Updtae Gradle wrapper. Remove Kotlin extensions plugin.

This PR updates dependencies to latest stable and available RC versions.
This PR also introduces a new custom view component dealing with this issue.

I made a custom SwipeRefreshLayout that handles touch slop on MOVE event.

Drag your finger like you don't care. Lazily and sloppy, diagonally across screen from top left to bottom right.
Or any other corner to corner for that matter. It's not perfect but it does behave significantly better than previous implementation.
