Abstract

Una estructura absorbente y producto absorbente que utiliza dicha estructura. La estructura absorbente incluye fibras de celulosa mercerizadas y tratadasquímicamente para mejorar la distribucion de fluidos, utilizada en productos absorbentesdescarta bles tales como panales para ninos, toallas higiénicasfemeninas y panales para incontinencia de adultos. La estructura comprende una capa de almacenamiento de fluidos que incluye fibras de matriz y polímerossuper absorbentes para recibirlos fluidos en una tira de distribucion ubicada debajo de la capa de almacenamiento de fluidos, en donde la tira permite el pasode los fluidos corporales hacia otras regiones de la capa de almacenamiento que no se encuentran saturadas por dichosfluidos corporal es aprovechando de estamanera la totalidad de la estructura absorbente. La tira de distribucion puede fabricarse mediante procesos con trazado de aire o agua.
