Reworking nufmt (#7)

* 🚧 WIP thinking about parsing and ast

* ✨ standarized Config with minimal defaults

* ✨ make `Config` structs debug-printable

* ✨ add details to clap and verify its construction

* ✨ parse a file and fmt stripping all whitespace
