Anime: Onii-chan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki ja Naindakara ne!!

This is an extremely ecchi comedy/harem about a helplessly perverted and slightly-slow guy named Shuusuke and the girls that happen to take a liking to him. In terms of perverseness, this is close to B Gata H Kei but with less focus on sex and more focus on endless teasing and non-pornographic erotica.

In terms of actual plot or character development, there really isn't any. You never really get a feeling that Shuusuke is anywhere near making a choice between the three/four girls that constantly fight over him; he just steals as many panty shots (and pantyhose) from all of them as possible.

Therefore, just as Shuusuke is only exposed to "softcore", this series likewise is softcore; it's extremely NSFW and ecchi on the surface, but it lacks any "meat" (substance) underneath. If all you want is a show filled with panty shots and girls taking advantage of the helpless/somewhat-stupid nature of Shuusuke, then by all means dig in. If you're a more discerning (IMO) customer who demands a bit of actual romance and development in your harems, look elsewhere.

Animation:
The character styling is a bit unique in two ways. First, all the characters are unhealthily thin with disproportionately large hands. Second, all characters have a line drawn underneath their eyes so they looks as if they always have bags and are tired; this is an obvious distraction and greatly decreases the cuteness of everyone.

As for everything else, the picture was decently sharp and colors were well used, not like Kara no Kyoukai well used but comparable to other series in this genre. Shuusuke develops a huge fetish for black pantyhose so since the camera often follows his viewpoint, you know what to expect... There isn't really any action/blood in this series, surprisingly few bloody noses from Shuusuke actually.

Sound:
The OP and ED are both led by Eri Kitamura. The OP is fairly forgettable and the ED is, while more memorable, fairly simplistic. The BGM is also likewise forgettable.

As for VAs, well, Eri Kitamura and Marina Inoue do their respective jobs quite nicely. The range that Eri Kitamura utilizes is remarkable, and very fitting for such a perverted little sister.

Story:
Shuusuke is unusually lucky in a normal sense in that he has an adopted little sister, who has a huge crush on him, as well as a childhood friend, who apparently never forgot the time they played "doctor". He later learns that his class president is crazy for BL and ends up buying her material for her, in exchange for glimpses of her panties.

As you can guess, this follows a traditional harem sequence with the girls being introduced sequentially. Near the end of the series, a fourth girl (perhaps a little crazy?) recruits Shuusuke to be a "messiah". I guess this is supposed to be the climax but it all amounts to nothing and is essentially just a huge let-down/wtf.

To summarize, Shuusuke meets girls, and they interact. Sometimes he gets panty shots. Sometimes the girls spy on him. That is all.

Character:
The character portrayals are fairly weak. You never really get a good background on, well, anyone so it's fairly hard to associate with any of the characters. Furthermore, the main lead just gets used by the girls (not in a sexual sense...) repeatedly in the series, essentially always at the mercy of girls who willingly flash him. I'll admit that some of the baiting and teasing is funny, but an equal amount of it is just sad.

As for the girls, they do go at each other a bit, but it always is superficial. As Shuusuke never makes any choice, none of the girls ever appear hurt, even though they realistically should.

Value:
If you happen to love panty shots and series that go nowhere, then this will be an enjoyable and valuable series. While there is some humor in this, I was really expecting more development in either the characters or story department.
