URL formatter

@Pintoch: Thanks for creating this property, but IMHO you were wrong with adding a formatter URL. In the request, I wrote However, this identifyer has no relation to the URL of the item in the source, i. e. it cannot be used to create a web link - the web link must be queried and stored in a separate field.
