A weird yet hilarious parody. It's also one of those litmus tests as to tell HOW much of an anime fan you are as it does reference quite a few things.
It makes fun of anime genre tropes, the anime industry, and sometimes the fan (you).
K-kun's monologue on the perverted desires of anime fans is just hilarious and spot on.
If you're an avid fan of anime watch it, if you're not you might want to steer clear or else you might catch the weird.

As for parodies this show i the cream of the crop. Not only it has a deacent quoality in animation it's we don't care attitude towards allmost any type of supject makes it one of best comedy shows ever even though only two episodes long.
