The power isolation and short-circuit protection device is composed of a circuit breaker and a fuse, wherein the circuit breaker and the fuse are connected with an input power supply of the power distribution cabinet and are used for cutting off the input power supply of the power distribution cabinet when short circuit, overvoltage or undervoltage occurs in an internal circuit of the power distribution cabinet.
The leakage protection device is composed of a zero sequence current transformer and a signal generator and is used for cutting off the input power supply of the power distribution cabinet when the grounding or leakage phenomenon occurs in the internal circuit of the power distribution cabinet.
The motor starting device is composed of a soft starter, and can start the motor smoothly without impact in the motor starting process.
The motor speed regulating device consists of a PLC and a current converter, the PLC is connected with the current converter, when an external speed regulating signal is received by the power distribution cabinet, the signal is processed through the speed regulating device and sent to external frequency conversion equipment, and the frequency of the output power supply of the frequency conversion equipment is regulated, so that the speed regulation of the motor is realized.
The motor protection device is composed of a thermal relay, the thermal relay is connected with an external motor, and when the motor is overloaded, the output power supply of the power distribution cabinet is cut off.

A power distribution cabinet for an electric engineering machine is used for equipment for connecting the electric engineering machine with an external power supply and controlling a motor. As shown in fig. 1-2, the cabinet comprises a cabinet body, wherein a cabinet door is arranged on the cabinet body, and the cabinet door is movably connected with the cabinet body. The cabinet body is internally provided with an electric power isolation and short-circuit protection device, a leakage protection device, a motor starting device, a motor speed regulation device, a motor protection device, an electric control system and an electric parameter acquisition and display assembly. The electric power isolation and short-circuit protection device, the electric leakage protection device, the motor starting device and the motor protection device form an external power grid electric loop, the external power grid electric loop is connected with an external power grid power supply to realize smooth starting of a motor of the electric engineering machinery and operates under constant power supply frequency, and meanwhile, the electric control system processes an operation instruction in a cab of the engineering machinery and provides a constant-frequency power supply for the motor of the engineering machinery. The electric power isolation and short-circuit protection device, the electric leakage protection device, the motor speed regulation device and the motor protection device form an external variable frequency electric loop, the external variable frequency electric loop is connected with an external variable frequency power supply, an electric control system processes a speed regulation instruction in a cab of the engineering machinery and transmits a processing result to the external variable frequency power supply so as to regulate the output power supply frequency of the frequency converter and regulate the running rotating speed of the motor. The electric engineering machinery opens one loop according to different construction requirements, so that the requirement of mechanical work can be well met. The two electric loops are arranged, so that the electric engineering machinery can be directly connected with an external power grid power supply to operate at the rated power frequency, and can be connected with an external variable-frequency power supply to realize variable-frequency speed regulation operation of the electric engineering machinery.
In general, an electric engineering machine often places a frequency converter on an electric device, and provides standard electric power from an external power grid, but because the working environment of the engineering machine is very bad, the frequency converter is difficult to meet the requirement of the working environment, so that the electric engineering machine with high performance is very difficult in practice. This patent is provided with electric interface and the communication interface of butt joint converter on the switch board, and when electric engineering machinery had the speed governing demand, can directly external inverter device, realizes the speed regulation of motor.
Generally, the electric engineering machinery only has one electric loop, adopts variable frequency control or directly externally connected power grid work, and the electric engineering machinery is greatly limited by the power supply of a working site, so the electric engineering machinery is provided with two electric loops, can be switched by itself according to the power supply of the site, and has wider application range.

The power isolation and short-circuit protection device is composed of a circuit breaker and a fuse. The circuit breaker and the fuse are both connected with an input power supply of the power distribution cabinet and are used for cutting off the input power supply of the power distribution cabinet when short circuit, overvoltage or undervoltage occurs in an internal circuit of the power distribution cabinet. The electric power isolation and short-circuit protection device and the electric leakage protection device are connected with an input power supply of the power distribution cabinet. The motor starting device, the motor speed regulating device and the motor protection device are all connected with an external motor.
The power isolation and short-circuit protection device is composed of a breaker 2 and a fuse 13, wherein the breaker 2 and the fuse 13 are connected with an input power supply of the power distribution cabinet, and are used for cutting off the input power supply of the power distribution cabinet when short circuit, overvoltage or undervoltage occurs in an internal circuit of the power distribution cabinet. The leakage protection device is composed of a zero sequence current transformer 5 and a signal generator 11 and is used for cutting off the input power supply of the power distribution cabinet when the grounding or leakage phenomenon occurs in the internal circuit of the power distribution cabinet. The motor starting device is composed of a soft starter 3, and the motor is started smoothly without impact in the motor starting process. The motor speed regulating device is composed of a PLC4 and a current converter 10, the PLC4 is connected with the current converter 10, when an external speed regulating signal is received by the power distribution cabinet, the signal is processed through the speed regulating device and sent to external frequency conversion equipment, and the frequency of the output power supply of the frequency conversion equipment is regulated, so that the speed regulation of the motor is realized. The motor speed regulating device and the electric control system share one PLC4 or two PLCs 4 are arranged, and the motor speed regulating device and the electric control system are arranged according to the needs, but the motor speed regulating device and the electric control system can be generally arranged by using one PLC4, so that the cost is saved. The motor protection device is composed of a thermal relay 1, the thermal relay 1 is connected with an external motor, and when the motor is overloaded, the output power supply of the power distribution cabinet is cut off. The electric control system is composed of a PLC4, an air switch 6, an alternating current contactor 7, a power supply module 8 and an intermediate relay 12, wherein the air switch 6, the alternating current contactor 7 and the intermediate relay 12 are all connected with the PLC4, and the power supply module 8 is connected with the PLC4 for supplying power for electric signal processing and sending control signals. The electric parameter acquisition display assembly is composed of a touch screen 14 and is used for displaying electric parameters of voltage, current and power and fault information, an operation and alarm indicator lamp 9 is installed at the top of the power distribution cabinet, and the operation and alarm indicator lamp 9 is connected with an electric control system. The cabinet body is also provided with an air outlet, an exhaust fan is arranged on the air outlet, and the touch screen 14 is arranged at the front end of the cabinet body door.
As shown in fig. 1, the indicator lamp 9 is provided at the top end of the cabinet, and the current transformer 10, the intermediate relay 12 and the fuse 13 are provided in this order from top to bottom on one side surface inside the cabinet. The power module 8, the signal generator 11 parallel arrangement are on the inside trailing flank of cabinet, and air switch 6, PLC4 and soft starter 3 all set up the low side at power module 8 and signal generator 11 in proper order. The alternating-current contactor 7, the zero-sequence current transformer 5, the circuit breaker 2 and the thermal relay 1 are sequentially arranged on one side of the power supply module 8 from top to bottom.
The electrical parameter collecting assembly is integrated with multiple paths of electrical parameter collectors so as to meet the requirements of measurement of various electrical parameters and fault analysis and diagnosis, and further meet the requirements that the touch screen 14 displays high-precision electrical parameters such as voltage, current and the like, and various fault information such as motor overload, ground protection and the like. The touch screen can intuitively display the user interface through the multi-window configuration, so that a user can conveniently read information displayed on the touch screen, and parameters of the power distribution cabinet can be set through the touch screen.
The existing power distribution cabinet for the electric engineering machinery is generally only provided with an external power grid electric loop, so that frequency change control cannot be performed under any working condition of a motor, and output electric energy and the like are high, but the external power grid electric loop and the external variable frequency electric loop are arranged for the invention, the external power grid electric loop is selected under the general working condition, and when the electric motor mechanical equipment needs to output higher power or works in a heavy engineering period, the external variable frequency electric loop is started, so that frequency conversion is performed according to different working requirements, and the working efficiency is higher and better regulation and control are achieved.
