Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA CARREGAMENTO A QUENTE DE ALIMENTOS EM RECIPIENTES DE EMBALAGEM A descoberta se refere a um método de carregamento a quente de alimentos em recipientes de embalagem construídos a partir de um papelão laminado, ditos alimentos sendo colocados nos ditos recipientes de embalagem, com pelo menos um seu componente a uma temperatura de pelo menos 80°C, mas abaixo de 100°C, depois do que o recipiente de embalagem é fechado e vedado e o recipiente de embalagem com seu conteúdo alimentício é depois disso mantido quente durante um período predeterminado de tempo, através de contato com um meio de conservação de calor a uma temperatura de pelo menos 80°C, mas abaixo de 100°C. De acordo com a presente invenção, dito meio de conservação de calor está presente substancialmente na fase de gás e/ou vapor. A invenção refere-se também a um aparelho de carregamento a quente de alimentos.
