Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA IDENTIFICAR UMA CéLULA ERITRóCITA OU ERITROBLáSTCA FETAL EM UMA AMOSTRA SANGUìNEA, KIT PARA IDENTIFICAçãO DE UMA CéLULA ERITRóCITA OU ERITROBLáSTICA NUCLEADA FETAL, E, KIT PARA SELEçãO OU ISOLAMENTO DE UMA SEQUêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO DENTRO DE UMA CéLULA ERITRóCITA NUCLEADA FETAL". é descrito um processo in vitro de identificação ou de isolamento de células fetais de uma amostra sanguínea. Eritrócitos ou eritroblastos nucleados fetais são identificados pelo uso de um anticorpo ou de um fragmento de anticorpo específico para hemoglobina embriónica ou uma cadeia de hemoglobina embriónica. Tendo sido identicadas as células fetais, elas podem ser tratadas para tornar disponíveis as proteínas ou os ácidos nucléicos fetais para a identificação ou a amplificação.
