Website for HEST-1k dataset. We introduce HEST-1k, a dataset of 1,000+ paired Spatial Transcriptomics, H&E whole-slide images and metadata along with HEST-Library, HEST-Benchmark to assess foundation models for histology, HEST for Discovery and multimodal fine-tuning.
