Solid side stories.
First one deals with the aftermath of the climax from season 1 and has some nice character moments at the end.
Second one is mostly filler (and a really tiny bit of background on our favourite frog girl) but contains a scene that doesn't make sense unless it's set after season 2, so keep that in mind.
Unless some of the characters here reappear later, I deem this fun but skippable.

Really worth watching for some scenes if you liked the tv series.
You can watch the 1st OVA after 1st season, but the 2nd should be probably watched after 2nd season, maybe not a big difference but better be excited in tv series than here by 2 things.

If you liked the tv series you will like these OVA as well.
The first one was nice since it is a continuation of the tv series and about the rescue exercise.
The second OVA is just hilarious... I had to laugh really hard and enjoyed it a lot.
