My window was smashed, and my valuables stolen. I found the 'security guard' in a room in the back of the lobby, but the garage has no cameras, so security seems ineffective. When I reported the break-in, the guard was quick to remind me I should not have left valuables in the vehicle. Instead of calling the police as I requested, the employee called his manager.
It was only when i refused to leave that they called the police.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tiffany B.Somerset, MA10070Sep 21, 2024

Parking is expensive in Boston anywhere, so if you have to pay this is garage is a great location. It costs $40 for the day. We were spending the day as tourist and the New England Aquarium garage is close to everything. We picked up the Duck Tour from here and it's also convenient to Faneuil Hall and the Boston Walking Trail to see the historic sites.

$42 for longer than 80 minutes. Attendants were unhelpful and jerky.
No validation from the Aquarium. Avoid this place. It's a rip off.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maria H.Boston, MA010Jul 7, 2023
We paid over 235.00 for Admission to the Aquarium and then had to pay 42.00 for a rude guy who, when we stated that the price was a rip off, just told us to move on. It's ridiculous to charge people this price unless they are staying for the day. I am from New York City and this would never happen there. They prorate your charge intelligently. This is why Boston is #2.
Angry Aquarium goer. Never coming back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Logan W.Allston, MA1122Jul 8, 2023

We stayed 3 hours and it was $42. Nope. On the plus side it is close to the aquarium and other attractions.

Easy to find right on the long harbor. You can get the max parking if you plan to stay there and go around the city.

The rudest and most disrespectful employees. Rolled thier eyes and couldn't be bothered with professionalism. I couldn't be more upset. I called thier office to speak with thier manager and was never called back. I'll use the parking across the street next time
