Robert J. Cindrich (1943-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Cindrich was nominated by President Bill Clinton on August 12, 1994, to a seat vacated by Gustave Diamond; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 6, 1994, and received commission the next day. He resigned on January 30, 2004.[1] Cindrich was succeeded in this position by Nora Fischer.
