With Crankshaft Alpha-3 and later, you can start a Samba Server to allow access via windows like network shares.

You can access them via \\ip.of.crankshaft (the ip's are visible in the network information box)

How to start:
Navigate to Settings > BT / WiFi -> Network Information Box and push Start Samba

Note: Starting the samba server changes the mode for /boot from read-only to read-write to allow modifying files. Stopping the server does a change to ro again if not in dev mode.
If your samba server is running you can access some shares:

  1. boot -> /boot (filtered to show only config.txt and cmdline.txt / other files should not be changed)
  2. custom -> /boot/crankshaft/custom (for enhanced users)
  3. crankshaft - > /boot/crankshaft (filtered to show images / crankshaft_env.sh / gpio2kbd.cfg / startup.sh / startup.py)
  4. CSSTORAGE -> the CSSTORAGE partition (stick) if present
