The research hypothesis is that this practice was born as a joint political construction thanks to the collaboration between two collective political subjects, organized and structured in their respective territories as constituent expressions of counterpower and in opposition to the hegemonic neoliberal model. How these collective actors relate to each other demonstrates the existence of two different political identities and cultures that, in the reciprocal encounter, recognize and feed each other— changing, hybridizing and, finally, strengthening each other.

Objective/context: The present study wants to introduce ‘diplomacy from below’ as a conceptual tool invoked and developed in the discourse and practices of an actor of the political movements of the Italian post-autonomy during its transnational activities between the year 1997 and 2004. Methodology: This article uses a qualitative and multidisciplinary approach to provide a theoretical reference tool for the study of global relations of civil society non-state political actors. The objective of this tool is to understand how ‘diplomacy from below` is placed in the theoretical horizon of social sciences by proposing a hybrid framework that takes into account differentiated and multidisciplinary contributions. The sources of information for the study were authors belonging to the Italian Theory, English School and poststructuralist currents. Conclusions: This study offers a new theoretical tool to understand how civil society non-state political actors relate to each other in the global arena. Originality: This research introduces an original and unpublished theoretical tool for global studies.

Association.
The !Ya Basta! Association was born as a development of the cultural, social, intellectual, historical and biopolitical heritage of the workers' autonomy of the 1970s, in particular of the Venetian collectives with their epicenter in the city of Padua. This proposal offers a reconstruction of the intellectual and political history of workers' autonomy, from its antecedents in the 1960s, to the 1990s.
The present work is part of a historiographic posture that considers autonomy as part of an articulated and complex socio-political phenomenon, which has also given life to the philosophical-political current of the so-called "Italian Theory”.
This line of historiographic research is based mostly on the reconstruction of the memories of the witnesses who have been protagonists of this socio-political experience and the present work has been composed using compilations of memories published in recent years, personal interviews of the author and audio-visual materials.

The actions of these movements have shaped the antecedents and compiled the evidence that has allowed the construction of memory commissions in their respective countries. The arduous work and protagonism of these two referents configure the conditions for developing this reconstruction and the search for the truth and the construction of guarantees of non-repetition, in addition to demarcating the actions of the organizations that have succeeded them.
