Terms with definition xrefs to dead websites

We have ~ 200 terms with definitions cross-references to websites, most of which don't resolve to anything anymore.

The task is to find a PMID that describes the process. To find papers:

• search Pubmed; may want to restrict to reviews
• wikipedia can give link to nice general papers
• looking at papers cited for annotations can also help find papers. In this case we have to ensure that the paper describes the full process, not an assay/readout.
