Goal
Changes in UE 5.3.2 require new settings for MacOS entitlements.
Currently, apple silicon builds crash on start, we believe this to be an Unreal bug and will return to fix it later.
Local intel build pass CI
Therefore we are disabling MacOS 5.3.
