Description of the embodiments
The present invention will be described in further detail by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, the anti-theft zipper of the present embodiment includes: a first slider 1, a second slider 2, a first pull tab 3 and a second pull tab 4.
A first slider 1 in the present embodiment configured as a moving member that engages and disengages fastener elements; a second slider 2 configured as a moving member for engaging and disengaging the fastener elements, the second slider 2 being disposed in an opposite direction to the first slider 1; a first slider 3 provided on the first slider 1; a second pull tab 4 provided on the second slider 2. The foregoing are all in the prior art, and are not described herein in detail.
The first slider 1 and the second slider 2 in this embodiment have a separated position and an abutting position, in which the first slider 1 and the second slider 2 are abutted against each other, the first slider 1 has the first wall portion 11, the second slider 4 has the second wall portion 41, the first wall portion 11 and the second wall portion 41 have corresponding through holes, in which the first slider 3 and the second slider 4 are disposed opposite to each other and the second slider 4 covers at least a part of the first slider 3, in which case the through holes in the first wall portion 11 and the second wall portion 41 correspond to each other, and the above-mentioned members are fixed by passing the locking members through the through holes. The abutting position in the present embodiment refers to a position where the first slider 1 and the second slider 2 are close to each other so that the through holes in the first wall portion 11 and the second wall portion 41 are aligned and the connection can be completed, and it is not necessary to abut the first slider 1 and the second slider 2 relatively, and a certain distance may be maintained. By adopting the above-described matching method, compared with the method of fixing two sets of tabs, the gap between the first slider 1 and the second slider 2 in this embodiment is smaller, and the first slider 1, the second slider 2, the first tab 3, and the second tab 4 can be kept in substantially relatively fixed positions.
At least one of the first pull tab 3 and the second pull tab 4 in the present embodiment has a tooth portion 5, and the tooth portion 5 is configured to abut against the dental chain so as to fix the position thereof with respect to the dental chain. The tooth 5 is in particular intended to abut between adjacent teeth on the chain, so as to limit its movement relative to the chain.
The first pull tab 3 and the second pull tab 4 in this embodiment each have a tooth portion 5 thereon. When the first pull tab 3, the second pull tab, the first zipper head 1 and the second zipper head 2 are fixed at the abutting positions, the tooth parts 5 abut against the dental chains, so that the dental chains cannot be pulled out from between the first zipper head 1 and the second zipper head 2, and the dental chains are prevented from being pulled out from between the first zipper head 1 and the second zipper head 2 by people, so that articles in bags are stolen.
The tooth 5 in this embodiment is moved along with the rotation of the first pull tab 3 or the second pull tab 4, so that the tooth 5 completes the pushing action on the fastener chain, specifically, when the first pull tab 3, the second pull tab, the first slider 1 and the second slider 2 are fixed, the tooth completes the pushing action on the fastener chain.
The tooth portion 5 in the present embodiment includes a first tooth 51 and a second tooth 52, and the first tooth 51 and the second tooth 52 are kept apart in the chain direction. The arrangement of the first tooth 51 and the second tooth 52 makes the restriction of the dental chain more firm and the resistance to the pulling out of the dental chain more great. The first teeth 51 and the second teeth 52 are arranged offset from each other after the engagement of the fastener stringers on both sides of the slide fastener, and the first teeth 51 and the second teeth 52 are arranged offset from each other so as to accommodate the offset, and the first teeth 51 and the second teeth 52 are spaced apart from each other in the fastener element direction by an integer multiple of the pitch of the elements on the fastener element.
The first teeth 51 and the second teeth 52 in this embodiment are spaced apart in the width direction of the slide fastener such that the first teeth 51 and the second teeth 52 are caught on the links on both sides of the slide fastener, respectively.
The first pull tab 3 in this embodiment has a hinge shaft, the first pull tab 3 is hinged on the first pull tab 1 by its hinge shaft, the first pull tab 1 has a first hole 12, the tooth 5 on the first pull tab 3 enters the interior of the first pull tab 1 through the first hole 12 and cooperates with the fastener element, the second pull tab 4 has a hinge shaft, the second pull tab 4 is hinged on the second pull tab 2 by its hinge shaft, the second pull tab 2 has a second hole 22, and the tooth 5 on the second pull tab 4 enters the interior of the second pull tab 2 through the second hole 22 and cooperates with the fastener element.
The second slider 2 in this embodiment has a third wall portion 23, and the third wall portion 23 has a through hole, and the through holes in the first wall portion 11, the second wall portion 41, and the third wall portion 23 correspond to each other. When the fixing is performed, the locking piece penetrates through the through hole and fixes the components, so that the matching is more stable.
The second pull tab 4 in this embodiment has a bent section 42 such that a recess is formed in the second pull tab 4 to accommodate at least a portion of the first pull tab 3. Thus, when the second pull tab 4 is covered on the first pull tab 3, the main body part of the second pull tab can be kept parallel, and the matching degree of the second pull tab and the first pull tab is better.
The end portions of the first tooth 51 and the second tooth 52 in the present embodiment are each provided with a pushing portion 501, and the pushing portions 501 are arranged in an arc shape. The pushing portion 501 has an arc shape, so that the pushing portion 501 is prevented from being too sharp to damage the dental chain. The arc-shaped pushing portion 501 is provided to be more easily engaged with the teeth of the fastener element, and plays a certain guiding role when contacting with the teeth.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 6, the basic structure of the anti-theft zipper in this embodiment is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that the anti-theft zipper of this embodiment includes: a first slider 6 configured as a moving member for engaging and disengaging the fastener elements; a fixing portion 7 fixed to the element end portion; a first pull tab 8 provided on the first slider 6; the anti-theft zipper is characterized in that: the first slider 6 and the fixing portion 7 have a separated position and an abutting position, in which the first slider 6 abuts against the fixing portion 7, the first slider 8 has a first wall portion 81, the fixing portion 7 has a second wall portion 71, the first wall portion 81 and the second wall portion 71 have corresponding through holes, and in which the first slider 8 is covered on the fixing portion 7, and the through holes in the first wall portion 81 and the second wall portion 71 correspond to each other.
The first pull tab 8 of the present invention has a tooth 82, and the tooth 82 is configured to abut against the fastener chain so as to fix the position thereof with respect to the fastener chain.
The tooth portion 82 of the present invention includes a first tooth 821 and a second tooth 822, and the first tooth 821 and the second tooth 822 are spaced apart in the chain direction.
The first slider 6 in the present embodiment has a third wall portion 61 thereon, and the third wall portion 61 has a through hole corresponding to the through holes in the first wall portion 81 and the second wall portion 71 thereon. The lock or the lock catch penetrates through the through holes to sequentially fix the three.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 5, the bag of this embodiment includes a bag body 6 and the anti-theft zipper of embodiment 1 or 2. The bags referred to herein may be bags, sachets, express bags, and the like.
The foregoing description of the invention is merely exemplary of the invention. Those skilled in the art may make various modifications or additions to the described embodiments or substitutions, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined in the accompanying claims.
