fix failing format command in CI

Changes

• For some reason, we're still getting a prettier format error in CI due to the astro prettier plugin
• ex: https://github.com/withastro/astro/runs/5379395471?check_suite_focus=true
• For the life of me I can't reproduce locally
• reverting the change to get main back to passing
• cc @antonyfaris @natemoo-re this can be added back in a separate PR when we figure out what's wrong

@FredKSchott CI is failing for an odd reason, have any ideas?

This is the same issue that's been failing on main, the astro prettier plugin still seems to be having issues with the @astrojs/parser, but I have never been able to reproduce locally. Prettier config is pretty limited, and doesn't let you 100% disable plugin loading even with a few attempted hacky fixes.
