area in a signal form, and the PLC system displays the information on the control computer 13 of the tank area in an animation form according to the pre-programmed and configuration program.
