John Elvis Miller(1888-1981) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Miller was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on January 31, 1941, to a seat vacated by Heartsill Ragon; he was confirmed by the Senate on January 31, 1941, and received commission on March 12, 1941. From 1958-1967, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on February 28, 1967. He served the Western District of Arkansas until his death on January 30, 1981. Miller was succeeded in this position by Paul Williams.
