Abstract

ARIGO, ENVOLTóRIO,SACO,OU BOLSAS DE EMBALAGEM E PROCESSO A presente invneção descreve uma folha de múltiplas camadas para o acondicionamento de alimentos quentes especialmente útil no mercado de "levar". A folha de múltiplas camadas tem duas, e opcionalmente três,camadas.A primeira camada interna compreede um material de absorção de água,de preferência um não trançado com uma taxa de transmissão de umidade-vapor (MVTR) de pelo menos cerca de 20.000 g/m ¬ 2¬-dia e uma pressão de coluna hidrostática de menos do que cerca de 5 cm de H~ 2~1910. A segunda camada compreende um material um pouco absorvente e altamente isolante termicamente. A folha de mútiplas camadas pode ser usada em várias realizações de acondicionamento, por exemplo, como um envoltório, uma bolsa ou um saco, etc. A folha de mútiplas camadas mantém a qualidade de alimentos recém cozidos ao melhorar a retenção do calor e o controle de umidade.
