Biography
Lombardo earned his B.S. in business administration from Merrimack College, and has attended the MBA program at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. His professional experience includes working as sales account manager at Saba Software.

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Marc Lombardo was unopposed in the Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election. Dean Santoro ran as a write-in candidate.[5]

Lombardo won re-election in the 2012 election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Twenty-Second Middlesex District. Lombardo was unopposed in the September 6 Republican primary and defeated James F. O'Donnell, Jr. (I) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[6][7]

Lombardo won election to the Twenty-second Middlesex Seat in 2010. He defeated Brion Cangiamila in the September 14 Republican primary. He defeated Kevin Conway (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[8]
