Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于驱动辅助设备组件的装置,该辅助设备组件特别是高压泵。
背景技术
关于技术上的状况,例如参阅德国公开文献DE102007029651A1,从该文献已知一种包括泵壳的高压燃料泵装置,用以操作自点火式(压燃式)内燃机。该高压燃料泵装置具有低压循环和高压循环并且具有在内燃机的气缸盖中支承的气门凸轮轴,借其可驱动所述高压燃料泵装置。此外,气门凸轮轴还具有一种多边形的设计结构并且高压燃料泵装置的各部件以有利方式集成整合于内燃机的气缸盖中。
此外可参阅德国公开文献DE102008024532A1,本发明是由该文献出发而作出的。在DE102008024532A1中,已知一种用于驱动辅助设备组件、特别是内燃机的高压泵的装置。为此,该装置具有一个可旋转支承的驱动轴,优选为内燃机的凸轮轴,其中,该驱动轴和辅助设备组件的设备组件轴经由接合器相互作用连接。该接合器以优选的和已知的方式是一种爪齿接合器。
然而,在高交变转矩情况下,这种同类型的用于驱动辅助设备组件的装置是声响明显的亦即大响声的、公差敏感的、昂贵的、易受磨损损害的和磨损敏感的。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的就在于避免上述的缺点。
为此,本发明提供一种用于驱动辅助设备组件的装置,包括内燃机的可旋转支承的驱动轴,其中,所述驱动轴和辅助设备组件的设备组件轴经由接合器相互作用连接;其特征在于,所述设备组件轴在远离所述接合器的那侧具有第一轴承,并且所述接合器是用于所述设备组件轴的第二轴承;其中,所述接合器包括一带有内部成型轮廓的轴端和一互补的带有外部成型轮廓的轴端,所述带有外部成型轮廓的轴端在轴向方向上具有一环绕的半径。
通过按照本发明的设计形式,构成了一种经济的、声响不明显的、公差不敏感的接合器方案,例如用以将高压泵凸轮轴连接到现有的进气或排气凸轮轴或者任何其他的轴上。所述接合器可以简单而经济地制成并且在声学上是非常有利的。该接合器方案对于设备组件轴轴向的以及角度公差补偿是可能的。
有利的是,内部成型轮廓和外部成型轮廓是一种多边形成型结构,这种设计形式是特别优选的实施例。
有利的是,所述驱动轴和/或所述设备组件轴具有至少一个在该装置操作时产生交变转矩的凸轮,并且所述多边形成型结构与该交变转矩是对应的。这种设计形式对于声学特性再次产生特别有利的效果。
按照一种特别优选的使用方案,所述辅助设备组件是燃料高压泵。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种按照本发明用于驱动辅助设备组件2的装置1的剖视图。为了驱动辅助设备组件2而设置有一驱动轴3,在该实施例中是未示出的内燃机的凸轮轴。在该实施例中,凸轮轴是空心的,带有热压装配的凸轮。在其他的实施例中,例如也可以涉及曲轴或涉及内燃机的任何其他的驱动轴。
在端面侧,驱动轴3具有一驱动轴侧的接合器元件8,它抗旋转(即二者不能相对转动)地连接于驱动轴3。在另一实施例中,也可以由驱动轴3本身构成所述驱动轴侧的接合器元件8。驱动轴侧的接合器元件8构成了接合器5的一侧,具有一个带有内部成型轮廓的轴端,其中,辅助设备组件2的设备组件轴4具有一种与该内部成型轮廓互补的外部成型轮廓。特别优选地,内部成型轮廓和外部成型轮廓是涉及一种多边形成型结构。
辅助设备组件2在该实施例中是一高压泵,它具有在对置于驱动轴3的那侧设置的用于设备组件轴4的轴承6,在该实施例中为向心球轴承。此外,设备组件轴4还具有凸轮7,用以操纵高压泵。
按照本发明,设备组件轴4在远离接合器5的那侧具有第一轴承6,其中,接合器5是用于设备组件轴4的第二轴承。因此,按照本发明,通过轴承5、6避免了静态的不确定性。
在该实施例中,设备组件轴4具有凸轮7,它在装置操作时产生交变转矩,其中特别优选的是,多边形成型结构与该交变转矩是对应的。对此应该理解为:这样地定位设置所述多边形成型结构,即,尽可能好地消除交变转矩。在另一实施例中,也可以仅驱动轴3具有凸轮,在这种情况下,多边形成型结构与该交变转矩同样是对应的。
特别优选的是,带有外部成型轮廓的轴端在轴向方向上具有一环绕的半径,借此可以实现沿轴向方向的公差补偿或者角度公差补偿。在特别优选的实施形式中,辅助设备组件2是燃料高压泵。
因此提出了这样一种接合器方案,其包括多边形成型结构,用以将一驱动轴3例如进气或排气凸轮轴、曲轴等和一设备组件轴4例如高压泵的驱动轴相联接,其中,所述接合器5同时承担了设备组件轴4的一侧的轴承的作用。
设备组件轴4通常成形为凸轮轴。在凸轮7上产生的横向力由独立分开的轴承6和接合器5所承受。通过横向力将带有间隙的接合器5总是压到一个确定的支靠部上,这便带来了声学方面的优点。在同时有径向载荷的情况下,其例如通过泵柱塞杆作用到安装于轴上的凸轮上,则在转矩交变时,在驱动轴侧的接合器元件8与设备组件轴4之间的间隙的范围内进行一种声学上有利的滚动运动。轴承5可以具有一种包括三个、四个或两个角的多边形成型结构,角的个数优选符合于泵凸轮凸起的数目,或者是其他不同的数目。优选地,可以将该构造形式通过由两个切向连接的半径实现的多边形成型结构的设计与受驱动的轴上同时有径向负荷的情况相组合。因此,接合器5通过一种优选借助于环绕的半径实现的球状结构而容忍轴3、4的角度偏差。
图2示出了驱动轴侧的接合器元件8连同带有内部成型轮廓的轴端9的三维视图,在该具有多边形成型结构的实施例中,设备组件轴4的对应的外部多边形成型结构可被置入其中。此外,在该实施例中,驱动轴侧的接合器元件8具有三个凸起的区域11,利用它们可以由未示出的传感器来探测驱动轴3的绝对角位置。在远离带有内部成型轮廓的轴端9的那侧,该驱动轴侧的接合器元件8具有一外部成型轮廓10,它用作在所述驱动轴侧的接合器元件8与所述驱动轴3之间的防扭转措施。
小结:
通过按照本发明的设计,实现了一种经济的、声响不明显的、公差不敏感的接合器方案,例如用以将高压泵凸轮轴应用到现有的进气或排气凸轮轴或者任何其他的轴上。

Claims (4)
1.用于驱动辅助设备组件(2)的装置(1),包括内燃机的可旋转支承的驱动轴(3),其中,所述驱动轴(3)和辅助设备组件(2)的设备组件轴(4)经由接合器(5)相互作用连接;其特征在于,所述设备组件轴(4)在远离所述接合器(5)的那侧具有第一轴承(6),并且所述接合器(5)是用于所述设备组件轴(4)的第二轴承;其中,所述接合器(5)包括一带有内部成型轮廓的轴端和一互补的带有外部成型轮廓的轴端,所述带有外部成型轮廓的轴端在轴向方向上具有一环绕的半径。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,内部成型轮廓和外部成型轮廓是一种多边形成型结构。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(3)和/或所述设备组件轴(4)具有至少一个在该装置操作时产生交变转矩的凸轮(7),并且所述多边形成型结构与该交变转矩是对应的。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述辅助设备组件(2)是燃料高压泵。
