num_wilson

Activates numerical calculation of the Wilson coordinate transformation matrix.

This matrix needs to be set up for conversion of gradient+Hessian reference data to internal coordinates for DG-EVB and TREQ.

Further, it can be tested if the keyword print_wilson is present.
