Symmetricity parameter is a boolean with the following effect:

TRUE : generates a symmetric window, for use in filter design
FALSE : generates a periodic window, for use in spectral analysis

The parameters for this window are as follows:

Window Length ⇨ 51
Standard Deviation ⇨ 7
