Abstract

Un proceso para la síntesis de un polipéptido sintético análogo a la hormona paratiroidea (PTH) o al péptido relacionado con la hormonaparatiroidea (PTHrP), o una sal del mismo, en el que los residuos aminoácidos (22-31) seleccionados deen tre (SEQ ID Nos.; 85, 86, 26, 27, 28, 29 y 30)forman una hélice alfa anfipática, que incluye: (a) la síntesis independiente de fragmentos peptídicos precursores del polipéptido, mediante técnicas ensolución o en fase sólida; (b) la condensaciónde dichos fragmentos unos con otros para formar el producto polipeptídico deseado; y (c) la eliminaciónde los grupos protectores de aminoácidos, y proceso para la preparación de una composición farmacéutica.
