use swig-3.0.12 to re-generate the khmm.pm and khmm_wrap.c file to improve compatibility with different versions of GCC and Perl. Slight change to Makefile to address warning message in recent versions of Perl.

Add -wgs option and fix some minor bugs.

Added lib/ directory and moved HMM files into lib/ directory.

Added HMM files and updated documentation.

Adding minor fixes to the source code and improvements to the documentation.
