/content/en/entities/Report.md documentation for 4.0 describes
rule_ids
&status_ids
as "The domain name of the instance."I don't know how to describe these, but I presume they're lists of identifiers of other entities.
Looks like a copy/paste error perhaps since content/en/entities/Instance.md
domain
