A very nice story, a kind of "parallel world" isekai, different from what we are used. Not only that, but also we see the universe paying indemnification for moral damage for a person who got shitted over since the day he was born! The art and animation are spetacular! Very few series have so much attention to the art quality as this one. I really like the pacing of the story, nice and smooth, al least until the episode 11. But, from there, it was very rushed. Story focused so much in the "real" world events that, when it came the time to develop the "other" world ones, there were almost no episodes left. But instead of just cutting down events, I think it needed more episodes. Minimal of 16, but the ideal would be 24, and leaving the ending to be better developed in a new season. I really hope that the remake becomes reality, and it's more generous in therms of number of episodes, because the potential of an epic story exists, just needs space to grow!

I loved the premise of this anime, where we've seen the origin of the MC, being persistently bullied by all of his acquaintances, we cheer him on when he's managed to become OP and gain some measure of normalcy. It then becomes a little more odd when he magically he transform into being handsome and charismatic, which should have been the telltale sign that all the interesting parts were done. Then the story just follows what you would expect everything that is the opposite sex is in love with him, he rejects all advances, continually becomes stronger, redeems the villains and is the perfect guy.
It was especially odd to me point that all of his bullies still recognized and made fun of him through this drastic change. I would have loved to see his body and character remain the same, celebrating a person for who he is and not turn him into an idol. Additionally he trusts to a fault, everyone around him is always in amazement of him (not horrified as they should be).

I really enjoyed this. There's a bit of making people eat crow for their sick behavior of bullying someone, but while still taking the high road. That's probably conflicting, but that's what it felt like.
That aside, the idea of moving from one world to another, not being pigeon holed into one, is interesting. It definitely shows a little bit of the hesitation of leading a double life.
It's also pretty enjoyable how the MC really has no idea what he's become.

The idea of traveling to a fantasy world, being OP but also being able to travel back and forth to modern-day society while also transferring skills was intriguing. Normally with other anime that contain too many storylines and jumping between them... that makes for a poor watch and while some of that holds true here, I still found the many storylines in this anime engaging. In the end, this anime definitely would have benefited with reduced storylines or more focus on a few, but despite that, this was a decent watch.

The back and forth between real world and isekai seems nice at first, but ultimately just bogs down both sides of the story. For fans of series with cheated characters who don't even realize they're cheated.

This when story does not give enough to justify epic character design. Either it is extremely slow-paced and that is why not that many story cards are played or maybe authors got stumbled how OP can character could become that they no longer know where to go with it.
However, the idea of bringing somebody else to isekai is somewhat new. In other words, the show has a lot of potential, but executed so poorly, I doubt it would get another season. Shame.

The CGI in last fight screams: We are finally done! We all know there will be no sequel and the story is flatter than Flat Earthers believe our planet to be, so they don't care. For fans of isekai and some strange monsters.

This one is a power fantasy and a weeb's wet dream. Seemingly expensive production and very detailed character animation. Honestly, they should've just used that money on a hentai for better plot and overall enjoyment.

The beginning is interesting (like most works of this genre), but then just a typical harem + Marty Sue. Hundreds of them. Purely for fans of the genre. If you divide all these works into light ones(ordinary everyday life, or cute girls doing cute things) and hard ones(blood, violence, an attempts in a deep story), this one in the middle and a little bit closer to hard ones.
