Watching Bubblegum Crash left me highly disappointed, as it is sub-par in all regards to Bubblegum Crisis. Especially animation quality and sound design are huge downgrades, and it almost feels like the producers tried to make the show somewhat more family friendly. The oppressing atmosphere from Crisis is completely gone, the all-towering Genom tower cannot be seen in any shot at all... it just does not feel true to its prequel.
If you want the complete BGC experience, give this a shot; stay clear otherwise.

While not as strong as its predecessor, its still worth a watch if you liked the original BubbleGum Crisis...especially since this is the closest to how it was supposed to end if all 13 episodes had been made.
